No response to customer complaint!

I have applied for new airtel connection. I have applied on 15/6/07 it has been around 5 days but has not been activated yet. When ever i call to the executive for the status he always reply that in an hour it will get activated. The same story occur again and again.

I'm one of the postpaid customer my problem is that i'm not able to call in this no-05967223732(Uttrakhand) from my no.(9906900840 (Kishtwar,J & K), whenever i call it shows number not in use but i'm received call from 05967223732 i've complained lots of time at your customer care at northen region When ever i call to the executive for the status he always reply that after 24 hrs it will solve. The same story occur again and again.you may check my complain no.pl solve my problem as soon as possible becouse i have to face lots of problem.

I am suresh studing in kongu engg college.I bought a sim in before one months.now i have message cuter but i send one message take Rs.2 rupees.many time i complaint to cuctomer care but no response.

the problem occur inone month.

PLEASE HELP ME...............................
