The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

During the confirmation the website got error and result to a wrong schedule, we send a complain through their [protected]@airphilippines.com.ph, [protected]@airphilippines.com.ph about the error and request for a fix but they just send us the wrong schedule. after that they won't reply our email, even on their booking office in Cebu City Philippines won't support us saying we have to call long distance to Manila Philippines to file a complain they won't help us. We tried to make many long distance call to Manila [protected], [protected] and the machine let us wait more than 30mins and we gave up and we tried many times and many days. This is the worst Airline I ever ride. Worst than Cebu Pacific Airline.

I booked a ticket with http://flypalexpress.com/ they confirmed the ticket by sending email the itinerary receipt, and after 10 minutes they sent an email about the payment being declined and a cancellation of the ticket. When I checked my card the money was deducted. I called [protected], they asked me to send an email to wecare@palexpress.com, and was directed to onlinebooking_refunds@philippineairlines.com, onlinesupport@flypalexpress.com, and frmd@flypalexpress.com. These email addresses that i asked for assistance did not help me, but all of them just told me to wait. They did not even told me how the refund process works..And they now ask me contact my bank. Im so frustrated and disappointed. Now I'm lost as to what to do. Its now more than 1 month and still haven't got any clear directions about what will happen. If I can still get my money back or not.

I booked a friends ticket and unfortunately I used the middle as the last name, then immediately I called customer service if they could have the last name added but then they're already charging Php 1300.00. I booked the flight few hours ago and it will be months from now, how come they can't fixed it without fee?... napaka pangit naman ng service nila towards customers... it's a very simple error.

.this is with regard of the booking i made yesterday February 23 and today February 24.beacause i was charged for the amount of 10010 PHP and 9350 PHP.
Just some inquiries how come it was been cancelled when i checked my credit card i was charged for the said amount.paki check po lang system nyu.two credit cards na ginamit ko.ang bilis nyu mgcharged.pero sa refund it takes time.ano bayan!

it has come to my attention that my credit card payment for my booking last night w/ confirmation MRDTZI & AFJCE was cancelled and i tried to have a booking again today but it was a double booking. what is wrong w/ your system.

Hi Marie,

I am 100% sure that I filled the passenger form properly for the following passengers: #1 Mr. Ryan Narrazid and #2 Ms. Jenifer Mananes. Why are you charging me for an error I did not commit?

During the booking process, I filled the "create an account" form using my name and contact details. Have you looked into this if this has overridden the details I made in the passenger form? I think this is a new feature on your booking system and I suspect this may have a bug.

I am not requesting for re-booking or cancellation. I am requesting that you correct this error which I am not accountable for. I have been doing online booking for many years now from various airlines esp. PAL and this is my first time I encountered this kind of hassle.

Looking forward to your reply by EOD.

And at the same time, I do create an account for me to have an account to used on my next transaction. But after I do the payment with my knowledge that it will be name under my mother's name since the details filled up was for her I was surprised that the ticket was name after my name Mark Ryan M. Dayanghirang and not Gloria M. Dayanghirang.

To add up, I wont make a mistake for this one as my passport was still on process of renewal at Philippines Embassy here at Singapore and will be release by February 20 and technically the expiration date would not be 2014-February-10 for new my passport. Also, I was here at Singapore so Im not stupid to book a ticket from Manila to Singapore and Singapore to Manila as I was already here at Singapore and my Employment Pass will be expiring on April.

With regards to your online booking, it was very different from Cebu Pac. Before I already have account at Cebu Pac and use that to book a ticket for my wife and Son and the itinerary was correct and not under my name. I tried to book 2 time and it was timed out and for my third time it was successful but its was name under different person instead of my mother's name. My passport number is different even my birthday.

I hope that the passengers name will be NAMED under my MOTHER, GLORIA MULINTAPANG DAYANGHIRANG and not my name as the details entered on the online form are the details of my MOTHER's PASSPORT and not mine.

Just to add up good thing I have taken a screen shot of the passengers details, On the create account portion, there is no marking that if you create an account the ticket name will be under the account created or so on and it just indicate that you can create you account during the booking process and that's all.

Twice na nag time out yung system nyo bago ako naka book pero nung makabook ako mali pa yung details from your end.

This is regarding the booking I made online dated October 6, 2012, I thought that the ticket has not pushed through since I haven't received any confirmation at the end of the transaction. But upon receiving my credit card bill the transaction on the said date was charge. I am demanding for a refund for the said transaction since it is clear that the transaction was cancelled due to " error" as it appears at the end of the transaction. So in this matter I believe that I haven't made any transaction and it is fair for me to refund the full amount amounting to P 1, 979.00.

Hi! we availed your promo as early as April to fly-in & fly-out Butuan leaving Oct. 22-26 but unfortunately it was cancelled this week due to many reasons that beyond our control. We
(13) of us was offered instead an earlier itinerary that will leave Oct. 21 to Butuan via Cebu
and be backed Oct. 28 on a direct flight. Dear Sir / Madam,

I am seeking you kind assistance to cancel the double-booked flight which I erroneously made today, 11 July 2012 at around 10 AM, due to faulty internet/server connection. The two flight reservations are:

Reservation Code DUXLXF - Mla - CDO - Mla on 8-11 Mar 2013 - requesting this booking to be cancelled

Reservation Code PSOPLE - Mla - CDO - Mla on 27 - 31 Mar 2013

The reason behind this double-book flight is the error I got after I clicked the purchase with a valid credit card info. This is the first time I did this kind of reservation. I am not aware that in case of error, I should call airphil hotline to confirm if the reservation was successful or not.

Due to the necessity to avail this flight, I tried to enter another reservation with same date (2nd try). I came to realize that the error was due to an earlier successful reservation made by another person (I had a hard time entering the credit card details because it is not mine, borrowed it from an officemate, making my purchase process slow paced). So I guessed that someone got my slot as s/he had speedily processed the reservation. I waited for at least 10 mins, no email confirmation from airphil. So I tried again (3rd time), this time with different dates. Upon hitting the book now (with credit card details), I got the confirmation for my 1st attempt. I immediately closed the tab where I am booking again.

I read the whole email from Airphil and got the booking hotline. Called it and asked if the two reservations were credited. The agent confirmed my speculation. I asked her if she can cancel the other one but advised me to send an email to you. She informed me that it is still subject for evaluation and approval. I am seeking your kind understanding.

I just want to share my thoughts. I hope AirPhil would consider the following suggestions re online booking:
1. email the confirmation immediately, not more than 5 minutes, especially during connection error (not everyone travel for leisure, others are in dire need to have the flight)
2. place an obvious notice somewhere in the booking page that IN CASE OF ERROR, CALL THE HOTLINE first before restarting the whole process.
3. I hope AirPhil can device a mechanism where a person will be unable to book again at the minimum of 5-10 minutes, booking same names and within the same month. It will prevent your clients from the hassle of erroneous double-booking.

Just to reiterate, I wish to cancel the DUXLXF reservation and confirming my earlier booking with code PSOPLE.

Hi, i've sent a msg 15jun cancelling my flight to BCD for the 16th of jun my reloc is BPYFRS. I also had my friend's flt to BCD 17June cancelled, their reloc is FRPAAK. I made the resa for the 2Enriquez and both tickets were paid by my credit card. I did get a reply also yesterday that i can a refund of PHP579. I've made addnl questions on the refund process but have resulted to no more reply on your end. Cancellation of flight was due to the sudden death of Romano Enriquez. Hi Airphil express, please help me how to can cancel my double booking, I booked online last night but i ddnt notice that it was double booking... the first time I booked it appears "error" that's why i booked it again, I got surprise when i open my email account I receive 2 emails from airphil confirming my booking... here is the locator Nos. HI! This is in connection with the double booking of ticket from Manila-tacloba tacloban-manila.

In this regard may I request to your good office to cancel of 1 (one) scheduled booking and further request, that the payment of the said booking will be credited back to the card holder..

Sir/ma'am i have problem regarding to double booking on line. I though i did not confirmed the other one i just found out when i open my email that there was 2 confirmation tickets with the same date, time, place and name. pls. cancel the other ticket with confirmation no.
