I received a one week supply of Alteril on or about May 21st and paid only postage. Now 2 weeks later I received another bottle of Alteril( 60 tabs). and was charged 36.90 to my credit card. I did not order this bottle of 60 tabs!!! I do not want any more bottles sent to me and charged to my credit card!! Could you please help? The same thing happened to me. I ordered Alteral, and was promised money back if it didn't work. I supposedly paid only postage on that order. I was sent medium strength in a small plastic bottle with 14 pills. Since that time I have been trying to reach the 800 number and they are absolutely NEVER answering. Now I have been charged on the credit card that I must have given them and they changed my order to 30 Maximum Strength, and have charged me twice for two packs
of 30 tablets. They keep taking my money, but I have not taken any of the tablets and will happily send them back after they credit my credit card for me. There definitely should be a class action law suit brought against the company! I will gladly take part in it and I am sure that there are a huge number of other people who going to do the same thing.
