i am parshu ram from hissar haryana i have many complain against airtel operator. my airtel no is [protected] which is not work properly many times if anyone call me than say this no. is out of reach this problem may be occure from two months i also call custmar care many times but they did not solve my problem after this they off my custmar care service plz solve my problem other wise port my no. to other operator

Wrong Bill

Phone number [protected], My April bill is generated for 7000+ Rs, out of which 5900 is for value added services.
The services is used from 7th March (11:00pm) till 8th March (6:30 am).

I confirm that my phone is very basic and does not have Facebook facility and neither Airtel live is used.
I have checked that these services are not used by any other member of my family.

I have made repeated complained at email address "nodalofficer.del@airtel.in", nodalofficer@airtel.in
and nodalofficer.upw@airtel.in I always get acknowledge mail and SMS at my cell phone but still no resolution.

I have started getting these curious updates from Airtel 3333- I never subscribed to such stupidity- but I keep getting them- and they are doing an amazingly good job of it! An sms every 2 mins to give me details on the match between India and SL! WOWOW! and they top it up with trivia too... Now this is what I call abject disregard for personal space!

AIRTEL and Sunil Mittal has managed to show total disregard for (add Arun Bhasin and Anil Ambani into the equation too...) customer service! I think they loathe to think that they are in the business of serving the customer! network is a farce, they just do not have the bandwidth, all they are interested is in the consumers' money, you try a number, they connect you for a mere 1 second- you are billed and then promptly you get a network failure message...

I have called Airtel customer service to rectify the sms menace and a recharge problem(well, they do have a number for customer service- but that is more for effect, rather than any serious remedy for customer problems) several times, only to hear various excuses of their NOT Solving the problem. You just have to give it to them- they do have an impressive repertoire of excuses!

Who do we complain to? TRAI? The last resort?

The Connectivity has been very Poor. The Signal is really bad and if you are on your move, if the tower changes there is loss of connectivity. I logged the complained twice with Airtel but no response. Another problem i face is the number has to be dialed twice or thrice before you really get connected. For the first time if you dial the number then it shows dialing and hangs. Some times the call end message comes.

It seems Airtel is growing its business to number 1 but without caring for the infrastructure to support the numbers. I am seriously thinking to shift from Airtel to another provider.

I have airtel connection in my mobile from past 2 years. On 25 May 2007 I got a sms from airtel that today you will get full talk time on E-recharge of 77 Rs/- .
So I have taken that on same day, till date I doesn't get full talk time. My complaint No is [protected].

And in last week there is deduction of 30 Rs/- my account for hello tune, I don't know why it is deduction because there is no request from my to activate the Hello tune on my no!

I am pasting the conversation I had with Airtel Customercare below. This reveals the quality of customer service Airtel is providing. The executive replying to my complaint seems to have done a clean Copy & Paste job wherein he has given my mobile number as "[protected]" which is not so inspite of my mentioning the correct mobile number in the subject line of my original complaint. He also overlooks my main complaint and gives me GREAT advice on Airtel's Net-on-Phone service. Read on to understand the pathetic condition of the customer care quality of Airtel.

I have purchased the above postpaid connection from your ARC at PVR
complex, Saket, New Delhi on 11th June. I had called up 121 from this phone
on 12th evening and spoke to the executive Pintu Kumar regarding email
services on my i-mate JAQ3 handset. I was told to sign-up for Net-on-Phone
email services @ Rs 49/- rental per month. After doing so I found that this
is not working on my handset. Yesterday evening ie on 13th June I spoke to
the technical support services of your Customer Care and was told by the
executive, Devinder that my handset does not support Net-on-Phone and I
will have to sign up for a higher value airtel GPRS service @ Rs 499/- per
month. I did so by dialing 121 through an automated voice based service. I
still have not received any confirmation about the activation of this
service.

My second point is that I would like to know whether the charges for
Net-on-Phone that I had requested for on 12th evening (due to the wrong
guidance of Pintu Kumar) would be reversed as I have signed up for
airtelGPRS service from 13th evening.

Till date there is no action from Airtel. I have not recd a confirmatory SMS regarding the interactive voice based registration of GPRS service after calling 121 on 13th June. Nor have I recd a reply from Pranab Sarkar or anybody else from Airtel regarding the total goof-up.

I am Sravan Kumar C, airtel customer with land-line (044-[protected]) and broadband connection in velachery, Chennai.

I have requested for cancellation of my land-line and broadband connection on 22nd May 2014 (reference number - [protected]) as i am shifting my residence, but after 2 days i.e on 24th May 2014 one of your executive has cal'd me and convinced to change the cancellation request to shifting request (reference number - [protected]), she has mentioned that the feasibility is available in my new address and airtel can provide me better services in less rate, she has also mentioned that it will take 5 days to provide connection.

But after many calls to airtel customer care they keep on saying the same problem that airtel has not got the permission from the local authority to provide me a land-line connection, every time when i call they say they(airtel) require 5 days of time to get the local authority permission. But on 28th June one of your executive has confirmed that airtel cannot provide connection in my area.

I have simple question to airtel - Without having feasibility how can you people confirm me for a broadband connection, how fair is this on your part?

I have waited, wasted my resources & time, lost all my entertainment and didn't get connected to my family and friends. Above all this, you people has not given a chance to approach another service provider also (by keep on saying the same cause and connection will be provided in 5 days), so kindly provide me a compensation for all this.

I am Yakin patel from Vvnagar(anand), gujarat. I applied for transfer airtel prepaid card to postpaid scheme.
I already paid 500 rs. (deposite 300, and 200 activation charge).
He told us to airtel card transfer prepaid to postpaid within 4 days. one month over still no transfer.
I applied at shah communication office, Anand - vidyanagar road, Anand (Gujarat), India.
I requested their but they couldn't replay. I am not satisfies with the services. I want to my money get back, I want to close airtel connection. I am not satisfied with the airtel services.

Dear Sir,

Airtelmoney is cheating and misusing the customers money.
On 5th April 2014 I had loaded amount of Rs.500/ and on recharging it's website stopped working.
On 6th instt. again I tried and after a contineous operating transaction no618803 got successful for Rs.375/

Immediately it sent a message that transaction failed and money will be recredited to Airtelmoney account after three days.Till then I will be not having bal for talktime. It is a harrasement and missusing of my money. Please guide me in this matter and make the other customers to be aware of such tactics of the company.

i made a call to customer care at airtel on 26 jan 2010 to know about the latest offers. however i was unsatisfied with the response and sent no to 876 whwn asked for the feed back.
today a call came from the no [protected] where three or more friends had a union and startedd using abusing words and threatned me as one among them was thrown out because of my response
also immediately a message came for subscribing to friends chat and a sum of Rs 30 was deducted from my main account balance

One day i got a call from Airtel office regarding the post paid connection... i found it good so i applied for it... they asked for necessary documents so i provided and also paid 2.50 Rs as connection charges.

The lady who use to call me Chetna (her number [protected]) said to me that your connection will be activated within one week. now it has already been 15 days but the card which they have given to me is still not activated. When i use to call that lady her number seems to be out of reach or switch off... i don't know the fu***ng reason.

I am bit frustrated and promise that including me n my family will never ever use Airtel connection...

What the hell...

Sir,

It is to bring to your kind notice that i have been receiving unsolicited SMSes on cricket matches. My balance is being debited for the same on regular basis. You may kindly note that I have not made any request for such updates.

On this matter I had tried several times to contact Customer Care through 121 however, I could not reached to any Customer Care executive to express my grievances on the issue. The constant SMS updates have really caused lot of nuisance to my daily duty. Besides, that i got unwanted remarks due to noise caused by the unsolicited SMSes from Senior during meetings and conferences.

I would appreciate if prompt action is taken to contain the menace of the same to my Cell No. [protected].

They have unique way of annoying customers. You lodge complaint with their BPO. Without addressing complaint they will send message after three days that your complaint has been addressed. They remain and what remains is your complaint. Such a long process is to get through to them that after your reach the customer care through IVRS, they would ask you to hold on and the phone will get disconnected. You again have to take full round and in the process you exhaust yourself. This company is thoroughly unprofessional with least priority to customer care. About five months of relationship with them has been annoying. Strong regulator which can pull them for unfair practice is required.

hello this is pankaj from uttarakhand India iam a resident of Halduchaur 1Km away from Lalkuan railways station . Iam custour of Airtel prepaid my no is [protected]. Well i have been custmour of this cell company from 3 years with no problems but from last 3 months i was suffering from very bad signal quality i complained about this thing for about 3 times, they told me that some networking is going on and it will be alright in 7 to 8 days, sometimes they send me sms from their no 121 but i found no improvement, as they gave me 15-sep-09 as problem solving date but when i called in their so called cust care one of the gentelmen told me no such work is going on. I was so frustated since then they haven't gave me a call . They just befooled me now iam planning to change my connection.

I am the Airtel customer since last 5 years. on monday (Feb 7) at around 11.56 am, i got a SMS from airtel (AD-54321) stating that "Thanks for downloading Hungama content Game from Airtel. You have been charged Rs. 10". But I didn't downloaded anything or accessed anything from that site. After 1 hour (ie. around 1.30 pm), I had contacted Airtel CSE Manohar. Its reference number is CBDOV20307312678. But that CS Executive told me that he didn't have any data and ask me to call after 2 hr. I had contacted CSE at around night 8 pm regards to this and Mr. Iqbal picked my call. He is so arrogant that he is not in a position to listen my problem and telling that I only downloaded that game and without solving my problem, he disconnected my call. I facing this problem earlier also. But I didn't get any solution. And I trying to contact CSE from last 3-4 days, but I unable to reach executive. Please take action against that arrogant Iqbal and one more Lokesha.

I wanted a new mobile connection from Airtel as an add-on to my exiting connection, after a long discussion a sales manager agreed to offer it. Later a sales rep met me and collected all the related documents and handed over the sim or better to say a "problem card". the sim got operational after wait of 3 long days that too after repeated reminders and several calls to the customer services. Verification was done from Airtel and a copy of all documents was again given to the Airtel personnel. Now the story of all kind of harassment starts, I started receiving msgs that since the documents are not being submitted the services to the new connection will be withdrawn and finally it was. I went on contacting customer care executives, supervisors and even managers and each one just assured that the services will be resumed but didn't happened. I just fail to understand that why my connection was disconnected for the loss of documents in the Airtel office, since the sales team confirms of submitting them along with the payment very next day. Still the documents are untraceable, but even after assurance from customer service manager, nothing moved. The worst part from Airtel is that now I am being asked to keep suffering till they locate my documents or a new set of documents are submitted in the ofice. Today its been a 4th day since the services are withdrawn and I am suffering due to fake commitments from Airtel and their office mismanagement.

I received a message from AirTel saying recharge for 498 and will get a talk time of 300/- and a validity of 1 year with Mobile to Mobile at 50 praise per min. But when I did that I got the talk time of 300/- but the validity and and 50 praise per min benefit has not be passed on and on calling the customer care they say that is the correct amount and no one takes the responsibility to redress the issue.

Don't go for AirTel in you are in Bangalore they are cheating.

I have taken a number of [protected] from airtel, they given me sim taken all necessory documents and started the connection . I have printed on my visiting cards and distributed numbers in business relations. and closed my old number.

now from last 10 days my outgoing facility stoped by airtel. when i called than they told some problem in address proof when contacted to retail store they told all is okay.

what shud i do.

I have been using the airtel prepaid connection for the last 3 years and i do a weekly recharge for atleast
Rs. 500. for the last 2 weeks almost every service pack has been activated and i had a amount of 1126 rs, which went down to Rs 130. Everytime i call up the customer care i'v not been given a proper response. I'm so fed up that i'm ready to give a police complaint! Kindly help me to get my money from these fraudsters!

i have not subscribed for any kind of services from airtel still i receive some service messages and suddenly my balance is cut by rs.50/- when i contact the customer care they tell me to call after 24 hours and when contacted again after 24 hours they tell u hoave downloaded something when actually the mobile was not used at all

I have requested for Prepaid to post Paid, mine is a 6 years old pre paid connection with airtel and I decided to get it post paid, but it was a very bad experience, I was asked to submit the documents and after submitting my documents there was a verification after which my number was to be activated, they activated my number and when i was away from city, my number was blocked when I contacted customer care they told there was some verification issue and contact the gallery from where I had made the request, I was away from city hence was not able to reach them, it was the worst period in a new city my mobile connection is stopped and I have no way to contact people, or there was no way people could contact me. When I reached the city after 1 week I asked them what was the issue and they said the copy of the document was not clear, I told they should have checked it before activating my number, the person was not ready to hear anything, and told the number would be re activated after submitting the documents, as if I was in need of the connection and it was my mistake that the documents where not checked, I remember I asked them to check the documents when I gave them and they said they were fine.

Airtel has worst network in Pune and also now I feel the customer service is also worst.

Beware of Airtel!

My prepaid connection is for lifetime and after i top up for RS.333 next day it is saying tht my validity got expired. I went to the Airtel office and complaint about the mentioned thing. She told some thing n said will take 48 hrs to rectify the thing. I told how important is for me the no and i need it immediate action to rectify. She told itz helpless... wt the f*** i call down to the customer care also... 1 spoke with 1 guy... i 4 gt this name... told my problem... he told (yesterday) within24 hrs my connection will gt activate... 24 hrs over still nothing happened... again i call down and spoke with... said i ve to recharge again with 250... s***k... after again i tried spoke with relative person she told another 24 hrs thy will rectify the things...

If somebody knows the manager no... please gimmeee i will directly call him and complain... let c whether itz work or not... they don't know how important the mobile is for.

I feel Airtel has the worst customer service. I am from bangalore and i have a prepaid connection. The validity of the card is till 25 jan 2009 and i receive calls on it. But i am unable to make any outgoing calls. I approached an Airtel office regarding this issue but they had no clue of what the problem was and the response from them was "System error", that too their response was not proper and they never seem to be customer friendly. I have never experienced such a bitter experience. I hate these mentally ###ed idiots, who doesn't even know how to treat a customer and they say they are customer care executives. They don't even know a sh8t of what "customer care" means.

am the holder of connection from airtel mobile number [protected] and i being being charged rs.15/- per day for the services which i never got activated. i daily receive a message from the company like this "thanks for using (subscription, textbased services)subscription service on Airtel WAP. you'hve been charged Rs.15/-.Enter Fun Zone http.//igmobi.com.
I have five time lodged a complaint on the airtel service number 121 and they assured me that this will be got deactivated within24 hours . but nothing has been done so far. there are number of customer like this being exploited daily. please help us into the matter, thanks

in my airtel no a service called port folio manager and "did you know facts has been activated and they are getting renewed and its charging 25rs per week and ive lost more than 100 bucks...even after calling customer care and sending stop to 121 it didnt work and they say that there is no service that is activated...so pls reply to my msg and pls stop those services which are getting renewed in my no [protected].n i want my deducted money of 100 rs back...pls

as i have written before about my wrong bill till now i have not got any confirmation about cancellation of my old no [protected]. i am very diperss that i am getting daily call from airtel gurgaon and every time somebody will ask me for the bill.today i got the massage also that i have balace for aug and sept 07 bill balance .i am surprise that i have shifted in faridabad on 5th aug and airtel has alloted me another no in faridabad [protected]) and i am not using gurgaon old no then how can i get another bill.i am not responsible to pay any bill for the no [protected]. and if i'll get same torture
i will cancel faridabad no also and i will put a case in customer forum for torturing unnecessary.

please i have wriiten so many time look in to this matter and provide me confirmation for cancellation for the no [protected]

I am using a Airtel postpaid connection.For the month of April it showed that i have dialed a call to a Astrologer for 600 Rs that to in the morning 6 'o Clock.From my side I have not used my no for this call.kindly remit me the money wrong bill

Airtel wrongly generated a bill for Rs 25, 000 for my broadband for 2 months. I repeadedly complaied for 3 months and when manager of airtel collections, south zone, Avinash called me, he threatened me . He said he d send me a non-bailable warrant and refused to listen to my problem. I reached a settlement with him of Rs. 6600, and he refused to pay me any letter. Afterwards he has been sending airtel executives every month for 4 months now, and still bothering me to pay rest.

I have very bad experience with airtel twice, The not only provide the world's worst telecom services but their customer care is pathetic, you wont get thru any of the customer care officer on weekends also on weekdays you need to wait for long hours.
Pls do not go for any Airtel Services though they are cheap as compare to others.
