Please to read carefully, I know it’s long but it’s a necessary and you will be grateful in the end. I send this message to all new visitor’s of uae and also resident. I want to inform you that there are so many offices of consultancy and recruitment that promise the candidates that they can get job.in vain, they sell only dreams, but there is no result and there is no job especially in this crisis period. among of them, I can add a real suspicious office which is named al aidy al mahirah employment & management consul services, this office is located in sharjah above dubai islamic bank with registry number: 14797 and license number: 540890, and they pretend to offer a good service to their candidates, but in the reality they need only your money and after that they let you down, their service is very worst. I don’t know how these office still work with this illegally way, and where is the government punishment, and the complains of the candidates. you must know that this office spread his entire offers through news-papers unfortunately and also by internet through some famous websites like gnads4u.com by insert their phone numbers. they use the same way like the other agencies in the same city and other’s cities like dubai. at the first time, they take 100 aed as registration fee which is not refundable and give you only a card which is marked in your full name and your serial number and have no official value, and in the second time they call you and tell you that you have an interview with a company, but at that time they charge you 300 aed and show you a receipt/agreement, but it’s marked not refundable with a stamp.
For the candidates which have problems with this kind of offices after paying them and they don’t get any job as they promise you, you can send your complaint to the ministry of labour in sharjah, it’s located in al yarmook between al estiqlal street and al wahda street or you can go to the nearest police station in that city accompanied with the copy of your receipt and card.
As information, the article 18 of the uae labor law states that: “no licensed employment agent or labor supplier shall demand or accept from any worker… any commission or material reward in return for employment”.
In the end I can said that unfortunately uae don’t offer jobs anymore and many dreams are broken here, please save your money and don’t waste it in that fake offices and please tell it to your close friends and family in order to protect your entourage from these pitiless shark offices. as the proverb say: to prevent is better than to cure

I am the latest victim of this scam people. I saw their post in dubizzle jobs (yesterday 21/2/2018) and said to call this no. [protected] to make an interview sched. its a pakistani lady she told me to go in sharjah fish market and ride taxi then call her. She is very smart to not share info that time, when im already in taxi I called her she talk to taxi driver and instructed to go in dubai islamic bank corner immigration road. When i reach my destination i call her again and said go to same building of dubai islamic bank, block C room 301 when im already inside i saw the company name AL AIDY AL MAHIRAH Employment and Manpower Supply Services. They pretend to ask u a little bit interview and promise u that u are already selected. (4000 aed + accomodation + transpo.) After all the discussion they will tell you that u need to pay the processing fee of 315 aed (im stupid to pay them) to secure my spot on the job position. The next day (22/02/2018) they call again and said i need to report in their office to finish all the requirements and need to pay another 200 aed. Thats the time i search about this company and found out its a fraud. Now i dont know if i can get my money back because base on the complains against them they are operating since 2011 and been have a lot of complains since 7 years ago and still continuously counting. Gulfnews also post their scheme but i wonder why this scam still operating. I wish authorities do an action and bring justice to their poor victim.

fraud of all time, they even trade their mother and sister for money. i have paid my hard earn money after 2 months no response when i asked them they said will refund and asked me to come next day but same day they called me and told that my refund got rejected and cant refund money, if you would have begged me that he dosent have money to run his family i would have done some charity but the way they are collecting money, everything to be answered to Allah.
In-sha-allah they will answer soon. I am trying my best to aware people in all means about them. Pray for me that Allah give me success in what I am doing for a good cause and save people from them. I am latest victim of their fraud.
al aidy al mahera is the mother of all fraud please neverever pay money to this useless people, whenever i perform prayer i will see to that in my dua i will curse their family for their fault because i also paid 500 dhrm to this xxxx people but no response and my family is suffering of mental tention, its my hard earn money so when my family is suffering same way their families also have to suffer Aaaaaaaaaameeeeeeeeeeeeeeeennnnn.

my gosh I went there today! I paid 300 dhs! they said I will receive a call within 2 days. Im really wondering so when I got home I checked it directly and I found this :( there is one kabayan there she is a lady and I ask her if it is no fraud she told me it is a very nice company. I trusted her since she is from the same country as mine. I could have use the money for my exit. I hate this company!
There is another such agency named Al Awaiel. This is at King Faisal Road, behind Al Moski building. Beware, they are fraudsters as well.
these guys are bloody thieves. They asked us for 200 aed and when they said 100dhs we paid it. they wanted 500aed in total.

complaints here against Al Aidy and these were all written long time back
and still the fake manpower company is in operation. My doubt is indeed confirmed.
By the time i handed my 300aed yesterday
i felt something is terribly. The lady named Banu is so skilled in speaking
so fast and reassuring that I was like hypnotized and no chance were given for
a second thought or even to ask questions.
Today when i received the call informing me that my cv was short-listed by a company for an interview, when i asked questions they told me just to come in their office
again for the details and i was reminded that I must pay the
balance 200aed if I am to proceed for the interview. Surely now i know it is fake.
The call came from their office only, not any legitimate company. And
surely they can just put a mock interview and say they will just call me if i qualify, most likely, they will never call again and the scam process is completed

to lose money just like that but what hurts the most is they play out of the

Hi friends, One day before Nasreen name lady called me that you come for interview to Sharjah. When I com to these BUSTER AND ###ER PEOPLE OFFICE NAME ' AL AIDY AL MAHIRAH' she asked me you should pay 100 AED for registration. I paid ths registration fee and today Ali name person called me you seleted so come tomorrow along with 400AED. But now I change my mind and known the fact of ths offic.

iam also have same experience from Al Aidy Al Mahirah agency, located in sharjah in Dubai islamic Bank, 301. first they asked me 300 AED for registration then after one day ...they said to me, you have selected for job. and pay remaining balance 200 AED . but next day i went but i didnt pay money to them...and i wanted to go and give compliant againt them.

I have called on toll free of sharjah ministry of labour and I have inquire what is the best thing to do to reoport this fraud agency and I have advise that you have to go to ministry of labour to complaint, I went there and there legal advisor is available only from 12nn to 1 pm, I arrived there around 2pm. I went to police station in Sharjah - Al Gharab so complain that agency and policeman told me he knows that Al Mahirah and other already came and complain against that agency, he added that police cant to anything with this agency cause applicants have signed the paper stating they cannot refund or asked the money back, (which is true, applicant have signed the paper as against on what they are actually explaining to the applicant that money is refundable they actually explaining and guide you and write information on there folder like blue and white and signed for it, they will not lat you to know what else is about mentioned on that applicant folder that technically you have signed for it, that is one of the reson when you will asked to retunr your money back and they will isnist that you haved signed that form that you cannot have your money back.) and then policeman ask me I can also go to Al Khan near or beside Port Khakid it Civil Econcomy where you can complain.
Personally there no doubt why these company still making money, it realy long process if you are serious with your complain on the benefit of others, I have spent taxi fair just to go to the right authorities just to report this case its really sad for me that I fail to find right athorities to direct the my complaints.

Seriously they are fraud, greedy shameless manager and cheep. they don't give me any relevant job when i reached their office they said we don't have any return policy.but at the first time when i submit my document they we have condition if we can't provide any offer letter then u can take your money. but the after that they said not any return policy.
