Unauthorized Credit Charges

Agreed to try free trial for 3.95. All of the sudden I am receiveing shippments and being charged $89 for it. Call the company to ask for credit and they will not give me credit even though I returned the unopened envelope. Come to find out all the info was hidden in the small print that I didn't even see.
I tired of people sending and billing me for things that I did not order.

The same thing happened to me. I thoght I was being charged $5.95 for SH and had a $89.00 charge on my credit card. I did call the company, Acia Berry Detox at 866-949-0138. They agreed to cancel my membership (although I did sign up for a membership.) I asked for a credit to my account and the customer service rep told me she would send a request to that dept and they would email me. I asked to speak to a supervisor. The line went dead. I think I was scammed. I called my credit card company and put in a dispute over the charge. Hope this helps. Bridget

After reading throught some of the complaints. I called to cancel my order and was told that they couldn't cancel the order ( 10 minutes between ordering and cancelling), because the product is shipped out of a ware hoouse in Napa IDAHO.
They than offered to extend my trial to 28 day supply instead of cancelling my trial..Hummm
Than I was asked was i worried about the cost of the product ($78.00)..WHAT..I ordered a trial...and I'm tring to cancel it
I called my card company and the rep guess what product I was calling about..They are getting a lot of calls in regards to this product.
The charge is in dispute over the charge and I reported it stolen, hopefully this will stop future charges.
The company was ADVANCED WELLNESS RESEARCH

I wish I had read the complaints before I ordered the trial . I should have known better when the little lady on the sight said "you will only get charged for shipping and handling FOR NOW".

Be aware this company uses Opra and Rachell Ray to promote sales

You have to cancel your card, tell your bank about the fraud that has happened.

This company is frauding many many people. They did the same thing to me. And they refuse to give me my money back. I just spoke to a "Janet" who told me that the 87.13 was for the first bottle I purchased. Which a ball faced lie! On the website, it clearly states the first bottle is free and that you will only be billed shipping and handeling.
