Complaint Rating:

I was tricked into agreeing for the 5 yr plan for a certain set of magazines and to date have received 1 yr of only 3 of the 7 magazines I paid for. Currently I haven't received any magazines at all this year. After calling and complaining , I was told it would take 3 months to fix and those 3 months are up . The problems still exist. I paid 1000$ for this F*****G scam and keep getting jerked around.

I am about to take this 1 step further.
