Amexmedicines.com review: Fraudulent sales online 1

I purchased some medicine at their website at July 12 2016. They sent me the confirmation email. On their website there were variety type of payment ( credit cards, paypal), but for some reason no one was available to use.So their email contented the payment request through Moneygram system in such content :"thank you for your order. The details you will need to complete a Moneygram transfer are:Payee: Zornitsa Toteva Gancheva
City: Sofia
Country: Bulgaria
All Moneygram payments are entitled to a 10% discount over the order's total, so the sum to transfer is 38.16 USD. Please let us know the transaction's number once you complete payment.Please, if you are asked by the agent, do not disclose that the transaction involves medicine sales, otherwise it might be refused!Kind regards,
Amexmedicines Customer Service". Also, I was able to send them the information only when I log in their website in the "contact us", but they responded to me to my email. There are no any contact name or phone, poorly maintained the customer service. I paid $38.16 at July 15 2016 and I sent them the required amount and reported about it. After a few days, at July 21 2016 I got such email:"we have forwarded your order for dispatch, but there is a problem with the supply of this product and we will not be able to provide it.Please let us know which is the most convenient way to refund your payment? If you can accept a Paypal transfer, please provide an email to send the money to.Please excuse us for the hassle!" So, I provided my email to get the refund, but I nited them that I paid the tranfer fee $ 12, and that if they had not have available their product why they let me make my order and payment?... After this email I have not hear from them anything eventhough I have sent them a few emails with the question where is my order or refund? Still nothing. I'm sure that this company is fraudulent and I ask you, please, if possible help me to get my refund and protect US online market from this company to prevent that other people will get defrauded
