Airtel review: activate my sim 143

Dear Sir,

I have following complaints

1. Fake promises

I gt ported from reliance to airtel on 2nd october

when I contacted customer care, i was told my plan as A2A 10p A2M 20p landline50p..

But when I verified plan given is something else

2. In the name of not reaching of documents, both incoming and outgoing services were cut.

Even though I submitd the documents again on same day when I received msg, due to carelessness of Airtel representative, doddabommasandra (his name I dnt remember) he delayed my document submission for one week and outgoing also gt cut for one week!

3. Now when I call customer care to complain, instead of going to csr, call gets diverted to dialogue "please cal *123#"

Why my number is blocked from contacting CSR?

4. On 28th oct, ad cal came on talk 2 me service, even though I didn't subscribe..after the call 15rs gt cut saying fr activating to talk 2 me service...

Why you blackmail customers?

I thought airtel is good but its worst and cheap!

please solve all complaints earliest ...

MY OUT GOING & INCOMMING CALLS ARE NOT WORKING FROM THREE DAYS

I have not access my network, but gprs always connected!

Outgoing calls are barred on my mobile phone even after submitting the id proof and photo

i was deactivate airtel gprs but my charges is still cutting

i want to block my sim. because it is theft

I have an AIR TEL prepaid mobile connection. Last 3year few months it was not used.
When I tried to use all the balance was deducted by Air tel and SIM deactivated.
