On March 20 2008 Atlantic Container Lines was contracted to ship a CAT D7 Bulldozer. The vessel was to leave April 28, 2008 to arrive May 13, 2008 were it was contracted to a client of my small import & export business i am doing. After depositing 5300 of the charged 13, 121 that was being charged for the Earth mover. On the date of March 28, 2008 the bulldozer was dropped off. And till date it is still at the port. They wont even allow me to see the machine. Every month its a new story and It is now approaching 4 months I spent 87, 000 on the machine just to have it sitting half the year. I think parts may have been removed. The machine is just a small little speck but basically with gas prices up And to top it Off the machine was the first of four my client originally ordered putting 40, 000 of his own money up font. To date he has canceled my other orders and charged me to court in West Africa were it was supposed to leave for. ACL has taken me for a ride ad the machine stayed put.
