I don't understand why the invited me from Dubai for interview and then reject me in 2nd interview. Even I was almost selected in first interview. I meet all requirements including qualification and work experience I also have driving license. There was no point to be rejected I spend amount in bus n taxi but... :(
Anyways its part of luck.

I read both comments good and bad... I don't want to say a lot about like they are wrong or right etc etc.
I am working for last 5 months with this group. today when I try to find the website to apply for my friend I found this all. I am not hear to Support Diligent but my I guess its my moral responsibility to shear my good experience.

"when people didn't get the job they use to make this kind of issue but when the got job they even forget that he meet us in ajman" that was the answer for HR manager when i ask him about these comments on Internet and he also said when you ll get your first salary you ll think about your family or may be your girlfriend ;) but you ll not even think that you should putt good comments.

hi guys my name is Jasmin I come from my country with my 5 other friends we all try in different positions and different companies. one day 3 of my friends invited for interview in Diligent Ajman. we go throw with almost same procedure and finally I selected for the receptionist position. today when I was checking my emails so i decided to go to check Diligent website so can i see if there is any job for my boyfriend but I found this page. I can't say anything but i m shearing my experience.

it was long time when I had interviewed in starting I was little confuse because they give me about 2 weeks times. after 2 week finally i join the company and now working as Accounts.

I think there is no point with e-mail format all companies have these kind of format to invite candidate they can not make email to all people with different format because they use to check more then 20 people for one position. i m telling you this all because i am gone through with this all process and now with the blessing of God i got the job as sales supervisor.

I applied for a job which i got reply back on same day and i was happy i went for the interview around 9:45 am i left home since i live in Ajman but the office was weird i went and sat on the sofa i was hearing some sounds as if someone is watching interview then the cleaner knocked the door and said someone here for interview one man came out and see through my resume and asked some stuffs like how did you know about this job through whom and all i said.Next in the big hall 2 womens sitting the atmosphere doesn't felt like office type but a women took my interview didn't ask anything about me or education only one job that i did about sales executive.After that they said that i will get a call for 2nd interview which will be held in Dubai and i am worried cause i can't use expense to travel to Dubai just to pay them instead of an interview i really need advice.

This mail i got same day when i applied online but when i went there they took my interview but didn't ask for any payment but they said within 1 week i will get a call for another interview which will be held in Dubai so i am not stupid enough to go to Dubai all they way from Ajman just to pay i would be gone with 600 Aed or 800 or so in travels expenses but please i need advice what should i do.

Dear All,
I read your all comments. I don't want to say anything against you guys but I just want to shear my experience. I was also so confuse when I attend my first interview and pay 300. After few days I got invitation again to sign the offer latter and pay 200. That time I had less money so I was so confuse but now with the blessing of God I am working as data entry operator and our salaries still made by this company.
I am not saying you guys are ling but I am just telling my experience.

Check how corrupt the uae government itself specially the police (http://www.dubaicheckfraud.com/). That is only one example and if you check the net there are plenty of fraud cases unsolved due to the accused in a local. And now maybe the owner of that Ajman fraud company is a local too and that is why until now they are not arrested. I think even when you check the ajman police station logbook, you will find no record even though there are too many complains.
Guys Im not saying that we must stop fight. But we must do it on our own. Warn the others, make a chain txt msg then send to other, plug it to facebook, etc. Anybody has other ideas feel free to share with us.

can i ask u one thing guys..If they are fraud why the police is not taking action against them?

I paid totally dhs.500./- Again i applied one more jobs (same posting) in gulfnews.com, reply came from same team and same address...the concern person name is Miss.Huma, i.e.' "hr.stella4@gmail.com". They don't know i already selected and singed offer in Deligent group...now i am waiting for signing the company contract and visa processing..

The final comedy is, yesterday i applied same posting job in same website, id is "sophiapitama@gmail.com", they call me today to attend interview, but the address is same and same team...ha...ha...ha... Contact person is,

my humble request to all candidates, don't single amount, if they are asked amount just tell them to " Take all expenses yourself only and detect my first month salary"... its totally fraud...lot of time i called they didn't pick- uping my call, not replying my mail, i they attend your call they didn't asked your name also, just asking which posting r u applied, then they replied process going ...it will takes time...like this only...my money waste...

If you are in UAE searching for an better opportunity then be care full, there are lots of fraud HR companies. These fraud companies will take your valuable money. Some days ago I was in UAE searching for an opportunity, I read an Advertisement of Dubai.Gulfjobs.com, the job post was amazing with amazing salary, I called to that number, a lady named Ms. Huma received my call, please note the number was a mobile number, not a company landline number. They called for an walk-in-interview. I went there spending 100 AED (Bus/Taxi fare). I met with Ms. Huma, wow what a plan they have created, she asked me lots of questions related my job, I gave answer of every question. She told me that I was selected, and asked for an security deposit. She mentioned that the security deposit is refundable. She also told me that I will get a call from Mr. Musa. (the greatest scam of Dubai).

I payed them since I need that job, she told me to come after there day for next interview. She told me that if the management team will selected me on the next interview, the security deposit (300 AED) will be refunded with the first month salary, if not I will get refund on the day of my second interview. I was in pressure, I was thinking what they will ask on the second interview, couldn’t sleep the whole three nights, and I reached there at due time, they took me to next room, Mr. Abdhullah took an interview, he didn’t asked for anything just told me that I was selected, i need to provide my Passport copies and 200 AED fee for visa processing.

I didn’t think deeply because I need a job and they told me that they will provide me a job, I gave them 200 AED, I got a receipt from them. I came out from that office, took my eyes on that receipt, I felt uneasy, I felt as if they fraud me because the receipt doesn’t have company phone number, postal codes, email address..

I came to my apartment, searched for the Diligent Human Resource and Marketing company, my guess came true, they are scam and they took my 300 AED and I lost 500 AED.

Friends, every companies in UAE has an LLC license, Diligent HR doesn’t have any LLC license. I called to that number from 10 different numbers, i called them for the same job, the lady who received my calls, asked me to come for the interview. Isn’t this the scam. And don’t believe that Mr. Musa is going to give you a job. Please read this before you are going there. Also if you can place an complaint in Ajman Police.

I would also request to read some complaints posted around web.

Last month when I was reading your comments I was so confuse because in next morning I had final interview. I already paid some money and they were asking for more money for process or stuff like that.. i was so confuse but i still took risk and paid that money. i wait for 2/3 weeks but no response but final I got call and Mr. Salman Pick me from my place to the work place I sign some Documents and now I am working as accountant in Almaroof industrial imports.
When i had interview with Mr.Moosa and i discus about these comments, he said forget about it. and give you good comments right after getting your first salary. so according to my promise i m giving my fair comments after 6 weeks.
I must say two more things.
1. In interview the said I have to work 5 days a week but actually i need to work in 6 days.
2. The people who already working, please never resign the job till you sign labor contract and see your work place by yourself.

Diligent Human Resource and Marketing Solutions (DHRMS) is totally fraud and they have no vacancies in any field. They are earning from visitor. Mr. Abdulllah and Mr. Musa are agent and making fool all innocent visitor who are seeking job. They hunt me and got 400/- AED 5 months ago. Mr. Musa is making fool to me when i visit in his office in Ajman .he says that he will give me visa next day but next day never come. Dear Friends be aware and do not make fool by DHRMS do not pay single penny to DHRMS that is totally fraud.

This is company is absolutely FRAUD...Yes GYRUM you can get your money back but you have to argue with them first...I myself came there to refund my money back but said to say, they only refunded 200dhs out of 300dhs...They said it's their company policy that if you will ask for a refund or you withdraw your application, the security deposit will be reduced by 50%...I told them that it was not mentioned by Miss Huma at the time of the interview..then we end up of having a refund of 200dhs...

can i get my money back because i had this receipt 300aed they got and the receipt has said under not refundable.. why until now they keeping on whats wrong with the labor in the UAE and police at ajman.

while reading all of your comments, I proved that diligent company is a fraud.Yesterday I went for the iterview, also they asked me to pay 300dhs and told me to wait for their call on thursday..I was shocked bec.the comment started on january 2011 and still up to now september 2012 they are still operating..But knowing all of these, I will never come back for my interview..

Hello All, I went to diligent marketing ajman few days back when i was in Dubai, i paid AED500 to them and i was not aware of any thing like that, first a lady called me +[protected] and it is a bloody scam, they are cheater, taking the name of Allaha, they are cheating people like us, another ###er name moosa, he is the bloody receptanist in that cheat company, how the ajamn government is allowing them to do the business? i want to ask them why are you cheating us when ur Allaha has given you a life to beg.

They r 100 % fraud. i checked them by myself. and you guys just try to call them from land line they will not answer you and when you answer them from mobile then only they will answer. and sana name is fake name. there is a lady with ###ing voice. i am so lucky that i did not go there for interview and i already file case in police against them. they will get call from police very soon. please innocent peoples who r coming from visit visa and looking for job please please take care from this kind of fraud peoples. who ever disagree from this means they are their peoples. please dont trust them they are simply cheaters.

hey people why dnt u make all a move...like going there all the people who are complaining with thise police with you.so on the spot they check building and the office.have a unity, if u want justice then a make a move.putting ur complains here wont change anything but making a move will chnage everything.

Got to know that its a fraud 5 mins after giving the money. I went there to see Sana - she doesnt look like a muslim - I had a feeling from the start that this is some kind of a fraud but still managed to give 100dhs. I am not sad about giving the money, I am sad that the people pretending as muslims cheating other people. I seriously think of the persons who come on a visit visa, new to UAE and fall in this kind of a trap. The famous saying ... One DIRHAM and one DAY of the person on visit is important. I am sure the staff of diligent read these posts and laugh reading the comments. Please dont do this to the people on visit visa. Most of them are already in a very bad financial situation upon that the hope of a job kills their days. I hope the staff of diligent watever their names are - i am sure they are not their real names - realize that this is not good. They will pay dearly very soon because the prayers of the opressed strike through the 7 heavens like a lightening. I hope they stop this nonsense and find halal ways to earn money.
