Don't waste your time with Aggressive Auto Insurance aka Tejas Seguros they will delay your claim as much as possible. NO rental car coverage. Takes forever for the appraiser to come out and view your vehicle. If you have a accident just go ahead and buy another car on your own because it will take two months to receive a check. I haven't gotten mine yet. I'm dropping Aggressive Insurance - Tejas Seguros and changing to State farm because I have to have a rental car and better quality of insurance overall. Aggressive Insurance Service is cheap for a reason. They have bad reviews and a plethora of complaints with the BBB. I hate I settled for this mess. I learned a lesson of a lifetime. Never again!

This Insurance company is nothing but a waist of time and money especially the claims department!
I have a custom pearl black on black Malibu LT with tap shift, well heading home from a trip I was caught in a bad storm and my car got some pretty bad hail damage so I filed a claim to have it repaired and its going on a month that I filed and I still can not get any answers regarding my claim other than being deemed a total loss. I've tried calling my adjuster and her supervisor for more information but I just get their voicemals and so I leave a message but they still can not seem to call me back. I was leaving my adjuster a message and I just hear click and the busy tone... Like I told an agent, " we customers buy insurance and pay our monthly premiums for our vehicles to be covered just incase something happens not because we want to look all cool cause we got insurance. when I purchased the full coverage I didn't do monthly payments I paid the whole 6 months upfront in cash and the company had no problem with taking my money and putting it in their accounts but they have an issue with having to pay for my car to get fixed... I am just waiting for my claim to be finalized and I am canceling this B.S. policy and having them refund me for the rest of the 3 out of 6 months already paid for!

I was "insured" by aggressive for a little over a month when a man backed up into my car. He didnt have insurance so i had to filed a claim with aggressive to get my car repaired and they promptly canceled my policy! Their reason inside the cancellation notice stated bc i had a claim within the first 60days. Im like you guys made that up! STAY away! from aggressive it is a fake insurance company that rake in the consumer's money but the minute you need them to pay up on your claim they dont! And they just drop you. The reason why they stay in business is because of first timers and when the first timers find out that aggressive is a fake insurance company its already too late they have your money then they drop you!

I have been trying to get my totaled car paid for since Feb. its now the middle of july and still no payment in sight, Maria Rodriguez has given me the run around for months now telling me I had to go pick up my totaled car from the wrecker tow yard that I had informed her had it a month prior to her telling me they weren't going to pick it up because seeing as they forgot to get it picked up when I told them now the impound bill is $850 and Maria has told me if I don't pay and have it in my possession along with title they will only pay a portion of what the settlement is and treat it as if I owner retained the piece of scrap metal, which I would never do. This company is a complete rip-off they are impossible to get on the phone and never return to messages left for the claims department. I will never use Aggressive Star Canyon again. They do not insure you at all all they do is take the consumers $ and in time of need they don't cover ANYTHING.

Agressive won't pay for my 2014 tundra limited that's totaled. Was going through a divorce and insurance was in my wife's name, they said since I wasn't living with her at the time if the accident that they weren't responsible. They dropped the toteled truck off at my house the day the broke the news to me. Some one, please help me! I still owe 43k on this new truck and I'm heart broken every time I see it. My number is [protected] I'm Derek Herndon. Any advice is welcome, there's no info online... I know I can sue or something just don't know how.
