This company was hired to do a 'thorough' cleaning of my rental house, which was to include cleaning years of caked on dirt in corners, edges of stairs, built ins, etc. they were also suppose to clean the walls, the baseboards, and the window sills. It was not an everyday housing cleaning job that was ordered here. I was charged $320.00 for a one day job done on an 1100 square foot house, only to find out later, though pictures sent to me from a new tenant who moved in, that much of this work was NOT done. In fact, both the old tenant, and the new tenant were in agreement - very little work was done. When I phoned affordable cleaning services to complain, the woman yelled at me on the phone, consistently interrupted me before i could tell my whole story, and emphatically proclaimed that they were not responsible for my problem. Before she hung up on me, she also tried putting the blame on another company with apparently the same name. This company currently consists of 4 women, and their phone number is 403-540-2038. I highly recommend passing this company by if you are looking to get the job done right the first time, at a truly affordable price.
