If you truly had a bad experience you are entitled to your complaint but it is just plain evil to throw a company under the bus the way some of you have. There is a such thing called ACCOUNTABILTY!! No one forced any of you to sign up and I bet a few of you are blowing things out of proportion. I have a friend interested in services and she told me about this site and was scared to death. I have been a satisfied client for 11 months now and I am seeing amazing results. There are very little things you can spend 1000 dollars on and it will last you the rest of your life. The staff at my clinic is professional and courteous. I have had to change my schedule around because I travel and they have ALWAYS been helpful. For those of you reading this site to make up your mind about whether to choose American Laser please keep in mind for every bad experience there are hundreds of great ones.
