parking complaint

I came to Terminal 2 to drop my cousin at Ahmedabad Sadder vallabhbhai Airport today early morning. I was driving four wheeler car and I checked in at 04.01 AM on 01.01.2018. There was tremendous traffic and cars were parked on both edges of lane. It was very difficult to stop on the lane side and drop him. He got out of the car on moving traffic and get his luggage in same way. Then he went away, I could even say bye to him properly as I was still in traffic. Then I moved towards exit way and there was still terrible traffic. And it would take almost 5 mins to reach at counter. and when I reached there the staff person over there charged me 85 rs. Can you believe that I was supposed to pay rs 85 for 12.13 minutes which was only 13 seconds in access of the limit and that was only due to traffic. That traffic was not in my control, that was the miss management of Airport Authority. That was not fair!

My mother in law travelled from Ahmedabad Intl airport to Sharjah. The traumatic experience she had at Ahmedbad airport is unexplainable. We are not asking for a state of art service, but atleast provide the passengers with BASIC AMENITIES. When AMD airport was handling one flight thrice a week - the infrastructure was same. Today with hundreds of passendgers boarding and disembarking within 3 hours in early hours of the morning, there is LOT to do by the airport authorities. The place is a MESS. Staff is arrogant, Bribing is at the peak. Luggage - if you can find it - you are lucky - more enough - get a trolley - you are more luckier.
Lets be honest - the airport is worst than a local bus station where as it the bus stations dont charge any fees to use the services, the airport is charging a hefty fee
Is there any one to hear my complain?
There is no box of sanitary pads in the washroom which is mandatory in washroom for female. The airport responsible person must look upon this issue.

International travellers would not have Indian SIM card. So, to avail free Wi-Fi services at the airport it is impossible
All the airports over the world have Free Wifi without OTP requirement on the phone. Can the airports in India become globally compliant?
Because of heavy entry charges of ₹90/- app based cabs don’t want to enter airport. All private cabs and rickshaw harass for a ride and demand unreasonable money. There is no control. You must allow 7 or 10 min free entry at airport pickup.
Airport women security check in staff was very rude today morning 29/8/22 at 5.30 am morning with my mother with abusive language. Please take action.

Today I left my laptop beg between 8:30 to 9:30. In Ahmedabad domestic airport.So I request to relativ department to finding my beg. Beg is red and black with sign RKU.
The shop keeper abused us loudly and spoke in a derogatory tone on asking for an extra cup for kid. He charged us 100 RS for the cup
