Amazon not send refund

i order on Amazon for a LED TV order no # [protected] and pay in advance after 7 days i received product by mistake i order 24 inch TV but need 28 or 32 at the time of delivery i see its too small for me and cancel order and write for refund but after a 22 days Amazon write me that i change product how to possible i attached image of box i do not open the box and return as it after it many mail and call by me Amazon assure me that they process my refund but after 24 days deny for refund what i do
now in India amazon listen only seller

In this situation, I would request you to please contact the customer care department of your bank with this reference number for more information about your refund and ask them to put "Charge dispute" the transaction as "refund never processed." Amazon students account closed used their of a-to-z guarantee claims system its possible their breaking some sort of california law on gift cards

I got this message, from my understanding what they have done is against California law about gift cards accounts, or something like that, I no longer have the email address since I removed the alias to this account, my parents no longer want me to use amazon at this point because of this matter, please note I filed one item about it being damaged to the A-Z claims, and at that point did they do this to my account, sure I was ordering a few used items, but only a few didn't have their condition on amazon right, again I am just an art student, so if amazon.com did break California law in some way someone else is going to have to go after them for me, the buyer and student with learning problems etc.. again this was not my fault I never saw any information in which says their was an limit for example of using their system about problems, it was not clear to me that they were going to do this, they could of just not given me back my money in my gift balance, again I was only using bing.com free $5 dollar gift cards, and one Christmas gift card $25 from an family member, is what the item was an dvd set that came damaged again they closed my account over this one item, and again I no longer have access to the email alias to this account since I removed it, I don't want amazon.com to cause me or family members any more problems, the other things I would by for myself on it was used books, books I wanted to read, amazon made it easy for me to find them out going to an local books store or library for them. again I don't plan on using amazon.com anymore since I don't like this kind of drama they caused me.

Amazon american made products

Looking for shoes for myself and granddaughter, want to buy American made. One pair shown for each: a pair of woman's flats and a pair of plastic, clog like sandals for the young one. I did not ask for sneakers. Sneakers are NOT shoes. Did not ASK for plastic sandals for my granddaughter. I can go to Wal Mart and find LEATHER shoes made in the U.S.A. but thought Amazon would have a better selection. In my opinion, this is a sad state of affairs. Will NOT be shopping for, shoes with Amazon again . Each time I try to make an American made product only to find one or two items, that category will be eliminated as well. SHAME ON YOU!

Amazon used to be great

Amazon used to be a great place to shop and I spent thousand of dollars here. However, after my last purchase I have become very disappointed with the site. I got a faulty product and when I tried to complain, return and get a refund I got a rubbish customer service. When I contacted Amazon they said there was really nothing they could do to help. They said that I need to contact the seller and discuss the problem with him. When I said that I already tried many times but was completely ignored by the seller, Amazon rep only wished me luck and that was the end of the story. So disappointed!

Amazon customer service & review appeals team

Let me start by saying I have been a long time loyal customer since 2007! I have bought many items from them over the years and decided to start reviewing my purchases. I love trying out skin products and starting posting very detailed reviews on my previous purchases in hopes of getting my ranking up to be apart of their Amazon Vine team. (Very hard to do.)

So when I started seeing my reviews being not only downvoted but removed I emailed the 'Review Appeals' team in hopes to find some answers. I was following the TOS, what was wrong? Apparently I was "manipulating" my reviews on the items. I then replied to the email and asked 'how?' Only to get the same automated message back. I then called Amazons customer service and only 4 out of the 7 reps spoke English, 3 worked with me to try to find a solution and only 1 was able to somewhat help me. We were on the phone for over 45 minutes trying to reach the Appeals team. No Answer. She said she would send them a request forum to relook at my case. That was DAYS AGO! Then I get the same automated message in my email with a snarky response saying they don't have to explain why my reviews were removed and they will no longer reply to my emails. What?!

I have been an Amazon Prime for years, ordered nearly 100 items in my time there and this is how they treat a long term customer? I have had way better customer service through eBay and that place is just awful to call.

I can't believe that for as much as Amazon spams my inbox asking for feedback on a item/purchase they want nothing but false information to make more sales. Shame on this company and their shady Review Team!

Same thing happened to me. After calling several times I was the review dept. doesnt have a phone and only email will be answered. So far no response. I really dont expect one from what everyone else is saying.

Amazon not safe!

Someone hacked my account and used it to make several orders! I immediately contacted Amazon customer service and they told they caught the charge. I was told I'll be refunded in several days. Three weeks passed and still nothing, I spend days trying to get my money back. Amazon is not a bad site, there are many cool thing to buy, and I really loved it, until the day when someone hacked me. This site is not safe, and I'm very disappointed with Amazon, they cannot even protect their customers. Very shameful for such a reputable company.

Amazon fraud!

Recently I received a call from my bank saying my card was charged. I went to Amazon and found out that someone made a purchase through my account. I immediately contacted Amazon customer service, explained what happened and they promised to solve the problem. I spent several weeks going back and forth with their reps who were absolutely useless and unhelpful. Then they promised to call me within 24 hours, but no one ever contacted me. So I contacted PayPal and opened a dispute against Amazon. I also reported them to BBB. Then they finally gave me my money back. If it wasn't for PayPal I would be out of $500! I'll never go back!

Amazon customer service and cancellation policies

Recently, I placed an order on Amazon for a gift. I quickly realized (within 2 minutes) that this really wasn't something I wanted to buy and hit the cancel order button. No problem, almost immediately I was sent a message that my order had been successfully canceled. The next morning as I viewed my online bank account, I saw that the charge for $69.16 had indeed gone through. I was also checking my email at the time and noticed that I had gotten an email from Amazon. The email told me again, that my order had been successfully cancelled and IF for some reason my debit card had been charged, that Amazon would refund the money within 1-2 business days. Okay, great. Fast forward 6 days, and still no credit to my account. I then called Amazon customer service to find out what the hold up was. After spending 2.5 hours on the phone, with 3 different customer service rep's and 2 supervisors, I was told that my money had never made it to Amazon and that MY bank was holding the funds. I was given a 6 digit "verification code" to give to my bank in order for THEM to release the funds. Long story short, no such thing! My bank had run across this multiple times with online Amazon orders and told me that in another 24 hours it would be released anyway. As they stated, the next day my money was back in my account. The point being is that Amazon WOULD NOT accept any responsibility or accountability for this problem and wouldn't even apologize for all of my inconvenience. I am completely disillusioned by this event and will never shop Amazon again! Good luck to you all out there!

Amazon received used merchandise

I ordered an item from Amazon and when I received it I was very disappointed because it was used! When I made my order the description said that item was brand new. I tried to contact Amazon customer service but they responded very slow. They agreed to take the phone for inspection. When I sent it to Amazon, they charged me a $15! They said that it was a restocking fee. This is just a huge scam they are running. They took my phone and plan to sell it to another victim. They hope that someone will buy it, and not return it. Fraud! I contacted my bank and asked them for help. Now my credit card company is in process of returning my money. Avoid Amazon!

Amazon no customer service!

My last order was a total disaster. Two months ago I made an order and bought an item from Amazon. Before ordering I checked their website and it said that my product was in stock. When I finally receive the package there was something completely different. I ordered a textbook, but received a calendar. So I contacted Amazon customer support, explained what happened and asked for an exchange. I was told that they could not give me an exchange, because item that I ordered was out of stock. If my item was out of stock they could cancel my order and return the money, but no! They've decided to sent me something and keep my money. The only thing these thieves care about is money. Now I'm stuck with that calendar and I doubt that I'll ever get my money back. Amazon has the poorest customer service on the face of this planet.

Amazon amazon unethical business

I had an Amazon Account for many years, from 2005 ... till December of 2015 when Amazon without an explanation closed my account. I am not a super buyer, ordering things once in 3-6 months and never returned.
The funny thing is that I decided to subscribe for Amazon Prime, because I needed to order a car part so after years using Amazon I said it's time to join Prime and benefit by the free shipping.
Ordered the Part a Toyota part and received it fine and same day decided to return it since was not necessary to use it anymore.
I just returned a Toyota part and after a few days I get the letter that they closed my amazon account and said it was because it was affiliated with other accounts! I tried to find an explanation, called them 3 times, nothing over the phone they wrote the same story, policy crap they cannot provide more information. I said ok no problem, you guys are not worth it my time but refund my Prime back. After mail and debates they finally refund my Prime money, I just subscribed too! 2 weeks prior to this!
Now a month later I get a message I was charged because the part was not returned! They released the label, there is a tracking number, the package was dropped delivered and they tell me I didn't return the part! I wrote them that you guys can clearly check the label you provided for the package to be returned!
I already reported this as a fraud on my credit card and hopefully they will refund the money in 30 days.
At this point I am not able to logon into my amazon account so I can prove them with the return label they released. Amazon is the most disgusting company I ever deal with. I will let know everybody know about the truth how Amazon conduct business on Internet ! I lost 400$ but Amazon lost my respect, and also all my friends respect.
SHAME ON YOU AMAZON!

Amazon amazon seller account suspended

I have sold used books on amazon for 4-5 years. Recently my company sent me out of town. During that 2 week period I notified every buyer of a shipping delay. They had no problem with it. Despite this Amazon decided they had a problem with it. So, no buyers complained or were upset but Amazon suspended/terminated my selling "privileges." The problem is no human beings with brains are involved in the situation. Amazons fees are very high as well. I plan to use another site to sell my used books. Amazon? No, Thanks.

Amazon horrible!

I bought two laptop computers from Amazon. One was for me and the second one was a present for my wife. Both computers were damaged, so I returned them back. Those were sold under Amazon's Brand but by third party sellers. I contacted Amazon, but they said it was not their problem. Actually I think that Amazon still is totally responsible. One laptop was not working, the second one had a broken screen. Amazon customer support rep said that I need to send laptops back and then I would get a refund. I actually did everything as they said, but still no money. After I receive my refund, I'll never use this website again. I don't know what to do and how to get my money back. I basically lost over $1000. I hope I'll get my money back, but I'm not sure about that.

Amazon I'm very upset.

I used to be a member in the past and loved Amazon very much. It was great for buying and selling thing, and I never had any problems with them. Customer support was always helpful and items were delivered in time. But over the last year, I have become very disappointed with Amazon. I was shopping for Christmas presents; I spent many hours and finally picked up few things. But it is now January and I did not receive anything yet. Last week I decided to sell some things on Amazon, but I could not log into my seller account. I contacted customer service and was told that the only solution to this is to sign up for a professional account (that is $40). Later they called me and said that I need to deactivate my account because I didn't have the correct tax or business info to have a professional account. But the funniest part was that I already paid for it and they approved it! The whole website has become so user unfriendly. I’m very disappointed and I miss the old Amazon very much. I’ll never go back, sorry Amazon. There are better and much friendly websites out there.

We ordered 2 of the same items as Christmas gifts. We received 1 correct (casa maria, mortar and pestle)(none polished). the 2nd one came as polished. That 1 was returned and reordered. We again received the wrong one (polished) We really want the correct one (not polished) and would like to talk to someone that can help correct this problem. How do I reach someone @ amazon?

Amazon company doesn't care.

I purchased some items, but all things I ordered were completely damaged. The items were not even close to what I ordered! I took pictures and sent them to Amazon customer service. They agreed that items were completely wrong and destroyed, but did nothing to help me out! And that seller is still in business! How is that even possible? When I tried to contact the seller and asked his address, he verbally abused me! I contacted Amazon again and they said “Yes, that is a problem”, and since then heard nothing from them! Completely useless and pathetic organization!

Amazon account specialist team closing accounts unethically & under false accusation

It is very disturbing to see this hooligan like behavior of Account Specialist team from Amazon who just closed down my account since i asked for refund / replacement for damages-defective-unsatisfactory items. I have gone through all the terms & conditions of the amazon prime site & could not find any clause mentioning limited percentage / number of times a prime member can return / replace items - which can be returns within a specified time & if there is any problem with the quality of that item is identified by the customer. My mistake was that after i had received a mail from Account Specialist team indicating suspicious activity I called the Amazom customer service number to understand the meaning of their email - (Also please note The Account Specialist had asked me to call on the customer service number to share feedback) I did that as well & the customer service executive also assure me not to worry as I had genuine reason to return items & they said that such random emails from account specialist was only for customer who are fraud for eg ; received an item but denied it etc. They DIDNOT mention that I cannot return / replace items. So I continued shopping with a peace of mind. Then One Fine Day the Account Specialist team closed my account - used humiliating language email - just refrained from proving any information - not reachable on call - Also under the disguise of investigation - they dominantly took this action because I was accused of misuse for returning / getting refunded for inappropriate items. I plead for your help as I am a victim of a huge communication gap - wherein I didnot know that I am misusing any policy related to refund which is nowhere invisible to me on the website while i enrolled for Prime & shopped from Amazon. MisUse Of My Card By Amazon : 1) My card was charged for an Item which I already returned & I had received Amazon Returns' confirmation of 'Item Receipt' - Amazon Account Specialist apologized & had to refund for this only after I followed up many times. 2) My Card was charged for Kindle whereas I had cancelled my subscription way back. - Amazon Account Specialist apologized & refunded with very harsh verbiage email & ordered me not to connect amazon customer service - But I had no option but to digest this humiliation because this Account Specialist guys are not reachable on any phone. 3) An Item which was miss-delivered on a wrong address led to refund in my situation but amazon blamed me for this There are many more examples where Amazon apologized for charging my card due to system errors & i have forgiven them for it. But this time I am accused for fraud when I am innocent. I am open to any investigation but I plead for justice and getting my amazon prime account re-instated
