I was billed $197. 00 -twice on this program, partly my own fault as the page did not go anywhere when I clicked submit. I called to have this program cancelled, and requested a refund, as well as a refund for the double billing. I have recieved no refund for either transaction. I spoke to a woman in another country as far as I could tell by her poor understanding of the English Language, and had to call back and spoke with a gentleman with better English because the first person told me she could only submit one refund.This was on May 19th, 2008. Iwas told I would recieve a refund within thirty days. Thirty days has come and gone.
