no action taken to reimburse payment of broadband connection
Hello, I had requested for a new airtel broadband connection at B.T Kawade road Pune and accordingly made a payment of Rs 1000 at the website. However the airtel officials informed me that the connection cannot be made at my place . So I request you to reimburse my amount ASAP.
regarding the recharge amounts
In website they are providing different data, but if we do, they are telling that is not applicable for your number. Only through you can check and recharge, then why do they want to use a website for recharge.
They are indirectly grabbing the money from us telling the name of technical issue
Such a website cannot challenge for this money grabbing issues in their own website...

airtel sim not working after mnp
The most pathetic service of these guys
I booked my number under MNP portability from Airtel Sim -Delhi to Airtel Hyd with no [protected] on 21st July 2015, The request got completed on 31 July 2015, But from that day neither my previous sim worked nor the new one is working, Today is the 8th day for this, I am running behind the representative, visiting Airtel centers, calling customer cares but every day I get same pathetic response that its database issue, and will be resolved soon. I dropped mail to there nodal officer and customer care, But these fools said me to restart fone and insert that sim again and again, then somone called me and said, call 59059, i clearly told them that Sim is not detected by the fone so how should i call any no, there is no option there to select network. but i dont understand why these fools try to apply same solutions evrywhere. I am so pissed of because of this issue but then these fools dont listen to my complaints.I would request evryone never ever go for airtel, there are better services in market... Once i get this resolved i am sure will change my no and all other nos in my family to some other service provider..Thanks to MNP

poor service and billed for unused internet

My Airtel fixed line number [protected] and I used for broadband purpose and I have used these for last 10 months and I have got a problem in Jan 2015 and Feb 2015, I have complained with regards poor internet connectivity on feb 2015, they haven't resolved but they have sent bill for all these months. also internet was disconnected completely at Mar 2015 but again When I have received bill for mar 2015, I have asked them why you are keep on sending bills which i have unused, they have told me that we have not properly disconnected your connection, we will do the disconnection now and you have to pay the bill for the previous months, I said very clearly, I will not pay the bill in which i unused.
Today they have called me and threaten me to pay the bills and say like sending me the notice. very bad and poor service from Airtel.

worst response from airtel dealer

Oneday I got a call from Airtel dealer regarding postpaid connection for my family. I submit my ID prood and photos. But after that I didn't get any response from them. If I called them, their response is very worst and most of th times they didn't pick the call. Now a days many people easily misuse the ID proofs. Please take corrective action against those people. Airtel is a very good company, past 10 years my family members are using Airtel Services. 3g net slow too
I am an Airtel customer. My Airtel no. is [protected]. From 2 months Airtel 3G Internet service is poor too. Their 3G service like as 2G service & slow too in our area. When I surfing any vedio content or any internet site or any social site then Airtel 3G net is very late to open those site. Solve this problem as soon as possible.

misleading information given by airtel representative

that the bill is payable even if we not use the internet services(even after asking). I dont know about the fact and kept silent by not using the internet for 2 months. But now the airtel executives are calling to pay the bill(Of Rs.817) for the services not used by me, even i explained the fact happened. So please interfere in the matter and solve the problem. outrageous and unethical code of conduct
Hello,
I have a 45 paise per minute plan activated on my mobile. I have been observing for quite some time that when the conversation is terminated exactly at the end of a minute (say the duration in minutes is 4:00 or 9:00 or 21:00, etc.) Airtel automatically adds one (1) second to the time so that it can charge an additional 45 paise for the dishonestly added extra minute.
So for example when my mobile registers a total conversation duration of 4:00 minutes Airtel bills me for 5:00 minutes by showing the conversation duration of 4:01. Initially, I thought there might have been some mistake on my part but then I made it a point to note this practice under various circumstances, repeating each separate circumstance about 10 times and every time, without fail, Airtel resorted to the same outrageous tactic of adding one second to the conversation duration.
However, apparently, this issue has hardly been highlighted anywhere and I thought it was time someone did something about it.
I have brought this to the notice of many of my friends who have observed the same unfair practice by Airtel. There are many friends in my group who are foreign nationals and they find these unethical practices very spiteful. This not only maligns our country’s image but is utterly disgraceful in any given context.
Hope that Airtel practices codes of good conduct and honest business ethics instead of just publishing them on a page (web or otherwise) without stooping to such despicable and contemptible levels.

deduction in my balance
I had recharged my no [protected] for 3G internet for Rs154 on 31/mar/2015 and its expiry was on 30/April 2015. I had Rs 95/- balance in my main account and now it became 0.03 even though I had some 12MB data balance as on 4/13/2015. When I complained in Airtel complaints forum, I got irresponsible answer and my reference number is PR041300075 and PR041400055. Kindly request you to look into the matter and refund my 95 deducted amount as soon as possible. or else I need to take a strict action by complaining in consumer forum.

I am receiving Airtel Landline Bill statements to my personal email id regularly. I have sent more than 5 Emails to [protected]@in.airtel.com but there is no response from their end. Below i have attached the Email Statement of AirTel for the person using Land Line in Mumbai. My native is Chennai and i never went to Mumbai.

I have faced billing problems in the past for a period of 3 months after which I decided to take a prepaid customer. But the problem doesn't end there. I'm using Mobile Office GPRS service for which there is a daily rental of Rs. 14.99 per day. Now in the past few weeks on numerous occassions they have debited this amount twice. When I contacted them for an explanation I was told that it was a system error. I wasn't refunded the amount and just gave up coz I had to follow up so many times.

about balance deduction
My mobile no. Airtel Worst Administration Ever.
I Applied For New Broadband Line At November 26th.
Rs -3500 for - speed 8mbps 175GB.
Today 1 month + 19 days still they don't know what happened.
It is that landline number [protected].
Even line box just 7 meter distance. And just 3 lines only used (20 lines capable box)

But i received the bill by 17th with a billing period of 11th april to 10th may. The bill was 689.52. I have given the request for new broadband connection around week back but there is no reply from there side every time i call up they give excuse one or the other. I am totally fed up of them, please help me.
I have never seen such a procedure where for an existing customer, the customer needs to move at company's office to avail the internet user id and password. It should register by itself. This is because to make their customers to regret on their decisions.
I have complained on 3rd Feb 2008 regarding the internet not getting connected and there is no response w.r.t same. I call them twice a day, and every time the response I get is we would send an engineer today... and the today never comes... It is thoroughly disgusting on how their customer service works where its just sweet talk and no work. Thoroughly disgusting!
In the night time, most of the days its gets disconnected and speed becomes slow, made several complants but no permanent solutions given.
Needs investigation for the fault and recitification with reply ot this mail on action takne.
I have a broadband connection of airtel in commercial use category and applied for static IP no. on dt. 11.08.2007, but till date inspite of repeated telephonic requests, no action taken by the service providers!

getting double amount bills after making down payment for 6 months
I've taken a ultra flash plus 1249 30gb (2mbps/512kbps) combo plan in airtel by making a down payment for 6 months before 3 months.
My life has become pathetic from that day
Without my knowledge the plan was changed from
Arp-ul - (5+1) ultra flash plus 1249 30gb (2mbps/512kbps) combo plan to
Airtel-ul-ultra turbo plus 1249 25gb (4mbps/512kbps) combo plan.
From that day i'm getting unnecessary bills every month and service termination.
Every time i'm calling the customer care and explaining the same for 5 hours after which they raise a ticket and connect me to the escalation manager.
Always they promise that this is a problem from their database and will address this issue.
But since 3 months every day i'm in pain because of internet being terminated for not paying bill.
Airtel is the worlds worst service provider. my humble request to all the existing customers is move out to some other good customer understanding network asap. if you are a new customer never even keep airtel as a option. just throw it in bin.
All the tickets mentioned below are closed and no resolution is given.

installation of cellular tower
I already complaind a matter with you regarding bharti airtel cellular service for installing an unauthorised cellular tower at L-73, street no. 21, new mahavir nagar, new delhi-110018...the complaint was with you since 13.11.14 but still no action has been raken by company in this regard and even not they replied properly..pls do take action in this regard si that this cellular tower may be removed from here as this is hazardous to our lives and must direct the concerned authorities to take action against the company as well as against the landlord for doing this wrongful act and making oyr lives unhealthy...pls do take action urgently in this matter.

Complaint board/ Airtel, sorry to say but you are lieing...nothing has been send to me against my complaint regarding installation of the said towers...where and when you sharw resolution details..I only want you to send all the relevant documents here..wht are you not submitting them at this platform?
Pls see all this Complaint Board as Airtel is not coming here with clean hands..Airtel only killing the time, nothing else..

Complaint Board, Sir, I complained a matter on 13.11.14 regarding an installation of Airtel Cellular Tower but still no appreciate reply or action has been taken by the company so far..yesterday I again complain the matter with you but all in vain. wrong information provided by customer care
There is a wrong information provided by Customer care executive as I had asked for ISD plans for DUBAI(UAE) which is happened twice- before recharge and after recharge.On 10th Dec 2014, around 6:14 pm I had dialed airtel customer care number asking for ISD tariff plan for UAE that time when I was confirming for Rs 153 -60 mins plan. The executive advised me to recharge it by any seller not specifying that it is not applicable for UAE countries. After recharge, when I had a call... money got deduct from my main balance. Again I called to customer care at 9:23 pm and update my issue, then they suggested me like just switch off and again switch on your mobile- this will work. I had done the same but it didn't work, facing same issue- main balance deducted. Please trained customer care executives for ISD plans so that customer will not face such type of situations. Also, I want the recharged amount(Rs 153/-) back as 60 mins are waste for me.

Customer id is not registered on the airtel dth site
Hi Ashish Ji,
I have purchased airtel dth connection on around 10-oct-2014 through the airtel site (Online) however it’s been 2 months now my account is not yet registered on the airtel site.
My customer id number - [protected]
My issues -
1 - unable to view my account details on my tv - under - account details
2 - unable to login to the airtel site to view my account details as I get error message - "sorry! No airtel service is associated with your mobile number."
3 - unable to create a new account because my cellphone is showing as registered (strange)
4 - when I try to contact the customer care number and punch my customer id or cell phone number I got the same message - "sorry! No airtel service is associated with your mobile number."
I tried to contact the customer care site multiple times. -
First call - around 25-oct-2014 - customer care agent informed that they have raised the complaint to the technical department and the issue will be fix in next 24-48 hours. He also informed that you do not have to call again. When asked for the complaint number - he refused to give its its a internal complaint number.
So I waited for 3 days and tried to login again however unable to do so, even after waiting for a week my cell phone and customer id number was not registered to the airtel site.
Second call - 5-nov-2014 - customer care agent informed the same thing again - "the issue will be fix in next 24-48 hours". He also informed that you do not have to call again. When asked for the complaint number - he provided the complaint number - 40949335
So I waited again for the issue to be fix however again even after a week I was unable to login to the my account to the airtel site.
So I thought let’s call again to the customer care -
Third call - 25-nov-2014 - the customer care agent transfer the call the supervisor, who explained that - sir as you have purchased the product online (from the airtel site) that why the customer id and cellphone is not registered. You need to contact the local distributor and get a recharge done so your customer id number can registered to the airtel site.
I thought let’s try that also - I went to the local distributor and get a recharge done.
Now I am still unable to login to my account and also my account details are not visible on my tv - under account details. Not sure, what should I do and whom should I contact and where should I raise my complaint.
I would request you to please look into the matter and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

false & wrong commitments by company

i am an Airtel broadband user with ID [protected],
i placed a request for shifting my connection on 31 Oct 2014 after that on 3 Nov 2014 i placed a request for disconnecting my connection since other companies were offering better connection and the same i communicated to airtel team that i'll pay the final bill and no longer want to continue with airtel.
Their retention team started to call me day in day out offered my 100 sort of things but finally gave me solution as follows:
1. 15 days rental waive off, which your executive said has already been started from 4th November itself
2. 300 shifting charges would be waived off
3. 500 voice activation charges would be waived off
4. Rs 150 discount on my new billing plan for the next 12 month
after 20 days of struggling and repeated mails and calling to airtel they shifted my connection but now saying that they cannot offer me the things mentioned above
Problem is now they thinking that the customer is not going to leave us they saying we cannot offer you the above mentioned things, we never offered you anything like that, we cannot share with you the voice recording for such conversations now you have to pay bill for entire month and we cannot offer you anything
Sheer shameless, and unprofessional and cheating on airtel.
Am also using Airtel Postpaid and Airtel DTH, would soon look to discontinue those also.
Please don't fall into their false traps. they are a cheat.
I cannot continue with such a company which tries to be fool their customer by giving them wrong and false commitment.
