Aggressive Insurance Not wanting to be responsible for their policies holder accident.

I was at a red light (in front of Arlington tx jail) when a distracted driver hit my vehicle from behind. He (driver) stated that he wasn't paying attention. He stated that whatever damages my vehicle has that his insurance (Aggressive Insurance) will be responsible for. I have called the Claims dept. Numerous times and all I got was a machine. When I called the main number a rep (Samay) answered and said that they (Aggressive Insurance) wasn't doing anything about it. Even though they are supposed to. Not sure what kind of SCAM they're trying to pull but they need to be out of business. (Samay) stated that if I want my vehicle repaired I better call my own insurance and have them fix it. Even though my premium will increase and I would have to pay a deductible. Please stay away from this PIECE OF CRAP COMPANY. The people that "work" there are very incompetent and useless. They're very rude, unprofessional and violent. (Samay) in my belief is Bipolar, she would scream for no reason and change her tone. She would say something then forget what she said and say I didn't say that. Made statements and then deny them a minute later.

Aggressive Insurance Irresponsive / Irresponsible

Aggressive's client damaged our vehicle... aggressive has not returned our calls... will not answer our calls... has refused to pay for alternate transportation... has refused to get our car into the shop in a timely manner to repair damages... We have waited 2 weeks and they are now telling us to pay for the repairs and alternate transportation and they will reimburse us later... I thought that there were laws in place to deal with companies like this?

Aggressive Insurance They do not pay for the claims against them.

On 7/30/15 Pedro IV Consemiu drove the car he was driving into the bedroom closet in our house.He got a DWI with his two year old son in the car.I called the police and fire dept.He lives at 854 Jean street, SA, TX, 78207.The owner of car is Tania Rose Morilla, 1911 green ash, SA, TX, 78227.The police report is SAPD15162936 and fire report is [protected]
.When I called Tiffany Quigley in the claims dept at [protected] she has not returned my call in 3 days.The claim number is TTX1580438.I talked to her supervisor today and she is waiting for a statement from the driver who is in jail.I emailed the police and fire reports to Tiffany.[protected]@AggressiveUsa.com. and sent pictures of damage to house and picture of car in bedroom closet at 7806 Marbach, SA, TX, 78227.The Supervisor told me to contact my insurance because it will take some time .MalcolmHargrove

This is an awful insurance company...Ive been calling them since 10am this morning and no one answers the phone. Not even the claims department. I'm sending the insurance commissioner of georgia a complaint. I suggest all others do the same in there state as well. I plan to cc.. The insurance commissioner of texas where their home office is.
