Misrepresentation of services taking money without providing services!

I believe that this company has possible dishonest links to a reputable credit union falsely using the Verisign logo in conjunction with the credit union's font and logo to obtain funds for a certificate program in rebate processing for which they charge $197.00. They won't refund the money after a call to the customer service number provided and on the accounting option of their voice mail menu there is no accounting representative to take calls and request during business hours. Located in Irvine they don't have a reportable address. Customer service hung up on me twice when I requested my refund and/or an immediate reversal to my credit card for the 197.00. Their article is very compelling to indigent people like myself and they misrepresent the ease with which the processing is done.
