I want you to know that I will never buy "ANYTHING" from the Dairy Queen in Georgetown again! In the last month my orders have been wrong 2 times. That may not seem bad to you, but I ordered through the drive-thru and drove home and found I didn't have what I ordered. This morning 5/23/08 I went inside to order and had an embaressing and upsetful expeirence over the price of the bill. The manager's name is Michelle and the counter person was Bobby Jo. They know that I am contacting you because I told them. Their attitudes were unforgiveable, I was talked to rudely and yelled at by both of them. I told Michelle the manager that I would not be back, and that they have lost my buisness. She said ok and that that was allright with her. I have been a steady customer for as long as they have been opened, and be assured that I don't take the way I was treated lightly. In this day we're living in you can't afford to loose anyone's business. I hate incompetentcy and rude uncaring people that work at this store. Donald Baldwin p.s.
