Anselma Saguan Sabando review: Refund of Processing/Placement Fee 1

Please accept this email because I in behalf of my husband badly need your help. I just want to file a complain against one agent from Canada.

I am Nadinne M. Mogol, a public secondary teacher from General Trias, Cavite, Philippines. My husband is Reymer Mogol, an OFW in Taiwan for almost 6 years now.
It was September 2013 when my husband passed an application letter to one agent in Canada. This Filipina agent in Canada is a relative of his friend/co-worker in Taiwan. She was now a resident there (Canada) for having a Canadian husband and has her own employment agency where my husband passed an application. Because he was a Pinay, we were at peace that everything will be ok but it was not that. My husband gave an amount of $56, 000 for a processing and placement fee. Together with him are 7 Filipino co-workers who did the same thing and had already issued money on the said agent.

After a year and until now, there are no updates on the application of my husband. The agent didn’t even gave a LMO or any proof that the papers of my husband was being processed. We are always calling and texting the agent and the sad thing there is- she didn’t answer her phone or even reply a message to us. We just want to withdraw the application of my husband at the same time to refund the money that we gave to that agent. What can we do? I hope and prayed that you may help us regarding this matter.
