Friday a week ago the fan motor went out on our air conditioner in our home. The next morning I started calling some local appliance repair buisnesses to see if I could get a fan motor to replace the one in our unit. After calling a few buisnesses I decided the cheapest one was Advanced Appliance & AC. Like everybody else the man I spoke with said he would have to order the part, but he would have it by Monday and the part would cost $128.00. I told him to go ahead and order it, well about 2:00 p.m. on Monday I called to see if my part had arrived and he said: "It'll be here today, tommorrow, or sometime this week." (Okay, what happened to I'll Have It Monday??) Tuesday afternoon I called again and before I could finish saying who I was and what I was calling about, he RUDELY Interrupted me and said: "I'll call you as soon as it hit's my front door."
I called again Wensday and he said: "If it's not here by in the morning i'll get online and see where it's at." Meanwhile i'm Stewing in a Hot House, Disabled with a Disabled Wife I had time to think about ordering this part online Myself. Hhmm...why did'nt I think of this To Start With?! So I go online to Word Search and type in "Appliance Parts Distributors", and low and behold there's litterally Thousands of pages of Appliance Parts Distributers! Oh, and by the way that part that Advanced Appliance & AC was gonna' charge me $128.00 for, I found as cheap as $69.00.
Friday night he calls and says: "I checked online and your part is in Nashville, so it should be here tommorrow." Well I preceded to remind him how he originally promissed I would have it by Monday and that my Wife & I are Disabled with Very Limited Resources and that I found that same part online for Way Cheaper than what he was charging me and before I could finish what I wanted to say, he Hung Up on me! How Rude Is That??!! Well anyway I Will be ordering my parts Myself online from Now On and I recommend everyone else to do the same and i'll Never do buisness with Advanced Appliance & AC in the Franklin & Coffee County area of Tennessee again and I Strongly Suggest No One Else Should Either!!
