All the information to cancel get a refund is clearly stated on her site. This program is a bit confusing to a novice however after 3 weeks of her training, I am now making over $500 per week. People who expect to get rich off of paying $197.00 for an ebook, need to WAKE UP! There is no free lunch! Remember your mother always told you if it too good to be true, it probably is. Angela Penbrook's program is for serious business people only. If you don't want to put in the time or effort to learn, keep the credit card in the wallet and quit buying things online.

My credit card was billed for 197.00 and I never got any further than the registration page. My computer went down so I never got the rest of the information and can't find a way to contact anyone. I have a confirmation number for an account, but can't get to the page to enter it.

If anyone has a number or website I would greatly appreciate it so I can TRY contacting the company even tho it may be a waste of my time.

Thanks.

I am embarrassed that I fell for such a scam. I demanded a refund and like all of you 5-7 days and the refund would be returned. When I read that some of you have waited since Feb. Oh MY is all I could think. I called the NO. 1-866-885-8126 and hit prompt 2 for the accountant dept. I demanded a refund IMMEDIATELY. I told them I was online and googled Angela Penbrook and say that they are telling everyone 5-7 days and people have waited since Feb. I told them I wasn't playing their game and DEMANDED a refund IMMEDIATELY!. I have since called my CC company and I have a refund of 197.00 on my account from them. GOOD LUCK!

Please don't do it. I wish I had investigated this scam. I have been trying to get a refund since February. Angela SINbrook should be indicted for fraud. $197 is some price to pay to learn a lesson, but I'm grateful I didn't lose more. I'm going to contact the Attorney General, BBB, Careerbuilder.com and anyone else who will listen.

I totally agree! I too have been scammed by this so called business. Like you, I signed up in February and the very next day I cancelled and requested the refund. Here it is Aril 14th and I have gotten nothing but a headache from the constant "it will be refunded in 7-9 business days" mumbo jumbo. I call at least once a week and get "disconnected" when I ask to speak with a supervisor.
My bank assured me that I am not over reacting and that this seems to be a sinful scam. They suggested that I contact the BBB and the POLICE in the town where the office is located.
With all the $$$$ that Angela Penbrook is making off of trusting people like us who are trying to better our lives, perhaps she could pay some of our bills or feed our chilren!!!

This is a horrible way to make money off stay at home Moms! My husband is a fireman and if he treated people the way that I have been treated! I hope that Angela Penbrook is in AZ and happens across my husbands area!! Lets see how she likes it when her requests are continually ignored and treated like crap! I too will be contacting the POLICE and BBB in California and any other AUTHORITIES that I can! DON"T BELIEVE THIS HORRIBLE GIRL! I hope she rots!! PS>>>get some customer service people that understand and speak ENGLISH!!! OR maybe that is her way of scamming us we get frustrated with these foreigners and give up!

I had foolishly signed up with 'Angela Penbrook Productions' on Feb. 28th. I sent an e-mail the very next day to the customer care@penbrookprodutions.com address they had provided stating that I was cancelling and wanted my refund ASAP. They returned a response that simply stated 'a customer representative will contact you within 24 hours'. Nope!

46 days later and numerous phone calls to 1-800-785-8042, speaking with people who hardly spoke English (when I wasn't 'disconnected') and the 'you will receive your refund in 7-9 days' nonsense- on 5 different occassions, weeks apart and I still have nothing but $197 missing from my bank account!

They even had the nerve to tell me that there was nothing they could do because a refund had already been processed and that it was up to my bank to find the money.

My bank suggested that I contact the BBB and even the police in the city/town of operations. I believe that it is Irvine, CA though I am not totally sure. With all of the broken English speaking 'representatives', the business could be based out of this country for all I know.

This truly falls under the 'Buyer Beware' catagory...

I was about to pull out the credit card when it dawned on me to google this girls name. WOW! I cannot believe that the Attorney General in her state of incorporation has not shut her down and had the IRS guys looking at her books.

I am sorry that all of you lost money and hope that she gets what she deserves some jail time. I would love to she her on Court TV.

Thanks for the Heads UP!

I got a response from Angela Penbrook...but not what I expected. This turned out to be a get rich quick scheme that wasn't going to work for me. They wanted me to have all these credit cards with high interest rates so I could use the interest to my advantage and make the money back. How, I'm not entirely sure. I talked to a guy from their company for about an hour and a half one night. The whole thing sounded great...about getting my own internet based business off the ground with the help of mentors and a web deisgn group that would do all the hard work for me. Then I just had to give them between $4000 - 8000 in credit card numbers. Then we got suspicious. When we decided, 28 days into the program that we just weren't going to get suckered like that, we called to get our money back. We were well within the 90 money back time frame. I haven't been able to get my money back. I have been fighting with these assholes for a month. I finally disputed the charge on my credit card, because Angela's people keep saying that they are having a computer problem (they probably will say this until my 90 days is up and I can't recoup my money). I have NEVER in my 29 years heard of ANY reputable company allowing themselves to have a "problem" with their refund system for over a month. I am reporting them to the BBB and I hope everyone who reads this does the same. I really want to sue them for the interest that is now accruing on my credit card from the inital $197 charge that they owe me back. They will not even give me a physical address to mail correspondance to. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, the girl on the other end of the line (who barely spoke English I might add) kept repeating herself, asking me for my concern. I finally told her they owed me money and I wanted to speak to her supervisor. She tried to tell me that I couldn't and told her Yes I could. She put me on hold for a long while, all the while I could hear the phone scraping against her clothes. So needless to say, this is some retarded chick and her husband or boyfriend doing this out of their garage and ripping people off. Don't even waste your time or money, because even though they have a "90 day money back gauarntee", you'll never see that money again. Thank God I could dispute the charge.

Please, Please don't be suckered in by this scam artist! I am a disabled person who would have liked to do this if it had been on the up & Up! My daughter works as a "rebate processor" and I thought this would be a good opportuinty for me. I gave her my "debit card" number one evening and then decided that I had made a mistake and requested a refund the next day.

I made numerous calls and they told me each time that my refund was being processed, and then told that it would take from five to seven days to get my money. Well after two months of this garbage I went to my bank and disputed the charge. The bank either got my refund or gave me my money back within four working days. I am going to call and see if the bank actually got the money back or if they just gave me the money to keep me as a customer. I hope they got the money back from AP as the bank did not make any mistake!

Angela Penbrook is nothing but a bunch of scam artists. I have not yet had anyone tell me that they actually received a refund from AP without having to dispute the charges through their bank or credit card company. They do not refund on their own.
