Airtel is worst operator.it has deducted 60 rs from my new sim and refused to give back i want to say just dont buy airtel sim at all

I am using Airtel.my cradit has been reduced 50 paise per day since last four months. called customercare several times but no use.please rectify this and reply me.if not network has to be change is the only way.

Sir I am Costumer of airtel my mobile no is +918400149776 . i recharge my mobile with 100 rupees on 02/04/2011
but 03/04/11 my balance is 00 when i ask costumer care he says that a javagame and another facalities are running in your mobile sir i am not 10 or 12 year child who play the game sir i remember that no one game and other facalities are downloaded by me sir please solve my problem it is very cheap method by mobile companies for earning.
