Late delivery and no responses from courier
My parcel SHX76015020CMY had arrived here in Kota Kinabalu a week ago, but due to bad address I resubmit my address by texting them my address because they told me to. Until now, no responses from them. I've tried calling them for a million times but they keep rejecting my calls and none of my calls were picked up. Please upgrade your customer service and give your workers more training course because they were too many complaints regarding on late delivery here in KK and none of them were from semenanjung Malaysia. So dissapointing and I am still currently waiting for the parcel to be delivered with dissapointment.

Iam a loyal customer for mac in amman, jordan, and I always buying all kind of food and stuff they have, but when iam trying to get a delivery order for my office, they always said that they cant deliver because sometimes there is some traffice jam, but my office is in the middle of amman, and all other restaurant deliver to me, but I prefer macdonalds, I hope you can help me on this issue, because I called then many times and all times they refuse, and please notice that the nearest branch is 15 min. delivery on my location and not contacting the person to receive
Lbc has a very poor delivery strategies! The delivery man wasnt contacting the person to receieve to confirm the location !they were not bother if the paracels were very important to immediately delivered! They kept on returning the items to be delivered 3x! My God not even bother to call the number of person address on that parcel! Poor! Never recommended this courrier service!

A refrigerator was delivered on june 1st by two Mexicans and they tore my house up mrssed my newly painted walls up put a gash in one wall broke my glass candel holder left plastic on the frig inside and out and messed up my hard wood step up. #Well the description don't match with our understanding as the premise have people all the time, not even courtesy phone call, just delivered the miss you note.
#we don't even see any delivery people at that said hour, suspected just leave the note for us to pick up ourself, not the first time.
#even frontdesk staff admitted that driver did not even bring the item, just stamp the timing and leave the miss you note
We hope this don't happened again as we paid for postage service!

I purchased over 4000 worth of furniture. I had plans to order again since my first delivery was great. However my queen size bed was sent with a full size box spring. So not only did i have to wait for my delivery for two weeks but today is delivery day which was schedule between 8-12'z here it is 1pm no furniture. Very unprofessional. Why pay for delivery after all of this headache and the customer service sucks especially with communication to dispatch. I wouldn't recommend this company!

This company has a bunch of incompetent people working for them. They can not follow delivery instructions. They can not tell time. They apparently cant work a phone. Customer service will not let you speak to a supervisor or give you the name or number for a supervisor or district manager or corporate office when they mess things up. What they can do is lie and hang up on you. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. They get one star only because I have to give at least one to post this review. Beware of this delivery company if you expect your delivery to be how and when your told because the one thing they are good at is telling lies !
