Everything looks good on their web site. They write what you want to read. They tell you what you want to hear.
However, that is FAR from reality.
They promise that "Your purchase is 100% unconditionally guaranteed" FALSE ! Lots of conditions for a refund.
They promise "call or email us and we'll do everything we can to make you happy." FALSE ! Elena Loyola actually told me that she will let me know what "will make me happy"
They promise "Customer Service 7 Days a Week 7A-12M. FALSE ! After 6pm, they can only take orders, change addresses. They do not have true Customer Service.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Customer received a full refund for unsent and damaged shipments even though we sent out replacements. Unfortunately, Customer Service team was unable to help him because he was unpleasant to all including Ms. Loyola.
