I always say 1thing to all job seekers that according to uae nobody can charge from jobseekers for new job, only employers pay to recruitment agencies for new employees.
Be wise...
And inform ministry of labor for such incidents.
it was strange for me when I come for interview and ask money from me I was confuse and I paid it after they call me for offer letter and again i deposit money and wait for 8 days there was no answer but on 9th day i got a call for my contract in client office in Abu Dhabi. I went there and I sign my contract and visa paper and I got employment visa approval just yesterday.
I am totally not agree with people who are putting negative comments. One of my friend got 3 direct interview with Diligent's clients.
In Start it look fake for me as well but now I am satisfied.
This mail I got today.they told me to come for an interview tomorrow.
can u suggest is they are fraud company or not?

Same happened with me as well in january with this OHI GROUP. i am in pakistan just for this this hr and admin manager job in dubai. i went to dubai from pakistan . and they interview me and short list me but still no responce from them. they even change their names on daily basis. i am adnan from pakistan. my cell number is +[protected]
god knows what they are doing, to cheaters, liers, be carefull what youre doing in this world its not about the money its not about what you get in people to cheat, ...how about KARMA will come to each one of you, you can sleep, you can laugh but you cant hide your sin inside in your heart, , , , , , one day all of you will pay for this not in human hand but in GODS hand...!and you cant hide all of you for what youre doing god bless you all what youre doing in this world if youre a cheater your cheating more than yourrself...

I am one of the victim of this company, I paid 300 for registration and they are asking again another 200 Derham when they called me for the next interview. Then i ask for refund coz i knew that they r stupid [censored] company.then this ###ing moosa i dont know exactly his name he start talking in a very bad way. I told him I will not leave the office If u will not refund my money otherwise I will call police. Then that time he let me sign the refund form he told me I can give u half only from ur money coz they have charge for the process of the papers etc.
this kind of company should throw in garbage, let them go to hell. Time will come god watching them always. for those who's willing to do an action for this I will help u.
My dear friends i just finished my interviewed in diligent marketing and they ask me to pay for 300AED. Ms. Sana she's the one who interviewed me and when i came back home i just opened their website to check the Company profile and i was shocked i found alot of comments and till now i was confused they said they will call me on Tuesday for signing the contract.

my name yram, I'm a filipino...kabayan beware of: DILIGENT MARKETING Location: Ajman Khalifa Bin Zahid Road (Bank Street), Ajman Bank building same building 3rd floor, Office No- 307 is FRAUD...THEY ARE FAKE! THEY ASK MONEY FROM JOB SEEKERS LIKE BEGGARS...Mr.Musa, Mona Al Zarouni, Sana Mizra, Abdullah, and the other ### in the group. Please don't let yourself be a victim. I just went there yesterday, all I want is to have a job for me to support my family. The first day I went to the office, I was interviewed by Sana who speak too fast just to confuse the interviewee, she discussed the company and the offer for medical assistant and ask me for 300AED for security fee which is refundable on the first month salary or if you don't want to sign the offer letter. I don't have money that time, she asked me if how much do I have with me, honestly I only have the exact fare for me to go back home. I came back the next day to give the 300AED coz I thought they're a good company. They told me that Mr.Musa will call me to confirm my appointment on the next day, Mr.Musa called that night and was asking me to come tomorrow, bring photocopy of passport and visa and additional 200AED to sign the offer letter. I started to doubt because first of all before I left the office the day I gave the 300 AED is that I asked SANA the ### if there are other fees needed or if I dont want to continue, can I get back my money, she said YES, NO PROBLEM. I went there today JANUARY 15, 2013 to cancel my application and get my money back, before I left the house I even called their office, ask if I can really get my money back, they said YES, I told them that I'm on my way to their office and the answer is NO PROBLEM. Finally, I arrived in the office, I waited for so long, seems like they are really busy but honestly they're NOT. I observe them very carefully, take a look at their strategy and I've proven that they are FRAUD...I told Mr.Musa that I don't want to continue anymore and I want to get my money, this ### asked me to sign a refund form stating that they will only refund 50% of my money and that I would be able to get it within 10 days. I am 2 hrs away from ajman and its a waste of time going there and you will get nothing in return...I am so mad with those people, they are using different group names if they send you an email. PLEASE DON'T BELIEVE THIS PEOPLE, THEY ARE FRAUD! I AM HOPING THAT AUTHORITY WILL TAKE ACTIONS TO ALL OF THIS COMPLAINS...FRAUD!SCAM!...DILIGENT MARKETING IS FRAUD!

This is the most funny blog.
Almost every week I read new comments. some people exchanging their experience some at using this for advertizement some are posting stories some are happy after job some are crying. I never put my comments let me exchange my experience too.
I worked under this group. in starting it was very strange when they ask me for some deposit but I follow them and after all process I got my first salary and get my refund too. I complete my 2 years and left the job because i have some issues with my supervisor.
