My husband, and myself and our daughter all went to the one in Nacgodoches Texas, My new dentures fell out of my mouth the first day and they had to put in a liner and to big, but these people do not want to hear this. I have worn them about one hour a 1000.00 down the drain. This is why you pay in advance. My husbands were the same way he went back till they got tired of seeing him still not fixed. My daughter had some made the wire sticks in her cheek and the other was between her teeth so when she chewed she bit down on them. Well they trim and cut one wire off. Mine I can not even talk with them they are big but I was told to stand in front of a mirror and practice I have been wearing dentures for awhile and they talk to you like your stupid.What can be done to get a refund or even better service.

My name is Deborah Spillers, I have been going through hell since I got my Dentures. I haven't even been able to eat because I can't even wear my bottoms. So on January 18th 2016 I went to get my money back, but they told me they would have to keep 100.00 of my refund for materials, and said they would have to send me a check in the mail. Well I had been to another Affordable Dentures and no problem getting a full refund. So what's the deal ? My papers said I would get a full refund if not satisfied, so why did she keep some of my money? I want a full refund, I payed 399.00 in cash. I want it sent to me in full, plus I used a care credit card for 815.00 which they put back on there. Please send me my money. Bought most expensive denture available over1000 dollars. Have lost teeth 4 times today is january 17 th 2016 3 times in past I have been humelated in bussiness meeting but have found the teeth today I have swallowed the tooth do I need to look in my stool for it please help and advise. Someone should really take a close look at affordable denture. I've read many of the reviews on them and they all are the same. I too am complaining about how the dentures fit (or don't fit). They fall out of your mouth and they really hurt. The bad thing about it is the dentist (Dr. Simmons) talks to you as if you are dumb. She told me the pain was all in my mind which I deeply resented. I have had to take two days off from work (without pay) for them to try and make them work. The work they do is awful. I called on 9/9 again trying to get in to see someone. I am an educator and I cannot go to work without my dentures. They said I could come in one week from the day I called. I explained to them that I was in excruciating pain. They told me not to wear them until then. The service is awful. I would like for someone to take the time that is needed to make the dentures so that they will fit properly. If most of the people are complaining about the same thing then it has to be some truth to the complaints. This company should be investigated and some type of action should be taken. I would like for someone to please contact me and let me know what if anything can be done with these dentures or refund my money. My chart # is 003452. The billing date is 8/25/2015. 2 years ago I went to this office to have upper and lower plates made, its only been 2 years and as of last night when I ate an egg and bacon (Not crunchy bacon) on toast my bottom plate snapped in half. I never have dropped them or soaked them but more then 20 minutes 2 times a week, never slept with them in. Nothing has been done to cause them to brake only after 2 years of light use. The plate itself are thin to the point you can see throw them so I know that is why they broke. I paid good money to have all this work done and I feel they should of lasted a lot longer then they did. My dad has had his for 14 years and they are not see threw at all and I know that is why they have lasted a lot longer then mine. This is shoty work for all the money I have invested in them and I feel you should do something about this so it can't happen to more people.

I went there a year ago for extractions and my temporary dentures. The Dentist is a money grubbing lifeless creature. Her Assistant (stephanie) was the only thing keeping me from flipping out during this rough time. Over several trips because of issues with my dentures not being right (they screwed up multiple areas including the center top groove which was cut in about half an inch off center somehow).. The Dentist was rude to me and very rude to stephanie in front of me. The receptionist was also a waste as she knew nothing. A year later I get my permanent dentures, (they have a new group of Assistants and receptionist which shows a problem) I get my new dentures, the assistant doesn't even look at them, just hands them to me and tells me to have a nice day... Not even a mirror. I guess they don't care if the service they offer is right or not... The doctor even left her office (while patients were still there) to make an appointment she had elsewhere... No coverage. So, my permanent set is screwed up, made very poorly by a dentist who obviously doesn't care about her work, reputation or her paying return patients. I'll go elsewhere to get the dentures I deserved from the beginning. Anywhere has to be better then here and she's not the only game in town. Appointment made at Aspen dental from referral of other denture wearers I know.

My husband went to affordable dentures to have a tooth extracted. That went fine but the dentures were a another story. They sold him a package deal for $740.00 without explaining it to him. He was not even getting the best quality partial denture. When questioned they said that was the way it was. If he wanted the better package it would cost another $230.00. They were rude and inconsiderate. They do not want to accomodate us at all and we won't even get the dentures for another 6 months. Supposedly, they have to wait for your mouth to heal that long. It is ridiculous. I would never recommend this practice to anyone.

Horrible, horrible place. Affordable Dentures provided me with the worst service I have ever experienced with any “professional” medical office. Rude, hostile, uninformed staff, high pressure sales techniques and “Bait and Switch” tactics, provided a dental experience reminiscent of “Little Shop of Horrors.” I would not recommend this sham of a dental practice to my worst enemy.

After choosing and paying for the top of the line dentures they do not fit and are poor quality. After taking our money Dr. Baezad and her staff became rude and unprofessional. My husband is handicapped and doesn't drive and when I asked for an early or late appointment I was told that I could come early if I wanted but that he wouldn't be seen until later. They did not want me to help him to the back and get him settled in the chair and were rude when I insisted. After a mouth full of extractions we were given Dr. Baezad's number to call if there were any problems and when I left a message she never called back. When I took my husband to get the poor fitting dentures adjusted she wanted to charge $180 for a reline of the top even though we paid around $350 for a "new denture wearer package" and she said that the lower partial was for cosmetic purposes only and should be taken out to eat. Shame on them!

I had my first set done in 2007 at the Cathedral City Ca franchise, they never fit right and kept cracking.After several repairs & liners the "dentist"said if they cracked again he would upgrade them to a premium set free of charge.They cracked again, I called the Cathedral City office and it was closed, completely gone, locked up.I did my own repairs until 2012 when they completely fell apart.I called the nearest Affordable Dentures, 50 miles away hoping they had my paperwok, they did but of course no mention of the free upgrade promised by the previous "dentist".I needed dentures it was a new office, a new "dentist"so i decided to give them another shot...big mistake..i paid full price for anothet set of economy dentures, expressed my concerns about them cracking.At that time she looked me straight in the face and told me she was confident they wouldnt crack but if they did she would upgrade them free of charge.WELL they cracked again I called the Redlands office and to my horror the franchise had been sold and there was a completely different staff.I had the repair done and i was shocked when she chargef me 120 bucks to repair a poor product.Then came the sales pitch, she told me that she didnt know why Affordable Dentures offered economy dentures becuase they werent designed for eating and if i could come up with 2000 bucks she would make me a set of dentures that would fix my problems, including stopping the 'flipper' from rubbing open wound inside my bottom lip...yes this "dentist" allowed me to walk out of that office with open wounds on the inside of my bottom lip becuase i couldnt afford the best set of denturrs.I called the corporate office, they in turned called the Redlands franchise.They returned my call with an offer, if i could come up with the 2000 bucks they would upgrade my dentures and take off the 120 bucks i paid for my repair...even though the set i had just bought was wrong and causing sores in my mouth and this time the "new dentist" also claimed that the reason my dentures kept cracking was becuase i had a hard bite...that was news to me i had never heard that from any of the two "previous"dentists...i have also contacted the Better Business Bureau and they also suggested i contact the states attorney general office in both North Carolina(corporate)and California(redlands).That is my next step after filing this Thank you

January 2012 I purchased a "premium" upper denture for $ 585. In April I returned to Iowa. In May the "premium" Denture broke in two. I called the office in Panama City and they told me to find an Affordable Denture in Iowa. When I returned to Fl in Nov. I made an appt. At the apt they accused me of dropping the dentures breaking them. I was also told Dr. Klaffe was not there so I had to come back the next day. When I returned after much hassle they glued them back together. Needless to say they soon broke again. I filed a complaint with BBB of Northwest Fl but they say the company won't do anything about it. Affordable Dentures is a RIP-OFF !

I had when in excited to get a partial denture for top back teeth. The dentist said it would take some time and practice to get use to them. Okay so its been about three going on four months now. And before this I've gone back like three or four times. Well at this point I am still not happy with them. And I cant afford to throw 365.00 down the drain. So I want to return the partial denture back and get my money back.!

I took my wife there to get a "simple extraction" Well, the dentist did not numb her all the way then when we were done and we got home i noticed that she was bleeding more than normal. The dentist literally sliced open the top of her mouth. I called him and said he needed to give her something for pain and they refused. NEVER again will i take my wife there.

Ok i called affordable dentures the first thing they assured me is the teeth and complete visit would only coast me 360 dollars that wasn’t true im glad i had extra with me after spending gas for going to bowling green ky but thats ok for new teeth rite. i get the impressions done that’s nasty then the impressions wasnt rite so they had a guy from the back to come out and take them again he is the guy thats makes the teeth not the doctor when it is said and done they bring me my new teeth they put them in my mouth and they fall straight down with no hesitation so i ask why they wont stay in my mouth thats the upper teeth the put fixadent in and said they would have to be adjusted that my gums would shrink for about a year so i said well if my gums shrink shouldn’t they fit tighter the first time but im not the expert so i say i guess ill see yall in about a year.

so a few months down the road im eating a hamburger and i swallow my front tooth i take it back and they fixed it but they said i waited to long for the adjustment i talked to the guy that maid my teeth he assured me that they would then the doc came out and got hateful with me and said the guy in the back didnt run that office that she ran it and she wouldn’t fix my teeth i left mad and 3 weeks ago that tooth came out again i have called them countless times no calls me back.
