Amajen Rottweilers Big Rip Off

I also gave Kim a deposit of $500.00 last August. I never heard from her again...tried phoning, number disconnected, tried e-mailing, account doesn't exist any longer. I have a dog from Kim that I got 5 years ago. He is a very nice dog, but he has epilepsy. I know that can happen through no fault of the breeder, so I willingly went back to Kim when I wanted another puppy. However, she apparently has no intention of making good on returning the money. Apparently she has no problem living with herself after stealing money. You would think she would have some conscience about it, especially with the medical bills and heartache I have with an epileptic dog I got from her. I guess not. I sure read her wrong.

Amajen Rottweilers Hip Dysplasia

We purchased a puppy from Amajen Rottweilers in Januray 2009. We paid over $1, 800 and signed a contract. After a few months and many unreturned calls regarding the registration papers I called the AKC and found out they never registered the litter. Furthermore, the Registration number for the mother does not match the name on my contract. The breeder have now moved to Virginia taking with them the deposit money from people who had reserved puppies in the spring litter. The phone number and address of the breeder is listed below for anyone that has been ripped off and is trying to contact them.

To make make matters worse the dog who is only 7 months old has been diagnost with a serious case of Hip Dysplasia. She will most likely require surgery to correct. I have contacted the Attorney GEneral of PA and filled a case against them as have a few other people who have been ripped off by these breeders. Please contact us to join our case.

In 1997 we purchased our first Rottie from Amajen Rottweilers and he was a wonderful and beautiful dog. At that time the owners were a very young family and their Rotties were healthy and well bred. I believe all their problems began in [protected] when their children took over the breeding when one of the owners got sick. When our Rottie passed we purchased another Rottie in November of 2006. He is a beautiful and healthy dog and we love him so much. The only problem we had was getting his AKC papers which took a year because we hired an attorney. I had heard they left the area leaving their daughters breeding these dogs and probably didn't know what they were doing then finally they all disappeared. We were lucky to get a very healthy and beautiful dog which I believe was probably one of the last good litters. It's ashame these people didn't know them years ago because they had very beautiful and healthy dogs. Photo of our Rottie attached.

BOTH KNEES ...RUPTURED CCL...Only 3 years old!

My husband and I lost our beloved Rotty before her time and found Amajen Rottweilers. We put the $ 500 deposit down and signed the contract that all buyers are required to do. We had to wait...with no explanation, for our pup about 6-9 months.
When we finally received her, obviously we bonded immediately...THEN... she is now 3 years old and has had 2 knee surgeries in 2 months to repair her CCLs. Nikki has other health issues also. I have been trying to contact the breeder to inform them, but now I know why they fled PA.
Please spread the word to future Rotty buyers NOT to do business with these lying and now(stealing money) breeders!

this is such a shame. my fiance and i had a wonderful dog we purchased from them nearly 10 years ago. We lost our Rotti last year and were planning on purchasing another from them this summer. Glad I did a bit of research.

Gave a $500 check as deposit for a puppy to be delivered in May of 2009. Can not get them on the phone. The mail box is full & they are not accepting calls. Cell phone for Amanda is hung up with no answer. Lousy people to do business with. Wish I had seen this site first. It would have saved me $500.
