American Laser Centers Complaints - Laser hair not removal!

I am ready for a class action law suit (have the scars to prove it). I must say one thing before I start for everyone who can't read everything through. DO NOT USE ALC THEY WILL SUCK YOU DRY. I AM DONE WITH 3 years of TREATMENTS AND IT HAS NOT WORKED. SALINA THE MANAGER THAT signed me up, SAID 6 TREATMENTS hair will be gone. I STILL Have 50% hair left after 26 treatments and a bunch of scars. AT one point they said they'd offer me microderm until the scars are gone (that was Tiffany, the manager between Salina and Hailey in my story). Hailey the new manager (her story is below) has told me that even though I still have scars she will discontinue the microderms because "IT COSTS THEM TOO MUCH" (I paid 3700 for my 6 treatments and now they asking for, 8800 more) . Of course I'm pissed. PLEASE DO NOT use this company. They will leave you there hanging to dry. They DO NOT give a rats ass about people.

I have never written a complaint for any company, but today I am going to take the time to write as many as I can and report them to the Better Business Bureau. I have been a customer of American Laser Centers for 3 years. I paid 3700 for my full tshirt treatment. The past 3 years I have gone through hell and I regret ever signing up with them. The treatments hurt like hell. I still have 50% of my hair left and tons of SCARs. They are a very deceptive company and the employees are rude and obnoxious. I go to the clinic in Clearlake Texas. The last manager Van Stokes shouted at me to the point I felt I was harrassed. The first day I met her, I told her that I had a verbal agreement with the past manager to have them shave a part of my back that I couldn't reach. Instead of letting it slide, she told me all smart ass like that she didn't have time for that and that she was the "new" manager who wasn't going to lose her job like the other lady did. Talk about consistency in the company. Anyways her last week I gave her my 2 cents for harrassing me and now she's in Dallas (helping ALC sucker other people in). I wish I could call her a nappy headed hoe, but like this is the internet and I don't want to be racist or anything. As far as my treatments at ALC, I just had a talk with the "new" manager Haley. She just told me that my 3 year "guarantee" is up and now she's going to do me a FAVOR and sell me another package for 3 years for 2500 dollars. Of course it is only good until today and if I don't sign up today, I am going to have to pay 8800 dollars if I want to continue treatments. RIP OFFFFFF!!! I have 50% of my hair still left because their lasers don't do jack shit. There lasers don't work and they are just out to get your money. Salina the original manager that signed me up told me that after SIX treatments my hair would be gone (YEA RIGHT, lies!) I've had 26 treatments and all I am left with is bitterness, hair and SCARS. I am ready for a class action law suit if you all are.
