I am in the same delema. Just called Ct attny generals office, if he recives enough complaints his office will start a lawsuit! im writing his office now.It is not a class action lawsuit but if you look up Bank of america lawsuit in Springfield ILL youll understand the need for your letters to your State Atnny General. Good luck & Godspeed
