i am useing the the airtel prepaid card , but my service has been barred [ sms, o/g calls to cust center , other no , gprs]
i often make call to cust care but icant get sattisfactory anwere frm ur agents & TL till now .
and i am very irrated from ur services and whenever i calling on 121 but ur agents are not giving proper answere and disconnected my call and ur TL name is LOKESH he is taked with me in rudeness & agents also
i have activted cri alerts of 30 rs rental in this matter i taked with LOKESH he is telling me u r not feedding us. and ur charges has not been rembures and he is tells me ur services is activeted after 1 mon...

pls call back me on my no. 9974993179 its very argent.... otherwise i will take a legal action in consumer court. and i have all data of recoded calls of that rudeness...
