The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

My friend advised me to use the software from the website www.advantrack.com. I subscribed for 3 days free trial and after the second day, the company started to charge me. I called them and the agent excused and promised money back. But I still haven’t received it. Also this software is suitable only for professionals, but people, who don’t have any experience, will face a lot of difficulties, and the company won’t help you. Please leave comments if you have the same situation as mine.

ATTI tried to provide support for the unit owned by (Angelaha), but the device itself must be sent in for diagnostics or updating. The company was unwilling to send the unit back to us for repair and wanted a the latest generation device for free. ATTI offered to provide the new device for free with a renewed service agreement. The customer took advantage of a free hardware promotion on the original agreement, and early termination of the service agreement includes the hardware cost.

The original unit is still warrantied and we are willing to support the device, but we must have access to the unit to repair it. If you would like to have your unit sent in for repair please contact us.

they are a definitely a scam. I ordered equipment.. software not user friendly.. then they said equipment in car I paid $100 to install was no longer supported.. - so they still want me to pay monthly fee, but will stop providing the service.

asked if they could replace equipment to support until end of three year agreement. answer no
asked if they could stop charging me until end of agreement, since they are not providing service. answer no.
asked what options were. answer a $350 cancel fee. per Brandy Harry and Larry hebling
Other option is to resign up for a new three year agreement ? really, when they couldn't support original equipment for more than 18 mths i'm supposed to sign up again?

I have reached out multiple times to this individual through this site, and still have yet to hear anything. Advanced Tracking is willing to work with our clients and if this is a verifiable complaint would like to remedy the situation. However we are not able to help people that will not respond to let us know who they are, or how to contact them.

Advanced Tracking does not offer a 3 day trial on their equipment, and they offer weekly training sessions as well as on demand training when requested. If you are have had issues, or believe you were mislead please call [protected] and ask for a Sales Manager.
