I was employed by Blues Reyes to find work by placing ads online in which he agreed to pay me a 20% finders fee.I probably found 3-4 jobs for this guy only to have him not pay me.He also did not pay his employees on a job we did in Oroville ca. This man is incompetent and I witnessed him sell a lady a unit that he was not aptly able to install as a certified technician should be.
