I ordered trial of the Acia Berry only once received you get a small piece of paper with a phone number no address, no invoice, no other contact details they are taking money from my credit card that I have not authorised, no one answers the phone I am having to fill out a dispute notice with my credit card company to stop these payments.

The 1st payment for the trial came out as Myeztrim then the next one is searchvitamins I presume they change the name each time ??? I am not happy and will not purchase anything on the interenet again!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM

i have the same problem with my ez trim they made unaturized charges with different names for each charge this is a major scam waiting since nov for refund and get the same bullshit everytime i call them " your credit has been credited 2 hrs ago " for the last 2 months i 2 am disputing creditors and i only ordered cuz i seen oprah on the web site"

I signed up for the trial, but within three days I was charged for two bottles and now my bank says 500.00 total I will never buy anything with my card again.My lawyers on it!!!

I agree with the complaints, I will never buy a product with free trial period, I ordered the product, and they count part of the 14 days from the day you order, not the day you receive it!!! It took about 5-7 days to receive, and you need to cancel by the 14 day!!!from ordering.. also the website stated 100% satisfied, but like I told the "manager" on duty, I was not a 100% satisfied, and would gladly return the unused pills, but he stated, we do not accept opened products!!! OK now you tell me how am I to try the product without opening it!!! PLEASE REMEMBER LIKE ALL OF OUR ELDERS TELL US OVER AND OVER AGAIN, NOTHING IS EVER FREE, YOU ALWAYS PAY!!! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE. BUT I WILL SAY THE CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR THE COLON CLEANSER THAT WAS ADVERTISE WITH THIS PRODUCT WAS GREAT, THEY CANCELLED MY SUBSCRIPTION, AND REFUND THE CHARGE TO MY CREDIT CARD, BUT THE EZ ACIA BERRY COMPANY'S CUSTOMER SERVICE REALLY NEEDS HELP IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS "FREE TRIAL OFFER"...
