I have an account with Airtel call home. I have been trying to recharge my account for the past 10 days and every time i try, the transaction used to fail. When ever i call the customer care to find out the reason why, they used to waste lot of time confirming the user details (which is fine in a normal case). But here after verifying all the details they are saying the 'recharge' transaction failed because of they are upgrading their system.
Whey they know it is problem with their system, why can't they tell the customer in the first place that the problem is with their system. Every time a customer calls the customer care, the standard answer they give is the system upgrade will get over in 24 hrs. But is more than 10 days and still the problem persist.
I also seriously think Airtel is cheating people by advertising promotion, but wouldn't allow people to actually use those promotions.
