Hello Everybody,

This article is to all living in Bandra, Khar Santacruz. PLEASE BE-AWARE WHEN YOU ORDER FOOD FROM AMRUT SAGAR FAST FOOD. They always either bring the wrong dish ordered or when they bring the right ordered food the food taste horrible as they use old stuff or the quantity is very less.

Many times it has happen to me but recently when I had ordered two plates of Panneer Pulav, the Panneer was like a stone or you could compare it to a hard rubber. This when it reached all my limits and I decided to complain in a different way and put a complain on this site.

My two children had to go to school and they had eaten one plate of Panneer Pulav before I could taste it. So in the afternoon when I wanted to have my lunch I opened the left over food of the first plate of panneer pulav and tasted it. It was Horrible and I wonder how did my children eat it even the second plate of Panneer Pulave was the same.

So I called the restaurant and complained this is when I had a heated argument with the restaurant owner he was so selfish on the phone and thought about his own business and did not thing about his customer. I did even tell him that this happened many times but he kept a deaf hear to my complains.

So therefore I advise you people not to order by home delivery from Amrut Sagar, Hill Road, Bandra.
