Recently I have opened a account with Airtel Call Home. But I am totally frustrated with the quality of service. The list goes endless. First once you create the profile, you can't find any details after you login.Secondly sometimes even with correct id and password they say invalid login details and you can't login into the site.Thirdly the customer care don't (NEVER) pick the phone.They are really very busy with other customers.The last but not the least is that your call to India drops frequently and after that you can't get the toll free airtel number to call India further. It says error in connection. I have around 25USD with them and really want to close the account.
