I have a prepaid connection at Delhi. Recently, I was subscribed to RT Club without any information on 02.08.2007 and Rs. 30/- were deducted from my card. Upon checking with the customer care, I am told that this money was wrongly deducted from my account and will be replenished back within 24 hours. Since then it has been an ongoing follow every time trying to reach the customer care executives with their interrupted services singing my complaint from one executive to the other, but in vain. Finally, I get to speak to one of the seniors, saying that this money has been charged for the subscription and that I should dial 646611 and download ringtones. When I dial the number to download the ringtones, I was once again charged Rs. 30/- and I have not been able to download any ring tones. This is an absolute ridiculous services misguiding the customers and penalizing them for the awful services that Airtel provides.

Bill is not received at all from last 3 months

To whomsoever it may concern,

I am using airtel connection for last 1 year but I am facing lot of problems. I am not receiving my bill for last 3 to 4 months, the courier people are keeping the bill with themselves and we are charged for the late fees and disconnection of services, we are also getting lot of customer services calls from 3 to 4 months and they request us to pay the bill. We have lodged the complaint for more than 6 times in your branch office in Kolhapur but your people are least concerned about our complaint and they are defending the courier people. So because of this reason I am planning to stop your service and switch on to another company expecting for better service.

I want to deactivate my mobile services and my number completely I dont want to use Airtel mobile do consider my request and close my account!
