Aeria Games Worst customer service

I know its been a long time ago, but i still want to let other players know my story and think before you invest money in games of Aeria Games. I am glad the game itself got cancelled probably by GM's ruining the game.

Corrupt GM abusing ban powers at Megaten also other GM's might be involved

Reason of D34thN0t3, iLLusions and Synn` bans

First of all, I started playing Shin megami tensei online at january 2009. We were one of the top high level players in this game and iLLusions was the best synther. I can't find a reason for someone to cheat when he/she plays a game over a year. We are full aware of multi-clienting and multi-boxing. Do you still think that we cheat (multi-clienting)? Let's read further.

I am really disappointed of the GM(s) that are/is behind this. The lack of service at "contact us" is real bad, the mails probably just go straight to the one that framed and banned us. Two of three ban appeals on D34thN0t3 are disappeared and never replied. Also last mails of iLLusions and D34thN0t3 haven't been replied till now. Conclusion is: the mails won't be taken serious and the service is worser than worst and a lot of corruptness are behind it. So for the people that get banned, keep in mind, most probably of you won't get back, depends on how much he/she doesn't like you. Yes, they keep denying and talking their way out without evidence. And most likely, other GM(s) are involved. See it's now multi-clienting, look what they say after we show some proof, since they don't have any proof, by just talking and making conclusions. They will come up with another excuse. Now I am starting to miss the old GM JoLt. Based on the replies, the only ones that we can count on are probably Greywulf and SpencerC, but since they are not on much, we gave up. This give us a reason to believe that the new GM(s) are causing Aeria much of trouble if you read further you might understand how corrupt/incompetent they are.

The reason of ban is pretty known, we got banned right after reporting PinOcchio also known as PinO, PinO`Colada and Courier`Carrie for harassing us on the same day as of 4th april 2010. But the GM(s) are doubting it, this means you guys are hiding something. We know PinO as husband/wife relation with Old GS Theena or PinO is Theena itself? To my conclusion, this ban has something to do with PinO/Theena. Why not framing, banning or suspecting us before that? You had months to do that, but too bad you made a wrong decision after you saw our proof of your harassment and from that you gave us a reason to believe that you are on revenge (banning us for multi-clienting of doing a right thing by reporting your harassment).

Yes, Ashmir, you did the same as PinO, before 4th april 2010, but sadly we don't have proof of it and caught our little PinOcchio instead. And I know you talked with PinO that day, so let's keep this in mind between us three of what you have done and were planning to do, because I know you and PinO are not honest.

I remember the day we got banned (4th april 2010), Loriel, the GS was there, observing us. One of the GM's were continuous disconnecting me (D34thN0t3), iLLusions and Nicoll on that day during newmoon to test us of multi-clienting, which is not even a good or valid proof to consider a ban right after, so that's your another so called abusing tool? Why wait till newmoon boss? It was pretty obvious to ruin an important run, you could have done it earlier or after but precisely do it during a newmoon run. GMPeanut you were the only one on, i tried pming every GM's, so are you the one replying to all the mails (megaten complaint email) also? Yes, I was on incense x10 etc. during newmoon, so beware AP users, GM's have the right to ban you when they "suspect" you even if it's planned to ruin your incense aswell. And don't try to claim it back, the support page is replied by the same GM and if he/she don't have an excuse, he/she will just ignore your mail, that's what you call service at Aeria support page. They tell us do not violate ToS, but see what their abuse of power and corruptness is. We haven't violated ToS, but they still frame us.

GMPeanut and PinO are very close. One or probably more GM(s) are behind this, at least we know GMPeanut is one of them, who framed and banned us and replied iLLusions and Synn` of multi-clienting in their mails. And yet why didn't I get my reply yet? Where is the evidence? It's been a week waiting for your reply. That was just a simple reply of your copy paste mail with the same spelling error. You just talk it out, but Aeria isn't a small company or whatever. It is located in USA, you have law there. Show us proof of what you are saying. You just made up some conclusions and permanent ban us to shut us and throw it somewhere in a corner. Oh yeah, you mentioned about tools and logs you have. So why don't you check the files if there is any cheat (multi-client) on the system, instead of all talk. I doubt you even can do that. That means no valid proof.

Let me teach you something. Showing up the same ip addresses doesn't make sense of suspecting someone multi-clienting. Since when it's not allowed for family, students or friends etc. that live together to play the same game. (multi-boxing, wonder if you investigated that before you make up conclusions of multi-clienting) To our conclusions: you wanted to get rid of us as fast as you could, so investigation in steps without proof wasn't needed, while the harassment case had proof, that took you at least 7 days. So does this still means multi-client? Make up another excuse, I know you will do, the raw videos has also been uploaded days ago, but since it involves with the IP, it's been set to private and uploaded this one instead for the public. You said you had tools, so the IP address should be familiar to you. If you don't, means you framed us on 100%. Yet again we have proof, where is yours again? Oh, when we talk about multi-clienting, you should start banning two or more characters with the same IP address logged from now on. You don't have to send them mail when you ban them, just like what you did to us and wait till they send up ban appeal and reply the same as multi-clienting without proof or just ignore the mails like you did to us. The players will see how corrupt you are and the way of your abuse. Why we show you our proof of multi-boxing? First it's not multi-clienting, so it's none of your concern, because it didn't violate ToS and you framed us and we wanted to see your proof.

Right now I have a reason to believe that the report of PinOcchio harassment was looked by one or the same corrupt/incompetent GM's, explain me how do you see a loot competition? (mentioned at picture 8) When you mention about a thread, did you actually recheck what the reported player says this here: http://forums.aeriagames.com/viewtopic.php?t=774803&start=30

On picture 8 you mentioned in the mail what I mean by "How long is this gonna take", isn't it so obvious what I mean, if you replied the mail sooner or you even forgot what the mail was about (Recheck picture 6 and 7 then)? So the steps of harassment took you 7 days, but framing and banning us of multi-clienting, took you less than one hour. While there is obvious video proof of a mage that can't spawn the boss neither kill it, so I wonder how do you came up with an excuse of loot competition. There is obviously no loot neither xp competition going on. Did you read the chat? Did you see he/she casting elemental spells to have them reflect off Daijou in order to kill/interfere with us. He/she heals D34thN0t3 when being told that the healing will cancel out the beef bowl effect and continues to do so. To my conclusion, this case and the other case makes me think you are the same corrupt/incompetent GM as well either you are PinO or friends/family relation. You are trying to hide the fact now.

00:15-00:39 Someone is being insulted for leeching XP. It shows clearly that one of us is being insulted out of nothing, since there is total of 5 players in this room.

All single heals were ranged from 120-140, only one exception was 56 hp healed, but since i use +30 hp ointment, neither of us do that and Nicoll knows that i dont need to get healed while im on beef bowl of victory.

Those are all high level accounts of his, so he does have basic and enough knowledge of what he is doing right now. After being told so, he still keep single healing me, casting spells on Daisoujou and i keep trying to keep my HP low or the beef bowl of victory.

02:24 He is low on HP, why doesnt he heal himself? If he is looking for XP as he said later on the video. But yet he keep casting spells and single healing me. As this alternative of his, is lowest of all his accounts, so its either at 0% XP or he doesnt care about XP.

00:51 He said he is fighing too, but from all the videos shown, all he does is single healing me for ruining my beef bowl of victory and casting spell dmg causing 0-1 dmg with reflects. It's clearly harassing and causing me distress.

And resulted in himself dying a few times (fail tries) during full newmoon and yes we died a few times also cause of his elemental spells that causes reflects and damage us. And if he does care about XP, why does he single heal me so i do lower damage (without beef effect) or casting spells so that we die? As if he can kill Daisoujou with 1 dmg for XP? Yes, XP is shared unless its dead.

04:02 Now he says, im making sure no one dies from low HP. Didn't we tell him not to heal and interfering my beef? ThousandSuns has explained well also. And as a party, do we need his help of healing? No, we have our own enhancer and i have my own healing items. It's more likely he needs help as an enhancer. He never asked or told us to help.

PinOcchio never got banned and never got checked for multi-clienting.

So explain to us. Where is Synn` here as you frame us of multi-client? There is no need to log him out. Why does fraps just capture one screen of iLLusions instead of two or more with me included? Doesn't this explain it's not multi-client?

PinOcchio or Theena, whoever was playing with the character (actually i am even doubting your husband exist, so this means all characters belongs to you, multi-clienting? You suspect, making conlusions on us, we can suspect and making conclusions aswell too).

On the first and second video, you started to trash talk over iLLusions, so what are you so jealous about, our Mr(s) free synther? Yes, we have seen you shout on babel to try make us upset, but apparently you failed and try to frame us another way now. We don't care about your level, free synth and neither copy pasting iLLusions and altering the copy to free. We don't start things to conflict, just like you. We don't frame anyone without proof, just like you. We don't like you because you are dishonest and disrupting us.

As you see in the video's, PinOcchio started to mess with my beef bowl of victory with his/her single heal, while I told you not to do so, even ThousandSuns explain it well to you. You even kept casting spells to reflect so let him damage/interfere us till we die and knocking him back. Apparently, you failed few times and let me laugh out loud. Don't mention you died too ingame, you failed of trying to kill us and you were trying to make us upset (harassment). Yes, I know you don't care, since it's probably a 0% XP alt character of yours. And you are not even trying to gain XP neither loot from it by casting elemental spells on it to reflect, but you are trying to upset (harassment) us. You have enough knowledge of the game, you played this game over a year aswell, so you know what you were doing. What you just did is immature of you, I didn't expected that from you or should I say GM PinO/Theena in disguise? This show us how incompetent a GM is, unprofessional and childish.

Okay, now the mails, lack of service of Aeria and corrupt GM behind this. Yes, I can proof myself at least, which you can't.

Unfortunately these links doesnt work anymore, its been a long time ago, i just have to repost this i had posted this before, but a GM threatened me to remove it to get unbanned, since we proved our innocence of them framing us multi-clienting, they still find a way to keep us banned.

So explain to us why does picture 2 of Synn` and iLLusions have the same mails? Did you see something unusual? "your your" and "ore".

So why does Synn` picture 5 and iLLusions picture 4 have the same mails again? Did you see something unusual? "this ban/issue has nothing to do with harassment. this issue has been under investigation by our team and is considered a serious Terms of Service breaking offense"

Uhm, first place Synn` never mentioned harassment neither said it has something to do with this ban, just plainly asked why is he banned? Is this investigated by your team or yourself?

Serious ToS violation? Based on what evidence?

Picture 3 of D34thN0t3 and picture 7 of iLLusions have never been replied till now. So to our conclusions: You didn't reply because you have something to hide. You could at least come up with another excuse.

Higher ups of Aeria, when you read this, make sure the GM(s) name that's replying mail shows up in the mail as well. So at least we know who we are talking to.

So will a corrupt GM causing Aeria business at risk? I hope you do have this in mind that we are not the only ones that have been falsely banned and make more and more players quit playing aeria games because of this. Yes there are players that suddenly disappears or got falsely banned. There goes some AP buyers aswell. Remember you got your job because of us, the players and our word of mouth advertising to get more players playing Aeria games. But right now whoever is involved with the corrupt/incompetent GM, you disappointed us. Let me come to my conclusions as well: You are trying to get rid of two high levels (level 95 and 92) in exchange to hope that we start again to spend money to speed up things (scamming)? Or this is just Theena's doing and getting other GM's involved. We proved everything of our innocence, but you denied and keep framing us without any proof.

So I think the AP buyers should know what's happening now. Is it worth to spend your time and money on the worst services of Aeria and knowing you can banned for whatever reason?

For the haters, you know what you did and you might be next. Even you got connection with a GM, it doesn't mean you will be safe and "oh I can do all I want to get you banned". When you try to reply on a thread, provide evidence, not your opinions.

Lock a thread, move or delete it, I got it recorded and it will be spread. Free of speech. TIP: Remember you have law there in US. Yes, I know you will try to hide the fact and it's corruptness of GM(s) involved. When this account is banned and thread gone, you guys know what's going on. Also I have send a mail to your CEO Lan Hoang and general manager Renza Howell aswell. So try to explain them what you guys did.

At this point, I think they won't lift the ban. It shouldn't take this long to investigate. This could have been easily solved and those guys just wanted to [censored] people over. Ever since Peanut became a GM, a lot of people are being banned for B.S. reason. However, the amount of [censored]es also increase. The ones that are either friends with Peanut or friends with friends of Peanut. Basically, if you're connected to Peanut, you are safe. No matter what the problem (evidence = useless). I haven't logged on a lot lately. I might just go play another MMO or something. [censored] aeria's megaten. A lot of skilled players left and I don't think I should be wasting more time on developing my character which will probably a be a big waste of time in the end (if they decided to ban me for whatever reason).

The incompetent level of the GMs are being shown (they actually fell for some lame [censored] trick such as copy and paste and photoshoped). The case of justKill is a perfect example. lol, not that I like that guy, but someone framed his [censored] and he got banned immediately. They lifted the ban later of course. Megaten is quickly to ban people for minor violation now and sometimes for no reason whatsoever. Though I don't know this for a fact, but the addition of two NEW GMs are the cause of this. GMD4Delicious doesn't give a [censored] how the GMs are operating Megaten, as long as they get people to buy stuff with real money, they're fine.

Yes, we just decided to quit the game, not because of your multi-clienting accuse, but just the corruptness of GM(s). Also we won't be playing any Aeria games anymore because of this. Think before you spend money in Aeria Games.

Desired outcome: Independent investigation team investigate GM's, lower their rank or strip their powers if they abuse powers. GM's replying mails should mention their name.

Aeria Games Poor support team service

Good day!

My account was banned last week and was accused of "multi-accounting". I already have sent a ticket to the support team and stated there that I with my friend here in the Philippines only play in a computer shop for a very long time since we do not own PC/laptop. Also, my friend's account was banned because we share the same IP address. What I wonder was, I only have one account so as my friend and we were accused of having more than five. Yes, there were a lot of players here but already quitted several years ago and I and my friend still play the game not until are accounts were suspended last week. My ticket which was handled by Cesar from the support team didn't get good response. I told him that we play in a computer shop and he said that he doesn't want me to send a ticket anymore about the issue. I was really sad this past week since I love the game. I have dedicated myself to this game, spent money, effort, and time just to make my character stronger. My concern here is to get a good response from the support team since Cesar always try to make me walk away with the issue and get over it. I didn't do anything wrong, I have read the TOS of the game before I play. What I was mad about this past week is that Cesar didn't even consider my reason. I told him about everything, sent him proof that I play in a computer shop and even sent him the exact address of it. I hope by this, my problem would be solved and I want my account back so as my friend. I have asked so many GS, CM about this until some friends of mine from AK suggested me to file a complaint here. Hopefully I would be getting our accounts back. I would also love to suggest to check the accounts that were linked to the same IP address that I use and check the "last time the account was active". By this, I could prove to it that we play in a computer shop. I will also be sending the picture of the cafe where we play.

Aeria Games No refund

This company does not respond to support tickets as they claim they do. I have waited 24 hours after sending the first ticket for not giving me my AP points after the 15 minutes to 2 hour waiting period. They claim the reason for this is because they want to verify the payment method to make sure there is no fraud. This would have been understandable if they had responded to the ticket, and resolved the issue.
Instead, I had checked my account and it still said 'Error', and my account is suspended. I had asked them if that they could not honor my purchases after the time period for a refund. There was no response or update. This was, to say the least, frustrating.
I had never had any issues with this company before and I had this account since 2019. I had loved playing Aura Kingdom and still do however, the way that their customer service has handled this issue is abysmal for a business. I have read through some of the other complaints and it seems that 'suspending' players is commonplace due to their lackluster practices. I don't know what happened to this company how they became this way (I had played Aeria games with another account when I was 17) either way, it's a shame.
I do find it Interesting they added a reoccurring fee when your Aeria points drop below a limit where they can charge someone's account they have tucked underneath payment purchases like an 'agree to these terms' box. This was never there before. I already have a dispute open against them with my account and will most likely have to escalate it just to get my money back. Even though what I had spent was 'chump change' the fact of the matter is that they did not resolve the issue and no they are withholding my money for something that could have been fixed easily.
I reckon someone is going to send a generic copy-and-paste response instead of a real response. This was a terrible experience and I hate to say this but, there are much older games that handle situations such as this a lot faster and care with the addition to modern games.

Aeria Games customer service and management

Aeria games stole my money, robbed me. I've spend over 2k euros on EOS over time only so they could block my account for "frauding" without evidence. Customer support is a joke. They didn't provide me with evidence, evidence doesn't even exist to begin with cause I haven't done anything at all. Customer support just says "ur account is banned, bye". How am I supposed to be okay with something like that?

Aeria Games customer service

5/9/2019 1:00 pm EST. i went through their customer service send a ticket page. provided info about how the charge from europe wasnt me. and instead of cancelling the 10$ charge they had. they blocked my account, so that i the owner can't even play it. showed them the email i got from their berlin zone, and that the paypal used was a european one. while as they already have my info and i told them i lived in the US. so for me being hacked and someone tryna use my account. i went to fight it and again. they just blocked my account. how is that fair to me. i just wanted them to block any charges from outside of the US.

Aeria Games eden eternal

Never register, play, download, get, any games from them or have anything to do with them, ever.

This company sucks, their support system does not exist. you open a ticket or send them an email, you never get a reply, no matter how serious is the issue.

In fact, weeks ago my account on them was hacked, someone gained access to it, changed my password, changed my email, and so I wasn't even able to get it back. so I sent them few tickets about it, never got a reply, meanwhile the hacker is still enjoying my account, deleting my characters, deleting my items, trading my items. an account on which I spent real moneys about $900 on it.

Obviously i'm now trying to chargeback all my moneys and they even try to dispute the chargeback, so they have time to dispute chargebacks but never have time to reply tickets and mails? that's insane.

This company only cares about moneys, they don't care about their own players, customers, if you ever get an issue you're screwed, cause they will never help you, they will never reply any tickets, any emails, nothing.

I have never seen a worse company than this one, and I have dealt with many in my experiences.

Take this as a warning: stay away from aeriagames or be prepared to get scammed and be very disappointed.

Aeria Games Aeria games s4league unauthorized credit cards, unethical behaviour, pan handling, fraud, theft

The Game S4 League is published by Aeria Games and a developer is Game On. Ok Aeria Games has had many tickets submitted about disconnections and crashes. They refuse to do anything. Players pay money to Aeria Games they get items which expire and can not play when it is crashing or disconnecting constantly. Aeria Games refuses to refund money they state Game On is responsible for the issue's. Where Aeria Games is who collects the money takes it. Game On does not. They block players who spent money for absolutely no reasons whatsoever. They had these issues for months now. I reported them to the Federal Trade Commission as fraud. Since they refuse to fix anything and now block my account after I spent over $200.00. Now I can not use it I have some permanent items too. GM Feralus has blocked me in forums. Where GM Kira on @s4league twitter said post in forums. I couldn't GM abuses authority. Now blocked me from even accessing my account for more evidence with all my transactions on it. They are fraud right! Aeria Games has closed other games for no reason's after collecting probably millions from players and state it is not profitable! Where the players try one day to play and find it has closed. Like I did with my account for s4 League and Aeria Games it states blocked and thy have no evidence of anything. So they should pay me exactly what I spent on the game since day since they blocked from it. I haven't called players names or cussed none of that never hacked or tried. So a company taking money then blocking banning you since you requested money back for fraud. Since they did not fix any issues at all. I recommend pay pal and any company refuse business with Aeria Games completely. So after spending money and requesting resolve and nothing done reporting them for fraud. They block my entire account. Yet to get back my money! Aeria Games GmbH definitely owes a lot of customer's money back. Or they must be fraud hmmmm.! the kids think it is normal for a game to crash a lot and not be fixed for month's and the Aeria Games say another company is responsible where that company never took the money. Also known as fraud. No wonder they closed California office in USA to flea. Just saying #fraud !

I am "Karasakal" (mentioned as Kira above) from Aeria Games and I'd like to make some things clear against some false accusations.
First of all, I'd like to say that I've personally replied the player via Twitter and on ask.fm on both personal and public basis.

When it comes to the details:
1) User was simply muted from our chat panel because of inappropriate behavior, only for a few days. For those unfamiliar, this is basically the softest action we can take. The player can still post on forums, can play our games etc.
2) After this, the player kept making forum threads that went overboard, spammed and somehow went against our rules. Because of this, several members of our team have locked or removed his threads (just as they would with anyone).
At this point, it wouldn't be uncommon for the player to receive a short, temporary ban, but we didn't take that route.
3) The player spammed tweets claiming we are scamming, false accusations that could hurt our business but we didn't take any action and chose to talk with the player to explain him.
4) The player is now banned due to a purchase issue. I can't discuss details in public as it is against our policy. But the ban has nothing to do with forums, posts etc and it caused by an action the player did. So it wasn't done by going out of our way: It was a reaction that is regularly done with any player.

As for problems the games have, we do not refuse to do anything! In fact, we always collect feedback and work closely with our developers. Unfortunately some problems persists, but this is due to other reasons and not refusal.
So there is nothing illegal, there are no scams. No refusal of service. And definitely reasons for the actions taken.

This is pretty much all I can say and I wanted to write here to show that we do care about our customers and that there is another part to the story.

I'm still available to him to talk in private and our ticket teams are there to reply him.

Aeria Games horrible!

I'm playing on AeriaGames and must say that these people are the worst ever! I have so many problems with them. The main problem is that their servers always crash, and customer service doesn't not care about that!
I contacted them so many times about these crushes and bugs, but hear nothing but empty promises. They use one and the same excuse and promise to fix everything. What am I paying for? This service is a joke!

Aeria Games Customer Service/Ticket Help.

It just...really irritates me how minuscule of an effort they put into their service. A company that is notoriously KNOWN to deplete every last dime out of your wallet with far below-satisfactory service. Where does all of your finances even go? This experience of dissatisfaction spans over multiple tickets and I've been a paying customer, I'm not cheap either. I've given them $2, 000 within a few months every now and then. Now I do understand I'm not entitled to anything but honestly, 95% of my ticket encounters with them have given me headaches, stress, irritation and I begin to question if you really need a degree to work for this company based on the experience. The outcome of the service appears as if it can be done by a 7 year old and even most seven year old kids appear more considerate than their copy-paste responses. Yes, the context may sound formal and professional but the process itself is ridiculous. If I were to read in chronological order of the ticket, the story doesn't fit well. I'm the kind of person that likes efficiency. Time is so valuable but here with Aeria's ticket system makes me want to go into a war tank and fire at their building (mentally). I understand they have lives too and I do not know how many tickets they must go through but from what I've seen, they like to hang around on their phones or something because it's not the kind of effort that I'm happy to witness. Back to chronological order. When I read from top to bottom. They may address my issue but when I try to include details on how they could possibly assist me further, such has having extra information on time and occurrence or when I try to clarify what I'm trying to ask for help with, they don't even read it. They ONLY read the title and maybe on occasions the first few words. I don't ever exceed past 2-3 sentences. The time span they take to respond to tickets is 1-2 days. They don't work on the weekends (so maybe 3-4 days). That's pretty long in my opinion if it's an issue regarding a transaction. That's something most people want taken care of immediately because they have other financials to worry about too. I understand, they need their time to respond properly but if you're going to take so long at least make it count instead of not even bothering to read the customer's problem/issue and responding with little effort making the process even longer. Copy-paste responses DO NOT assist the situation, it actually prolongs it. Not only that, it gives the consumer the impression that they are nothing but a number to you. You don't care about their existence, just their money. There was a time I've had the same (the exact same) issue as before. I took into account what information they asked from me from before. I was considerate to put that information into the first ticket submission to save time. Their response...was another copy pasted request listing what they needed from me, when EVERYTHING they listed that they needed was in fact in the first submission ticket. So basically, they pissed me off. They didn't even read it AND I had to wait another 1-2 days for the issue to be resolved. Even if someone from the company sees this, nothing is going to change. It's been 2 years of the same crap. Same value of service. Most Aeria players don't even like the company mainly because of the ticket service (I'm talking about the spenders not the free to play). Aeria doesn't care (doesn't even remotely seem to care, though you should). Genuine customers or their absolute satisfaction doesn't matter at all as long as you reach your goal for this month's revenue or sales. Maybe there needs to be a review section for your CS support. I'm sure many consumers will speak out and gladly help you provide better service for your future customers and a better future for your company. If you actually give a crap about them, you would've done so long ago. Because many other companies have done so, it's so mainstream that it's close enough to common sense. So why don't you? I, myself, am a customer service representative. I could go much more in depth about how to possibly improve your CS support, but I doubt you'd hand me an ear. I've considered that maybe you're short staffed, which explains the copy-paste responses and poor attention to detail. The employers are to be blamed for the outcome, not the employees. There probably isn't any standards of how to properly handle customers in a way that would keep both sides mutually happy. Laid back in the office I see, with such a big company that has pretty high expectations. Or should I say, high expectations but always seems to disappoint or fall short. It's not just me, I can assure that. It's almost if it's to the point that you don't care if your company will slowly deteriorate in consumers. Sure you'll always have free to play players but can you be so sure that there will be enough spenders to keep you afloat with company expenses AND pay your employees well? I wouldn't have this complaint or the same complaint for 2 years straight unless you can miraculously make the small crowd you have provide excellent service in the next few months.

Aeria Games They steal money, but you can't get these sums back

I was ripped by the website www.aeriagames.com. I played games on this website and of course wasted money. I was shocked when I checked the account and noticed several charges. They simply took money for everything, what I have used on the website. It was terrible and unprofessional, but the company was real nightmare. They refused to return money, and they threatened me and told that I have no proof that they stole money and they could provide the details for what they charged me. They are too wry and it is useless to argue with them.

I started to visit the website www.aeriagames.com, ‘coz almost all games were for free. I opened them and played, but after 2 weeks I noticed different charges that were taken from my card. I tried to reach them, but of course the moderators ignored all my emails and complaints. I wonder if there are people, who had the same thing. Aeria Games Game cash scam

Do not play any games provided by Aeria Ignite. Aeria Ignite launcher is the low quality and frustrating. Back too the point, I played one of their game called 'Elsword'. I purchased their AP(Game Cash) for $100 USD;however, I never received the products that I ordered and paid via PayPal. Paypal history showed that transcation status was completed and successfully paid to Aeria company.
I sent several requests to Aeria billing related support team that I never received products but they replied me back saying that I have to deal with Elsword staff and Aeira can not do anything about my loss due to their system error. I contacted Elsword staff that I purchased game money but never received it, and again was told that I have to go back to Aeria staff and handle this issue with them since my transaction was made by Aeria and they are the payee who received my money.
Whoever have had issues like me with Aeria Ignite, do as what I say. Contact your card company and tell them for chargeback then they will safely get your money back from Aeria Scam company. Again, do not play games from Aeria or you will lose money and time.

Aeria Games Characters on Grand Fantasia deleted upon server merge

Grand Fantasia is an MMORPG by Aeria Games and was probably my favourite ever online game. So you can imagine my confusion and shock when I logged on a few days ago, after not having played for a year or two due to how busy things had gotten in real life, to find my only character missing. After getting in contact with their customer support, I found out my character wasn't "missing" - they had been deleted following a server merge. Apparently, all characters that had been inactive for over six months had been deleted. They apologised, but said there was no way to recover my character.
What made them think that all characters that had been inactive for over six months would never be played with again? I had spent numerous hours playing Grand Fantasia (my character was almost level 40) and even spent AP (over 3000) on the account. Now I'm extremely upset and frustrated, and have decided not to play any MMORPGs by Aeria Games again, for fear something similar might happen to any other characters I create. Perhaps next time the criteria will be even harsher or my character will just be deleted due to a technical glitch; I simply can't trust Aeria Games again.
The least they could have done was sent me a warning e-mail that some characters were going to be deleted upon their server merge - they had my e-mail, so why wasn't this done? Because I hadn't logged on for a long time, THERE WAS NO WAY FOR ME TO KNOW THEY WERE GOING TO DO THIS.
Due to Aeria Games' incompetence, I have lost both time and money, and will not ever play any of their games again. I would warn anyone who plays any of Aeria's Games to be VERY careful, as you can and will lost your characters and AP due to situations like this. Since AP is not refundable, I am unable even to get a refund for the AP I lost through no fault of my own - but really, it's all the hours I invested in the game that have gone to waste that frustrate me the most.

Aeria is known for having crappy customer relations. The only reason the merge happened was because they messed up their game so badly thy the only way to compensate was merging servers which made even more people mad and lead to more people quitting.

paid 50 dollars to aeria games to receive virtual currency so i can purchase ingame items in the mall. never received my in game currency and its been nearly 2 weeks since the date of this submission. I tried contacting aeria games numerous times with no success or reply. amount has already been deducted from my bank account, i submitted fraud and theft charges but don't know how far that will go with such a small amount

Aeria Games Reasonable Account Handling

My friends and I were regulars on AERIA game Last Chaos. Recently we all lost access to our accounts due to some ambiguous terms of service violation. The process to regaining and account that has accumulated alot of content is to fill out a long questionaire about purchases, characters and such that you would have to have detailed logs to know all the answers to. Surely a technical company could make restoration of a paying client's account easier than making them remember their last purchases as a way to prove they owned the account. We had all reduced our gameplay over the last year, because after spending a lot of money on a free to play game, the push to buy their enhancements interfered with the fun of playing.

I have an account on Aeria games dot com. and I have recently done surveys on there and you get game points from them but they never come when I gave out my personal info and email to them, so I complain to them then I get my points to be honest I dont think I should be complaining all the time because they are meant to come on time not a day later, epecially when it says (Expected waiting time 15 mintues) 1 hour goes by... (Complaining) wtf they should get their offers to work at least. Should I complain to Aeria games? Or should I just keep complaining for every little survey/offer?... Thanks for your answers. Aeria Games It is just a wormhole for fraud, allowing them to scam yo

Aeria Games is known for it's terrible customer service. I've been playing games with the company for 5 years and when it comes to real money lost, they are always hesitant to return anything and make every excuse that they can to avoid paying you back what you have lost.

The latest scam that they have done against me personally is ban me for absolutely no reason. They chain banned my accounts with $300 UNUSED dollars on my account. They claim I did something on the forums that clearly someone else did (had they checked the IPs) and I was banned on a guilty-by-association basis. I have contacted BBB after being my appeal being ignored for 2 weeks, and AGE replied promptly to BBB saying they would work with me to resolve the issue. That was a week ago and 2 more ignored contact us's later.

DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY. They can ban you at any time without reason WITH your real life money on your account and then refuse to unban you due to Section 8 of their TOS. Basically, it is just a wormhole for fraud, allowing them to scam you.

I was harassed by community volunteers. GMs supported the harassment by doing nothing. GMs facilitated cyberstalking and the persecution of me. I sent in multiple tickets to be told that nothing would happen. Their idea of a ban appeal is a joke. The reason for a ban is only valid so long as the person doing the banning thinks so. They violated their privacy policy and their terms of service by allowing community volunteers to pretty much stalk other customers and monitor the behaviors/patterns of other customers. I'm sure AGE will argue that community volunteers are doing what they volunteered to do. In which case I'd argue what the hell are GMs paid to do if community volunteers do their jobs.
My advice if you ever have a problem with this company here's what to do:
1. File a BBB complaint
2. File an FTC complaint
3. File a complaint with the Internet crime complaint center (IC3)
4. Contact the General Attorney for the state they are located in (California)
5. If you live in the US, file a complaint with the General Attorney for your state as well
