I have the bsnl broadband ( no. 01412732146 ) from 2 years . the speed of broadband is very low ( 12 mbps ), many times i have made compliant on toll free no. 1500, but till now i have not recive any respose from bsnl broadband, plz take action as soon as possible.

TRIED TO APPLY FOR DIRECT TV OVER THE INTERNET, BIG MISTAKE!!! SALESMAN CALLS ME, SAYS HE CAN GET ME HOOKED UP FOR AN ACTIVATION FEE OF $21.99, SO I GIVE HIM MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER, AFTER PUTTING IT THROUGH HIS SYSTEM HE TOLD ME MY CREDIT WAS NOT GOOD ENOUGH TO HOOK UP WITHOUT RIDICULOUS PRICES!...
