I have signed a 1 year contact with AAC through Family Fitness. Well due to me losing my job, the offered to freeze the payments for 3 months but they only did it for 2 months and withdrew money from my checking account which cause it to take my last $35 and the bank paid the rest. The bank charged me $35 for this. My bank also charged me an extra $35 5 days later for extended overdraft fees. So I called the fitness club and he told me that he called ACC and they froze the payements again and I wouldnt have a payment for another 3 months but they drafted my account TWICE the very next month which was an addition $70 because they were returned. Now because they were returned ACC wants to charge me that payment plus an extra $15 because of their mistake. I have contacted the Fitness Club about the overdraft fees that I beleive he or ACC should have to pay. I shouldnt be responsible for their mistakes. The owner of the fitness club's wife offered to but the money back in the first time it bounced in Oct. because she said it was her fault for not getting the request for another couple months freeze in in time. Well when she found out it would take my bank 5 days to deposit her check because she wasnt a member, she said she would call back 2 days later to see what the total negative balance was so she could take care of it. She never called back and a couple days later my account was hit again! I havent heard back from her to this date.
