Broadband connection not done even after 3 months

I requested for a connection one month back and still the file is on someone’s table untouched. I requested for a shift of line in the month of May. I didn’t hear from the AIRTEL for one and a half months. Due to which I dropped the plan. In June again due to the urgency I requested them for the reactivation on a high priority. And till date I didn’t get the connection or any response from AIRTEL. I am not at all happy with the service you provide. Every time I call the customer care they say it will be done today and the today never came till now. I think I made a mistake by choosing AIRTEL and will not refer your service to any known contacts.
