Airtel company is not a trusted company verfication of customer id is by airtel company by just one phone if custmer is not available then cutoff the phone

Airtel send fake bills continously for 3 months on a connection (+[protected]) which i had kept under safe custody(Rs.110/- per month) since 28th july 2006 till i brought into their notice. Meanwhile i had already paid Rs.17366/- which till date they haven't refunded. Another connection (+[protected]) which was also kept under safe custody on the same day went missing along with the Rs.5ooo/- or more deposit i had given. Please tell me what should i do. There are still more concerns but i am tired.Today its 20th October 2007

I have been subscriber of Vodafone prepaid mobile from past two years.From past few months i have been facing lot of probelms with the network Vodafone was providing.I have been complaining almoist everyday.But no response from Vodafone."Sorry for the inconveninece.Problem will be rectified soon" was the mugged up default reply from the customer care.I decided to disconnect the connection and go for a new service provider.I bought a AIRTEL prepaid connection.The number i chose is a new series of number .The problem with this number is that all Vodafone users cannot call me on this number."This number is invalid" is the message what they listen when they call me.Airtel customer care say its Vodafone problem.Vodafone customer care says its Airtel problem.It has lots of inconvenince to me.Why are indian consumers taken fro grant by service providers?Please help me out!

Airtel Customer Service is Pathetic. I have asked Airtel to discontinue my postpaid service as I was moving out of the Country for a while. Customer Care Confirms that by January-15-2008 number will be disconnected. I paid all the dues till that time frame hoping that i wont get the bill again. But what a shock even at July-20-2008 I am still receiving the bills. Every month they sent a bill to me and I reply to that mail that this number has been discontinued and I won’t pay the bill.

Just want to know, how to file the complaint in Consumer Court for harassing me for sending the bill for the disconnected line.

My wife receives a call that she has a pre-paid Airtel connection and there is a special promotion going to convert it to post paid by paying Rs 500. She agrees to make this change and somone comes to our home from Airtel and fills up a form and asks her to give a photo id and copy of the drivers license. Then he leaves his name and number as Rohit - [protected] and promises it will be done within 24 hours.

She believes this person as he had all her details and pays him RS 500 in cash and does not insist on getting a receipt.

After a week, she tries to follow this up as the phone is still pr-paid and calls this number and realises that the number does not exist.

Since then she has been calling Airtel customer service to find out what is the status and everytime she hears a different answer. She has been asked to fax the Airtel form which is the only proof we have for this and she has already done it thrice.

She has managed to get in touch with Rahul Malhotra, floor manager and he claims that the complaint is closed as someone from customer service has visited our residence and she has changed her mind. They are full of lies and when she asked to provide evidence of such a communication, there was no answer.

As expected they always say that they will get back to you in next 24 hours and it never happens.

At this stage we are not sure if we have been cheated by an unscrupulus employee as it could be a well organized scam. We also believe that it could be an insiders job as the person pretends to be an Airtel employee and give all the personal information to win your trust and gets money in cash and disappears.

This will be only possible if there is alink between someone from inside Airtel. Selling database of information is another thing that should be prevented. These companies try to make money by selling your personal details which gets abused by unnecessary calls and exploiters.

The call centre guys are absolutely hopeless and I do not know why they should be there in the first place. They only give you run around and you achieve nothing.

In fact Airtel is advertising this kind of scheme and making it easier for this kind of things to happen. Now we are in a situation where we do not know where we stand.

I strongly feel that Airtel as a company should ensure that we as a customer do not get affected as their name and pre-printed stationary is used to document this information. They also should have a better customer service facility rather than employing this kind of incompetent people.

hai myself sanjay. I am from VIZAG. my mobile no is [protected]. on 02/04/2011. i made a easy rechage of rs 125, after getting my balance, I got a message saying cricket pack has been activated in your account and Rs 50 has been deducted from your account for the same. then at the same time i called to customer care then they deactivated that cricket pack and assured me that your money will be refunded in 01 hour. After 01 hour my money has not been refunded but they deactivated my customer care services till now i am not being able to make any contact with your representative, on 06/04/2011 by using another handset i called customer care and asked for a senior representative to solve my problem but till now my money has not been refunded,

Disconnection of Service [protected]

Dear Consumers

I and my entire family is subscriber was Air Tel subscriber for quite some time. I got my airtel converted to prepaid after using for more than 2 years approx. During my connection as post paid and prepaid I has submitted documents and duly verified by company officials.

After one year my cell was discontinued stating reasons that my documents are not proper. I once again submitted my documents after two days cell started working.

Once again my cell has been discontinued with the same reasons “My documents are not proper”. I once again submitted documents. More than 24 hrs have passed still not connected. When called help line they say more 24 hrs are required.

I am irritated with Airtel company for arbitrator disconnection my cell. It is simple harassment to customers especially pre paid ones. It is my challenge to Airtel if they are company of repute let them show what documents are wrong.

Company should have thought before completely disconnecting cell phone at least allow incoming call for sometime like BSNL land lines.

My sincere suggestion to airtel new customers please take acknowledgement of all letters/documents given to Airtel office so you are not harassed.

Hi Have given complaint about the network issue with Airtel about 6-7months back. custoemr care execs always say we need some more time from past 5 months.
if I ask them atleaset give me deadline for the solution, the only answer will be "we cant give any deadline date for the solution and they will say that executive will arrange a callback from Network Team", and which never happene for me.

My Airtel Mobile being Corporate Post Paid connetcion, my office people and my customers will obviously try to reach on my mobile and today they getting message as "Airtel you are trying to reach is switched OFF" even the cell phone was Switched ON. I want to get rid of this Stupid Airtel..

I want the solution ASAP

I have recharge my Airtel prepaid two days ago. After recharge the service went offline. I called Airtel and they said they will fix the problem, its now second day until now the services are not fixed. Airtel customer service is among the worst of its kind in the market. The operators can barely speak english and when you report a problem they put you on hold for indefinite period. Its more than 48hrs and the service on my prepaid is still not restored. I rate Airtel as WORST SERVICE OPERATOR. After my horrific experience, i suggest people should rethink before subscribing any services from Airtel.

Just now at 7.00 am to (1.9.2009) I have paid Rs.97 and echarged for booster. I got the message i.e.
RECHARGE SUCCESSFUL ON 01.09.2009 AT 6.55 P.M. TALKTIE RS. 0.00 MRP Rs.97.00 Trans.ID [protected].

I regret to inform you that I have not yet received the booster back activation facility if I use *124#. Why it is happened? Is it Air tel service. I am life time customer paid Rs.999/-

Kindly take necessary immediate steps to do the needful. If not with the above recharge successful can I approach to the higher authorities legally? I stored above the echarge message also. S. Krishnasamy, Gandhigram Rural University, Gandhigram-624 302. Dindigul Dt.

I recharged with Rs. 210 which is a validity one.. in that the was an hidden offer which has 1 Rs rental per day..

I sent message for deactivating it on 16th April and on 20 th I raised a complaint also... for that by that stupid 198 service...
its still not deactivated..

When i wanna talk to superior.. these CC people simply hang up the call..

Then what is the sense of CC people..

Airtel --- has Servers which will be also out of service .. this is the only answer CC people says...

Pathetic support center people who disconnects the call when they don’t find any answer and there is no survey response come when they disconnect the call by their own...

Only have limited information with corrupted database and always try to be adamant on that info... I have never seen such disgusting support anywhere except Airtel Bangalore.

Please Keep Some Good Educated People...

Since 28th February 2011 airel has been charging me Re. 1 for local sms and Rs. 1.50 for national sms whereas my normal tariffs were 10p for local and 30p for national. So this suggests they changed my tariffs without any consent and I feel very unhappy and cheated. Also, I had activated a sms plan of 95 Rs which provides 500 sms per day for a month which has been deactivated 6 days prior to its actual expiry. I called up customer care and they said it'll be resolved but the problem persists and now the customer care wont patch me through to an executive. I am forced to post online complaints on account of this. The only reason why I used airtel was the cheap sms tariff but since that has been changed there is no reason to use airtel. I sincerely hope they revert back to my old tariffs or I shall be forced to discontinue the use of their sloppy service

on 19/3/2010 around 9:50 pm, i opened the site google and through google i opened facebook, as i was not using any wifi i did browsing through airtel live, when there after i receive a message from the no. 54321 at 9:58pm. saying thank you for dowmloading girl on the beachv from airtel which actually never happened in my mobile and charged Rs. 15 for it.
after receiving the message i stopped doing browsing and again after 10 minutes i.e. at 10:08pm. i receive another message from the same no. 54321 saying this time ''thank you for downloading kiranvideo2 from airtel and you have been charged Rs.15 for downloading.

After receiving these message, i felt cheated and i immidiately called customer care telling them about that problem on 19/3/2010 around 10:10 pm. where the person gave me the complaint no.719322 and told me that the problem will get resolve by 25/3/2010 by 6 pm. i felt relaxed that airtel might see to our problem,

but i was forced to make this complaint today after having a talk with Vipin from airtel on 23/3/2010 at 2:07pm. from the no. +[protected] who told me that, the downloading details have been mentioned in the data and i can not refund the money.

i have been using this no. since past couple of years and i have never made any complaint like this before and that only for 30 Rs. but when i come to know from vipin that he can't refund the money and he directly said to me that we can not do anything else in this even when i ask him to let me talk to someone senior to you he simply denied to give me the no. according to him it was not aloowed to give numbers of the senior person.

even to know more about this no. you can check my past records, if anything like this has happened before and also my recharge value to make you understand that i will never make a fake complaint to get 30 rs. balance in my mobile because i am still more capable of doing recharges and too og higher value.

Note:i can send you the message which i receive from 54321 for downloading, if there is any contact with me from any no.
i can not provide any proof photo as there is a dedection in the money balance.

I had requested for a corporate Bill plan change from Myhome 299 on 2nd February 2008. When i visited airtel main office at Begumpet, Hyderabad they instructed me to clear off my unbilled amount which was Rs. 466 and i did pay it on 2nd February. After repeated checking from my end with customer care executives, i came to know that i have to keep a security deposit amount of Rs. 500, even this i deposited on 9th February. Even after doing this, till 25th February i am still on Myhome 299 and when i contacted their customer care they asks me to clear of my unbilled amount. Their customer care executive accepts the fact that th fault is from their end, but do not give any solution. As there is monopoly by airtel, these problems will not be solved easily. I am a customer for airtel for past 2 years without any payment default and even then also i have to got through all these pain.

I request you to take this matter and su airtel.

Without Information Bareed the Outgoing & Incoming calls and Now Call Centre PPl Misusing the Contact List and calling them for Paying the Bill when Called Back Sevral Times if some Senior Executive can handle that They Certainly Denied that saying that no senior is appointed.

Wat to do in this Case?

I just Wanted to know that who has given Authority to Misuse the Contact list to Airtel folks. Or it should be Made very clear at the Time of Providing the Connection that in case for some reason u Delayed ur Payment we will misuse ur Contact list .

I am an airtel prepaid customer, Ther airtel mobile number [protected] was being used by my son and copy of his passport was given as address proof. Last week the services were disconnected
with out any notice and when I approached the customer service, they informed us that it was for security reasons and we need to resubmit new application and address proof. The application, copy of his passport and photograph was again submitted on 12th of this month. They did not provide any acknowledgment for the same. We were told that the services will be activated by 14th morning. However till today it was not activated and when we contacted the customer service centre, they informed that the connection is cancelled and cannot be activated as there was no response from
the phone when called for verification. We have not received any such calls and there was no missed calls recorded on the phone. We are put to lot of
inconvenience by this irresponsible act from airtel. Complaints to their nodel officer were of no use.

I Purchased a prepaid Connection from Airtel Shop situated at Shoprix mall Noida sector 52, UP, and all the formalities were fulfilled on 22.10.10, but sorry to write that till day the number ([protected]) is activated after confirming from the customer care (though the number is chargeable now days) I got the reply that the papers are not yet recd. Can any body confirm the status and reply why I have spent money for airtel connection(for sim).

my name is vishal and my no. is [protected].i am facing errors in to login in airtel messenger.i am paying all my dues but still i am facing problem in service since last 2 month.gprs helpline says that they can do nothing about my problem and customer care exicutives says that this is a technical problem and gprs helpline will solve it.but gprs are doing nothing.i have talked to them more than 50 times.but they are not donig anything.they asked me to wait for 48 hours more than 12 times.and 3 times the cutted my call during i am telling them my problem.is that how airtel customer care works?i want my problem solved in 2 days.

I am havin Network issues since a month with the number [protected].I am gettin Xero network in my house.I have called the customer care alot of times but they are just giving me deadlines of further 15 days.I have waited for more than 20 days after i have filed a complaint but they are givin no response.I am havin problem as the network is zero and i can't receive any calls.After being so harrased by them they gave me a mobile number so some head of maharashtra for airtel who never picks up his phone.

Airtel fooled me when i activated for mobile internet. I had 19.53/- rs in my account and after activating the internet 15/- Rs are deducted from my account. But no activation takes place even after amount is deducted. I called customer service and came to know that i had to maintain another 15/- Rs for browsing the internet. So many other times i used this service, but they are saying that this is mandatory now. There was no intimation for this to me. They should check the remaining balance before deducting the internet charges from my account. More i lost i lost my money as they refused to give it back and refuse to take complains at that time and suggests to take only after 24 hours. It is a disgusting service i experienced

I have tried to deactivated my missed call alert service with airtel thrice as of now. But every month i am assured that my money will not be deducted any more, still it is not deactivated yet and i have pay for the service. Every time i have called airtel customer care the agents are very rude. They disconnect the phone, they don't let me speak with their supervisor. I feel like discontinuing my service with airtel because its been the worst customer service experience ever.

Since the last few months airtel has been charging me for a service(Hello tunes) for which I have never subscribed in the first place. On being questioned by me the Airtel customer service supervisor replied " You were informed about the subscription of this service by an sms and there is no way the company will give you a refund". The said SMS was " Hello customer your subscription for hello tunes has been updated, for any issue sms back to this number". How the hell am I supposed to know by this SMS that Rs.30/- will be deducted from my prepaid balance everymonth ? It does not even mention that this is a paid service or if you have any complaints then you have to take acion within 7 days. What sort of a policy is this ? I think Airtel is just trying to loot its customer in such manner. Please take appropriate action. In a hindi speaking country where most people do not know English such an SMS would be illegal and is nothing but a way devised by airtel to loot people.

Very frequently I am finding that with unwanted ring tone incoming messages amount is deducted from my prepaid account. Already I have spoken with the customer care but nothing has been done. Presently trying to contact customer care but that is also not available /reachable and blocked by them at this moment. It will be better if transaction sheet for the last two months from the database are shown to find the deducted amount. The Airtel has not only poor service but they are also trying to cheat the customer in a fraudulent way.

Airtel collection center is unnecesaarily harrasing me by calling on my number to reach to a person whio has not paid bills and calling me again and again that where is the person I am not realtive of that person that i am being unnecessarily harrassed and given threats that you will be called again and again as that person use to call me many times.what the hell is this? Is this a police department and what kind of menace is this?Where should I go to complaint aginst this harassing?

I have been a loyal customer to Airtel. Infact my whole family has never used any other service providers than Airtel. But I think we all need to switch now. My mother( Number: [protected]) has been charged more than two hundred rupees in last 2.5 months for VAS services which she never asked for. Even after calling customer care, going through their automated *121# service, services are still there and money is being deducted.

I am also facing the same problem on my number [protected]. Despite the efforts to deactivate services, services are being forced and money is being deducted. Overall more than five hundred rupees must have been deducted from my family so far. This is definitely not acceptable.

And to add to everything, customer care can't give our money back! They can only deactivate the service! So are we being punished for being loyal to Airtel?

Hi all. This is regarding quality of airtel service in maharashtra. I'm saying maharashtra as I'm from the maharashtra circle, so I'm not going 2 comment on other service circles. The service S**K's...
The call drops are frequent, so frequent in specific areas, that while talking in my car, i actually tell the other person that as we talk the call will get cut, do not bother, i'll call back...

Its so damn embarrassing doing it time & again...the customer care rep's are very courteous, very helpful, but do not have enough information about what their job is all about... Absolutely no technical knowledge.
I don't blame the rep's, its just the kind of training they must have got.

AIRTEL desperately needs to clean up its act & concentrate more on customer satisfaction & customer retention rather that dish out some cheap schemes to attract more customers. What is airtel going to earn from the number's game when virtually every second customer they have swears at their service.

to whoever it may concern,
most respectfully i'd like to draw your attention to the fact that airtel publishes no schemes for the countries like nepal.
personally, i m nepali by my nationality, and i would like to add to ur information the fact that many of nepalese have been residing in india since long, i being one of them.
Airtel has produced many offers/schemes for countries like UAE, Saudi, Yemen, Kuwait, etc. But, it's never published any of such shemes in regards of neighbouring countries, like nepal.
Respected authority, i'd like to draw ur attention regarding this matter, and also request the authority to think over this issue.

Dear Friends from past 2 to 3 months airtel is having a very serious network problems...when I called to coustomer care they said to me that it will take 2 to 3 days time to get rectified but after one week also it was not rectified.. when i called them up again they to me it will take 10 to 15 days time to get it done...i dont understand what they will do for somany days...as i am in to business i get 20 to 30 calls per day and it is not posible for me to ignore the calls so easily...these aritel people will charge 475 rs.rentals every month..in 30 days airtel will have network problem for 15 days, by this thing they will make profit...

Airtel is also charging extra 15/- for caller tunes...every month they charge me 15/- extra for the caller tune which i downloaded in the begining.

My mother is using airtel service from a few years, n shes not a technology loving person. She can't even do a sms on her own. The airtel services by whatever ways started total 3 services on her mobile that are start of the day, celeb gossip, and 1 more. They cut daily 1 rs and 2days before i talked with customer care personnel regarding the service and told him to close that which he said will get closed soon. Today morning airtel cut 30 rs and on contacting the 198 no, the executives said that talk with supervisor on phone which never got connected and after trying for several times still i ve not found my solution.

this is karthikeyan, my no:[protected] i have been using this number for the past 2 years. my friend bought me this sim using his mother's proof. i lost this sim 2 days before, so i blocked the sim and yesterday i went with my friend to the besantnagar branch and submitted the same proof to collect a duplicate sim but they are telling that the proof tat i have submitted, doesnot match with the previous one which i have submitted 2 years back. After a long arguement i came to know tat my number is registered to someother person named kapila barik. past two years i dint get any interuption in my line and now the airtel people are telling tat only on submission of tat kapila barik's proof and photo, the duplicate sim can be claimed. they are asking me to bare the punishment for thier mistake. i dint even know who tat kapila is. kindly slove my problem . my alternate number is [protected]. u can contact me to my alternate number. thank you.

I Purchased a SIM Card on 02.12.2006 (AIRTEL - Prepaid) and I lost the same in the month of July, 2008 (approximately). Now recently I purchased a Sony Ericson mobile and Inserted the same SIM, but the SIM is not working properly even though I confirmed with the showroom which the mobile I have purchased from. Some time in the mobile displays the 'Searching' instead of "AIRTEL and Emergency calls only" instead of AIRTEL. I tried from my land line, when I called to my mobile there is a message listerning 'the mobile is switched off'. Please check it out the error occurring and rectify it as early as possible.

I am having a corporate connection No [protected]. I received a SMS from Airtel on 05 Oct 2010 along with a default warning saying that a new caller tone will be activated with immediate effect and saying that if you don't want it, please press blaha.. blaha. Similar message was received by my other friends too. Since I don't want any caller tone or dialer tone, I refused instantly as per the SMS directions. However, later after paying my bill for Oct 2010, when I received the e baill found that they have charged Rs 45 for dilaer tone cum caller tone for the entire month which un ethical as per the TRAI regulations and Lok Adalat verdicts. Soon I launched a complain at the front desk of Air Tel Office at Madhapur, Hyderabad but they asked me to contact 121 as they are not authorised to do any thing on this issue. They were too busy in receiving money than answering my questions. When I contacted 121 for a brief period found that I should contact 198 which I did. I briefed couple of executives about the wrong deductions for which they asked me to contact after couple of hours since they are not empowered to take decision on such matters. However, nothing materialised and ended up in loosing more than Rs 30/- (since 198 is not a toll free number and the waiting period is unimaginable) and later received a small SMS saying that we are unable to process your request, please try later. But, again went back to Air Tel office, Madhapur and briefed about my complaint and asked their help for which I received smart reply saying that why don't you contact our nodal officer either thru phone or thru e mail. I contacted the notal office on 25 Nov 10 and one Mr Ramesh promised me that he will revert to me later of they day. Air Tel also, as did by other mobile service providers like AirCell doing these type coveted practices of silently deducting charges from the consumers for which they have not provided any service. This shows how so called multi national mobile service providers companies are following ethics in India. Had this happened in USA or Europe, this would have gone the other way. Here we have to take time and go thru a lengthy process even to launch complaint. I am planning to take this matter either with TRAI or to Lod Adalat. Poor Indians, please be ware of these type of looters.

I got a prepaid mobile for my mother. She just wanted a cell phone thats all. Though she sparingly used it, the balance used to disappear because of unwanted subscriptions. Then one day I am unable to recharge. The customer care suggests idiotic things. First, he asked to try recharging from 2-3 different places. When I called again as it did not work he asked me to recharge more than 100Rs, when I said I had tried 249Rs and it did not work, he says try 300+ it will definitely work.
Fortunately due to number portability I can switch all my household mobiles to to another provider.

The unwanted subscriptions are a real scam in broad daylight.

I have given many complaint to active the blackberry 299plan in my no [protected] but not getting proper reply from the Airtel BB Department not giving proper comment even they don't know what is the problem, i have given complaint on 5 days before, normally it takes 4 hour to activated but 5 to 6 days surprise not only that i have speak to Airtel CCA on many time they are saying on my first call 4hours, 2nd call the server in not working so that means Sunday night no works in BB department great, 3rd call they are also surprise why the plan is not activated again they need within 48hours, 4th calls said the problems has been sort and within 24hors it will start working, but still i am facing the same not started blackberry plan 299 what should will be my next step? kindly help me for this matter,

Airtel in Bhubaneswar is cheating with the customer, by dedducting amount in the name of Airtel Live. I have never activate the Airtel. But its autometically activated and I have lost more than thousands every time. The attitude of the customer care centre is harrassing and very rough. They never help the customer, whereas they are simply avoiding the complaints. Is it a fact that Airtel company is giving such instructions. If it is not pl. intimate them to restore / refund the money back

today morning(8:30am) i got an sms from airtel which said " 10 rs has been deducted from my account for subscribing to tipsfromyuvraj" who the hell needs tips from yuvraj? i called customer care 4 times. 3 disconnected call & 1 automatically got disconnected.
the question is why should i be charged for what i've not used? & this has not happened once but many times.i asked for refund & they said, i've used airtel live! now what the FCUK! how can i use airtelLive on NOKIA 1100.

me and many people like me need justice or if the company is gonna behave in similar way then i wish everyone to banish it... mother ###ers...

Airtel services have been regularly contacting me. to convert my plan from 'pre -paid' to 'billing'. As I had 2 connections under 'pre-paid' plan I decided to convert both to the billing scheme. I was informed that, an Airtel agent would come home with necessary papers. On 3rd of Feb.2008, necessary documents were submitted along with cash payment of 1200/-, against form No.s : B252972/B252965 for the enrollment forms.

I was also informed to contact Mr.Sameer on mobile no : [protected], for any further assistance. All the formalities and verification were duly completed but without any prior intimation, both the connections were de-activated on 8th Feb 2008. Receiving no information, from any of the Airtel assistance center and Mr. Sameer being beyond reach I contacted my nearest Airtel customer service center only to learn that the simcards were to be delivered at my doorstep by Mr.Sameer and that the Numbers were already 'active'.

I registered a written complain (which I am sure is going to fall on deaf ears), just to safeguard any discrepancy in billing and inspite of my repeated frantic calls to Mr.Sameer, I am informed by him that the simcards have been dispatched by courier service numbers : B58924/25. and would be delivered before noon on 10th Feb.2008.

Bad enough the simcards are still not delivered until 10pm, Mr. Sameer has conveniently 'switched off' his cell, since 4pm. Both the mobiles are inactive since 3 days and I am beyond anyone's reach besides which I had to incur expense by making calls to various Airtel centers.

I hope there would be some responsible personnel who would look into the harassment I had to go through on account of irresponsible and callous attitude of Mr.Sameer.

In case, my mobile is still not activated, I would have no choice but to contact the media and switch over to another reliable service.

Though the Internet option was activated on 05-09-2007, I am unable to save the settings sent by Airtel on my Mobile to view webs. When I press the key on mobile to save the settings the title "Only 20 sets allowed .settings discarded " appears and saving of setting not taking place. Actually the internet was activated in April 2007 and was worked for 2 hours and suddenly it stopped. Then frequent visits to customer cell could not help to restore settings, hence I have cancelled the internet option in April . But when again I tried on [protected], this problem is repeating.

I have taken pre paid mobile with Samsung set. In which I was informed that you will be getting 2 year incoming with 2400 air tim Air tel to air tel for local only. Now the amount is not showing when I ask for the balance.

2) Almost daily one call comes from Air tel in which they play a song and after that amount of Rs 3/ detucts from main balance(STD), I have never ask for such services.

3) When ever I call to service center they are unable to give any satisfactory reply and even they cut the line without full conversation.

They given offer as airtel to airtel -20ps/minute, airtel to others 30ps/min and 100 sms free/daily while porting from other service provaiders on 24/01/2011 at shimoga airtel office([protected] and [protected]) to below numbers
[protected] and [protected].
They r not given the above offer and they giving falls commitment daily saying, It will be done in 24Hrs,

Pls solve immediately.
