I had booked a ticket from Bangalore to Kuwait in AirArabia for Tuesday on a saturday afteroon . On Sunday we changed our plans decided to take a flight on thursday. On sunday we kept trying the India Call centre numbers with absolutely no response.On Monday when we got them online they refused not only to cancel the ticket but also said we should have contacted the Sharjah Customer Care number.Can somebody tell me why would i contact a sharjah customer care number when an indian number is provided. On further argument with the customer care executive in india call centre, i was told it that we had to read the rules and regulations and repeatedly kept saying thee details are available in their website. DOES AIRARABIA MANAGEMENT UNDERSTAND THE CONCEPT OF A CUSTOMER CARE CENTRE ?IF THEY WORK ON SELECTED DAYS AND AT PARTICULAR TIMINGS WHY ISNT THE SAME MENTIONED ANYWHERE IN THEIR WEBSITE.Why dont these people check the website of any other airline and learn.
I have no intention of ever travelling in by this airline nor recommed it to others.

I canceled the ticket. But air arabia says that no refund to customer. How can i get my cancellation cost. Can anything purchase from air arabia instead of ticket

Dear Sir,

Please note that i am Travel agency in Bangladesh but i did not the AIRARABIA ID though i have an observation that when a passenger got ticket form any where and they want to change the travel date that time as per the airarabia law only difference fare will be charged. But i found that from Bangladesh GSA charged more then that. The have charged from every passenger as service charge amount of 3500 BDT + difference of fare also.

Which is very illegal from the airarabia point of view. So i would request you to look into this matter and that will good for both of them.

the attitude towards the complaint is full positive.. and this is the worst airlines with mannerless staff. no respect towards their duty and passengers travelling through this airlines...totally the worst of all the airlines is air arabia and i wont mind saying this. no customer help line after 7 ...what is this... totally nonsense..no refund...totally a game of black money...to b v frank...i dont like this airlines...worst

There is no refund policy for this airline. They will rip you off of the whole ticket amount if you cancel the ticket. Of the 1500 Derhams i paid for the ticket I wasn't returned a single penny even though I had cancelled the ticket within minutes of the booking and a good 15 days before the flight day. Air Arabia are day-light robbers. Stay away guys !

I had booked an online ticket for my friend through my credit card in January, 2015. However I had to cancel the ticket, within a few minutes of the booking, for a mistake that I realized immediately. While cancelling the ticket I was informed that I will be refunded the ticket amount after a cancellation fee of AED 150 (or equivalent). That was acceptable enough for me hence I cancelled the ticket. It's been 6 months almost, and I have not received a single penny as refund. I tried to call the customer relations, and I was told, point-black, that they were not able to accommodate my request for a refund according to Air Arabia terms and conditions.
Their social media team on facebook had been cooperative to the extent of listening to my complaint, but they couldn't help with the refund either. How could they simply refuse any refund, when technically speaking, my action didn't cost them anything, as I cancelled the ticket within minutes of the booking ? Which other airline does that ? How could one book a ticket with them, if there is no cancellation policy in place ? That's like one runs a risk of losing the ticket amount every time one wants to book a ticket with Air Arabia. How scary is that ?

i booked my mums ticket yesterday with my card but i then got an email saying the payment didnt go through. however upon checking my account i realised the money was still taken, i will take further action if the money does not bounce back into my account by the END OF TODAY.

I have traveled once by Air Arabia from Kuwait to Bangalore via Sharjah. i was carrying one handbag around 7 KG but the bag looks bigger than normal because of its make. any way .i didn't had any issues while boarding at Kuwait airport. The counter lady checked the bag and told us we can carry it in cabin as handbag. but in Sharjah while i am about to catch my Bangalore flight (Air Arabia), , there was one Ground staff stopped me and said this bag cant be carried as cabin bag. i have tried to convince him i have valuables in this bag and it is not locked, even i had shown in the valuable inside. but instead he started to scream and shout, i saw many passengers were stopped by him with such reason. he was so rude looks like Philippine National. He tagged my bag and told move with out bag to ward plane. By god grace i saw one Indian staff and explain my problem, he managed to get the baggage along with me in cabin. it was a very humiliating situation to me in front of other passengers. that was the first and last time i traveled with Air Arabia.

my self MOHAMMED RAHMAN N.M.R, i have taken a touriest visa from the sponcer of uae by the name AIR ARABIA, later i the mean while i got an employment opportunity from a reputed company of uae, my company h.r informed me to cancel touriest visa which was in my name, but i have not entered uae, in mean while i have informed the sponcer to cancel my touriest visa, i informed the sponcer because the sopncer of the visa has a sole authority to cancel uae touriest visa, by the way he has taken 3500 indian rupees from me as a cancellation fees, and i have sended allmost all needed documents which required to cancel touriest visa, from last 7 days he is playing game with me, i want to know why the air arabia is playing with the emottions and feellins of custommers, please do the necessary arrangements for my touriest visa cancellation, i hope the ararabia will hwlp in cancalation of my touriest visa, find the attachcopy of my touriest visa the same should be get cancelled

I bought air arabia ticket for my mom, and she came to sri lankan air port. But they didn t allow to take flight to my mom, b cos of sri lankan tourist visa new rules . I have to fill some documents bfore she come. I want to change my ticket date, can i do it .Please reply soon.

This is my ticket, passenger's my children's couldn't travel due to age restriction on Sharjah airport Boarding, Now I would like to refund these ticket. As they didn't allow us to travel despite me myself their father was there to ensure to board them & catch another flight on same day but unfortunately, according to one of your Air Arabia employee Shift Supervisor in Sharjah airport Named Mohiuddin told me to arrange any family who is travelling to the same destination and can take responsibility of the children, Then i can let your childerns to fly, I stayed for more than 45 mints to find family on airport, despite I was travelling from Dubai airport on same day same time Well i managed to find one family for same destination and went to same Person Mohiuddin, who was he is shift supervisor according to him, he refuse and said he can't let them travel than why he miss commit in beginning I was really surprised by his statement, he said by himself you can refund these ticket contact to our office in airport. for your information and record they issued me the boarding the check in procedure was done already all baggage were tagged and half of baggage was already sent to plane but didn't let my siblings to travel and the half which they sent down for shipping to plane I collected it from arrival ramp with help of very Nice person Mr Amjad who was very cooperative during this trouble and this collection of baggage also toked around an hour now i came to airport around 4.15 am and left 6.25 after collecting baggage.
I went to office located on air port 1st floor of air arabia, they said you can claim your tickets refund by emailing us, Now how you being a very responsible and same time, representing air arabia stating that passengers traveled already this is not responsible statement .
This is my complain for entirely what happen to me and wasted my time and energy and my Daughters school missed and they handled this matter totally with irresponsibility, Me and my family children's suffered from depression from trouble, again we was visitors not living their, the airline staff suppose to be cooperative and help full rather than kept us with miss commitment.
As visitors have very limited calculated time. I was not expecting this rode behavior of staff and miss commitment and top of that how my children's are traveled and they actually not by your system, Please note they was not alone totally me myself their father was present with them to ensure the smooth check in, How this is showing in system and where is the boarding record and check list of passengers.
I was not sending my daughters and son 1st time she is student and they always travel internationally I showed my siblings passports stamps who was proving proofs it selfs, but this is very strange case which happen to me and on record you said they traveled .I want you to check this matter very seriously and rectify the records accordingly, and please validate my claim and return the amount back of my bought tickets.

Trying to get in touch with Air Arabia is frustrating. Have called many times and the response has been useless. Website does not work for booking online. Tried calling them and they say to pay extra for booking over phone. What's the point of travelling low cost if I have to pay at all steps I take to book a ticket. Bad response, bad customer handling and truly wish there is another airlines in their place soon.

I had an Air Arabia flight from Riyadh to Sharjah last week. I had no luggage so requested to the counter supervisor to check me in without standing in the 'Q". He refused. I explained him all airlines offer this facility for passengers who don't carry any luggage even Air Arabia in Sharjah. But he refused to listen to me so I followed the 'Q' for more than an hour as they were taking 20 mints or more to check in a passenger. Finally when I reached the counter, the same guy asked me to weigh my hand baggage then to tag it as dangerous goods !
I think the personnel working for Air Arabia in Riyadh are not qualified or they don't have any proper training given because I have seen the crew and counter staff of the airline working in other airports most professional way !
I am a regular business traveller to UAE but I prefer to avoid flying Air Arabia from Riyadh in the future to avoid such embarrassment !

I had flight from Dammam, Saudi to Alexandria, Egypt in 26/6/2014, the Arabia employer's (Saudies) came late and opned counter's 1 hour and 40 min before flight?Full flight...too much passengers waiting for long time..after that passport control take in Saudi hours...they ask passengers to come to passport check 2hours before flight...finalLy got inside aetoplan..staieD inside 2 hours..all are late..flighT late for 3 hours from original deprture time?I asked the captain for complain form..and I wrote that Arabia staff in the airport came late and counters were opened late..they were angry with me... told me that they can take me off again from aerpolan...they spook to captin..calleD security and take me off...just because I wrote a complain about their delay?Can any one believe that..I swear to God...welcome to Air Arabia..where no respect for human rights...I don't recommend any one to use it...

This a horrible airline, your travel bag will never reach on time. My wife and kid travel on 22/06/2014 in G9517 flight, they did not get baggage. I called their help line several times nobody pick up the call.

More than 85 passengers did not receive their baggage. We had frozen baby food on the baggage. During the baggage drop, we asked will it reach on the same time, they promised but they did not keep their promise.

I think it is useless airlines.

I take a air Arabia ticket from uae to my friend which is in
Dubai jail. The Dubai police refuse of that ticket because of that is
Not valid to them, then I go to that agency to cancel that ticket
And Give that amount of taxes. Many time of talking that agency
Agree and return 100 Aed to me
. Is that is the total amount that the airlines provied the money of
Canclelation .with in 1 hours they refused me to give the money of tax.

Hello i have booked a flight on Airarabia from London England to Casablanca Morocco from 19th July to 31th August which has recently been cancelled by them not me and so they decided to switch me from Casablanca to Tangier which i didn't request. Now this aggravated me dramtically and to call them for enquiry about my flight and alternatives i have other than this flight but they give me a number begining with '09' which in the UK charges harshly on landlines . But however i carry on and call them i request a refund they claim it has been confirmed yet it has been 5 days and i i haven't received this at all. This is not our first time but our second time with them how can you call this business with a RUBBISH SERVICE . THIS NEEDS TO STOP IM NOT IMPRESSED so please reply if you have any suggestions to resolve my situation.

i have booked a ticket from shj to hyderabad two way, i have changed my schedule for going and change the ticket date, from april to may earlier ticket cost was 1485 and now ticket price was only 1085 but i paid 405 dhs more to change the ticket date while ticket price is only 1085, now i have paid total 1990, and very rude customer service in shj while i ask to approach manager they dont bother and reply what u want u can tell us i am senior staff, really its haram to pay 900 extra while ticket cost is only 1085, if some one can help pls...

Ticket was purchased from bahrain for sialkot
Is it refundable if the customer has changed his plan

i booked a ticket from bangladesh dhaka to sanaa yemen on 08th may, but unfortunately i got sick and hopitalise so i want to amend the date it would be 23/25th of may for the way dhaka to sana yemen.my ticket regervation no [protected]. i need your reply soon.

Refund policy of Air Arabia is strange . They dont repay you any money if you cancel the ticket . It will be in your account for one year and after that it will expire .You can use that money to book ticket of only immediate relatives and after sending the proof of relation to their customer care representatives and in addition to that each ticket they charge a 50 dhs transaction frees . If you are not sure about your travel dont book in Air Arabia . Its a rip of air line with poor customer service . They just want to make money .
