AchieveCard monthly fee

Ok so I have never really had a problem with this card, they offer early direct deposit they promote two days early but I get mine the night before around 9ish. Which is still pretty awesome, but this is the second card I've had with them. The first was a MasterCard but when they switched to Visa you had to get a new card. And the fee was 9.95$ a month but if you had more than a certain amount direct deposited into your account then they issued half the fee back. And each month they did this, well last year I switched jobs and when I went to set up my direct deposit the lady at achieve said she would contact my employer and get it started and since August or so I've had the new card and each week my deposit has came, anywhere between [protected]$ a month is deposited. Well today I was looking over my statements and noticed that since they sent my new card I haven't had any of the credits back to my account for having so much money deposited each month. I just called the 1800# and the guy that answered the phone honestly could Care less and I tried to explain my situation, and instead of either offering to Fix it or let me talk to someone who could he basically said sorry about your luck your card isn't connected to your old MasterCard so you aren't eligible anymore, but seeing as they are the ones who set my direct deposit up I just assumed they where all connected, and maybe if he just pretended to care a little bit I would be fine, but he didn't so if I were you a would at least find a card that pretends to care just a little bit... I'm looking for a new card right now.

AchieveCard the staff took different hidden fees and didn't inform clients

People, be aware and better don’t order debit cards from www.achievecard.com. I have received this card and it was ok within couple of days, but one day I checked my account and found out that they took $0.99 for the each transaction and different account fees. No one told me about these fees before. I tried to reach English-speaking agent, but no one from the customer services spoke English. Scam.

Why can I not get anyone on the phone? and I go online to find a number, and find these reviews instead! soooo, let me get this straight? we give you (nwo)... i'm sorry, achievecard I meant! we give you the money, you have the money... we have a sliver of plastic (that you gave us). I call for help, you ignore my call! wtf? this! (my fellow humanbeings) sounds just like the roth's & rock's! to any humanbeing that has suffered at the hands of these... research something call'd "nesara" and demand your real money!

AchieveCard didnt send me new card

I requested a card on January 5th via telephone and agreed to pay the $9 fee. I called on January 12th to check the status of my achieve card and the same person told me there was a mistake or error that was made by one of the departments and that my card was never sent. I told the representative I wanted to speak to a supervisor. He placed me on hold for 10 to 15 minutes then he got back on the phone pretending to be a supervisor. I asked him if he was the same person and after a long pause he replied “no!”
they then decided to charge me a $29 dollar fee plus the $9 monthly service. I will use the account now instead. I get paid faster there.

AchieveCard disputes

I have had achieve card - visa for almost a year, and last month i had just put 200.00 on my card and in about 10-15 minutes later someone .I had gotten a text telling me that the purchase was made on my account, I called achieve and they told me they would send me the dispute forms to fill out, and they shut off my card, I couldn't get the rest of the money and they told me it was an international purchase from China and gave me the number, i called it was someone in Utah, they denied my claim and this company is total ###.How can they do this and get away with it ? My next text will be to the B.B.B. And then an attorney.

there was an unorthrize amount of $49.00 withdrawal from my account.on July 22 2017 no one else have use my card. I keep my card in my wallet and in my bag.also no one has my pin number. because I have it memorize.

My Debit card was lost, someone found it and was able to rack up over $500.00 in purchase, First I called Achievecard and after 8pm you have no way of cancelling your card, then the rep told me that there is nothing they could do, I have to contact the store where the purchase took place, she also said with their card and ID is not used when making a credit purchase, so there is nothing they could do... Do not use this card, there is no possibility of getting your money back if stolen. Use Green Dot.

AchieveCard prepaid card

Ok I received an achieve card by mail a few months ago. Few more went by before the first time I used It, the first time I used It was feb 10th 2014, I added 395 to the card. The next day I went to use it and it said I couldnt, It said It was pre active, If thats so why was I able to add mney but not remove It? Then i Call the 1800# abd they are all Indian people that barleyspeak english Inask to speak to super visor n hes just as Illiterate! they transfer me to a number that continously telLs me " were sorry but the card nunber you enterd Is not active. Bit the reason I was even transferd there was to activate It! I feel like Im being sent In a circle! I just want my damn money back! Pplease help

AchieveCard stole my money

I activated my mastercard and went to walmart and had 30$ put on it. Get it home and they say it isnt active. And cannot be activated. They said they had to send me a replacement card. Which I recieved about a week later. Went ahead and activated the visa. I have been trying to reach these people for over three weeks. I was told by them that transfering the funds from one card to another wouldnt be a problem at all. Its been almost a month I still am unable to reach a person. I had to activate the VISA online. I am unemployed at the presnt with a family just like everyone else. I need my money back. Wgere is it? why am I unable to reach a person? why cant anyone do anytjhing about it? Am I just out the money. I have a reciept stating the card was loaded.

reward auctions are rigged . was clearly on my computer, said I was the winning bidder 5 seconds later they put someone elses name on that auction as winner, I called to complain. in the background there was a guy laughing, thyeir female rep gets on and tells me after reviewing my account the only thing she can figure is at the last minute I was outbid. b.s. winning bidder means winning bidder.not almost winning bidder .someone is not on the up and up.and I will close my acct. if they are miss handling that, what else are they mishandling

Had a direct deposit from S.S.D. For 999.00 this morning.
So my balance was 999.00
I made a payment to All State ins. For ~207.00
Next, I went to Walmart and transferred 500.00 to my pre- paid PayPal account.
Now my balance is 40.00
I'm filing charges

achieve card is not something I would put a large amount of money on, cause its not 100 percent safe. my husband had 60 diollars taken off his card and filed a dispute form and he still haven't received his money. and this was in 2014 and here it is 2015. he has another card with them for his paycheck. but that was only temp. cause he was working through a temp service. but now hes hired on with the company so hes going to get him a bank account. I just don't trust achieve cards.

i have achieve prepaid visa card and from the last two days i am trying to transfer funds to my son's achieve card...the online account doesn't let me do that it say's "service unavailable"...from last 2 days i am trying all of there toll free number and have been on hold from more then hours they don't pick up my phone...this company sucks!

AchieveCard stolen tax refund

Had my 2011 tax refund direct deposit and the compliance department decided to send it back because of my name didnt match. Even after I sent them all the information. They stated that they sent it back to IRS, since November 2011 and now is April 2012 and still haven't receive. Contacted IRS and they still have receive it back for rejection. Having IRS to Track it for me, unfortunately it takes even longer.

AchieveCard rip off fees

Received card in the mail, went to add funds and was charged $4.95 just to load $50.00.
Went to make a $42.00 purchase and it was declined. I find out that they took another $10.00 out for "fees". No way to refund
Stay away from this card, it's easier to use prepaid walmart cards.

AchieveCard hold and customer services

1st- the company is so ridiculous and customer service, supervisor is also ridiculous.. Over all poor service all around...
I had use my card to purchase t-mobile phone and use 50.00 as deposted, well what a mess they cost. The company has no comment sence, if t-mobile cancel the order they should put the money back into the account. Why do we have wait 5 to 10 business days? It's ridiculous when you put money into the card as cash.. You know why because they get paid interest when the money seat in the back account. They get their money back when they have the money on hold. Customer services do is apologize and not fix the problem. Yes the give you optinion but not in your favor, ugh. They think customer are stupid, but I don't think we all aren't stupid. But some of us know when they are playing mine game with ppl money.
I recommand that you don't spend your money with achievecard services First California Bank, because you will lost your money or hold forever.

Yes Ryan, yeah what ever. I am still missing money from my achieve account, that no one has replied to yet. IT still can take over 45 minutes on hold before you can talk with someone. YOU are still CLOSED on weekends. YES did I mention I am still missing money, that you, at ACHIEVE has not accounted for yet?

I am missing 300.00 from my account with Achieve Card I have been trying since Feb 3 to find out who took it from my account.. It is just listed as a debit. I have emailed, when I could not get through by phone. I emailed three times. I called four times, only once finally getting through to someone who told me they would check into it. She could not even tell me how to dispute the charge. I then called this so called President of the company, from the no. from one of their replies on this site and he has never called me back. So unless you like missing money.. STAY AWAY. Time to report them to the Attorney General.

I JUST SPENT AN HOUR TRYING TO GET THROUGH WHEN THE AUTOMATED PHONE SYSTEM DID NOT LET ME. THEY HAVE GARBAGE POLICIES AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT. IF ANYONE USES THEM YOU ARE DOING SO AT YOUR OWN RISK/. PLEASE USE ANY OTHER FORM OF PREPAID CARD, THIS ONE IS HORRIBLE.

I am really getting annoyed with this card. They encourage people to use their card to load tax returns on. However they fail to tell you it can not be over 5000.00 dollars so it was returned .. BY the way that was not in the 'fine print' when they answered qs. about tax refunds.

I was told at tax time you could load UP to 5000 a day on the card. . NOW I have found on their own website in two different places, ONE place says you can have UP to 10, 000 on your card..

IN another place I found 2500.00 is the most you can have on the card. NOT COOL> Conflicting info about their card on their own site.

AchieveCard blocked card with money on it

I had my income tax refund deposit on the prepaid card along with my two cousins checks deposited which achievecard received the deposit and then I removed my cousins money and gave it to them. Well after about a good 3-4 weeks my card got blocked with no notifications at all. But my husband and my two sons had a card also, which we did transfers, one son live in fla and he have 7 children so I often send him money. Well everyone associated with my card thru money transfers, they cards were blocked as well because achievecard said it looked like fraud transactions. But the money on all the cards that were blocked belong to us. This happen in april 2011 and they still say they are investigating. All of our cards had money on them and achievecard still holding the money for no reason.

AchieveCard unauthorized payment

On May 18th, i ordered from the mint a $2 bill. one other $2 bill was free. the amount was $10.00 pluse $6.95 cents for shiping and handling. By the time the automated michine was finished, the amount was almost $237.00. I ordered a $2 dollar bill not $237.00 worth of money. I called the mint company and cancelled the order just minutes after the order was placed, and then called the Master Card company and explained to them what happened, and spoke with a man, and told him this was not an autherized order and to block payment on the company if an order was recieved from them. I was told it would not go through, and a red flag was put on the account. At that point i felted safe and this would not be deducted from my account. Well on june 3rd or 4th i deposited $500.00 into the account. I checked my account on June 6th to find out that $237.00 was taken out of my account anyway, and contacted the mastercard people and spoke with a man named Al, and he asurred me the monies would be replaced on the mastercaed but told me to call the mint company and re-cancel the money again which i did and was told nothing was sent out at that time. I called back the mastercard company and notified them what was said. I requested the monies be put back on my account and was assured it would be replaced by the 10th of June in full. On the tenth i called back mastercard because no refund was replaced on my card and was given the run around and hung up on, on two occations that day by a lady superviser. I also called the Mint back and was imformed that the money had been sent out on the 8th and now i had to wait until i recieved it at my home, and then return it to them in order to recieve the refund. They sent the monies anyway after being told several times not to. i feel this was done on porpuse because at that point i had had some differences with both the firms about why was the order not canceled when asked to do so, and mailed when they were not to mail it, as well as mastercard paying the order when asked not to pay this Mint company. Now i have more problems than ever before because i have to wait at least 6 weeks before i can get MY money returned all because people don't know how to do their JOBS! Today when i spoke to Al about my refund all i got was more headaces about how now now i need a number from the mint company to give them before i can get any kind of refund. I once again called the Mint company and was given a confermation# but of course Al told me now it had to be in writing on a form to them. At this point i am so pissed off about the whole thing, and am in disbelief. How UNPERFESSIONAL on both of these parties part. I will try to get once again what he requested and send it to AL. There better not be any more problems or i will have no choise but to seek counsel with this matter. A carbourn Copy is being sent to Both parties.

on may 20 2011 i mail the pay pal account that my account that they deducted 5000 dollar from my account as soon as i mail paypal2011@ymail.com they told me to make a payment of about 250 dollar through western union that the money deducted will be returned back as soon as i do so the returned my 250 dollar and my 5000 dollar back to my account i was surprise

AchieveCard direct deposit

To: the achieve card scam artists
My friend had his tax refund deposited into your bank on friday, march 4th. Apparently after speaking with several of your customer service representatives, supervisors, and compliance department (?) for more than an hour, we do not have our money yet. According to the complaint board, your company has had several run-ins with the same problem of not properly posting account deposits!
You should be ashamed of running a company who takes hard working individuals money from them! I know this deposit has been made! If your company does not have the computer capacity to post the deposits upon reciept then you should not advertise direct deposit with instant access to your funds! Your company and bank are making millions off us hard working individuals for you to live the high life!
I want to reach through this computer and shake you! Wake up! Fire some of your customer service reps and get rid of your bull [censored] compliance department and upgrade your freaking computer software!
It doesn't take a person with a doctorate's degree to see that you are a scam!
Get the money on the card! Look through the phone records and see where we have called! Your reps are rude and offer no help!

I'm very upset that I have direct deposit an was supposed to received my check on the 1st which falls on a Sunday here it is sat.30 an I still haven't got my money on my card and there's no one I can talk to I'm very upset and they have definitely lost a customer

this card is awful! There is no disclosure about the 9.95 they initially charge. So I needed $48.00 on the card in order to receive my birth certificate from another state. I of course had to pay the 4.95 load fee and I put a little extra on the card. Well, I went to Walgreens drugstore to purchase an item so I could use the extra money before I requested my birth certificate. Well the manager made an error, and I understand, we are all human; however, when he voided the $39.05 error it still took it off my card and has not been replaced. I desperately needed that birth certificate in a tI'mely manner. You can forget about getting any answers from "customer reps". So I am out over 60.00 and its no big deal to the reps at achieve card, cause I'm sure what disappears off our card appears in their pockets. Please stay away from these cards!They are thieves.

AchieveCard illegal atm withdrawal

I received the card, eay to activate. But the first time I used the card to withdraw money from an ATM, my transaction of $40 + surcharges, was then again removed from my account 1 1/2 hours later. I filed a complaint with their company, waited well over the 45 days (2 1/2 months actually), to have customer service/claims dept. tell me that my claim was invalid. The only question she asked me regarding any more information, was do I have a receipt? For my first transaction? What difference does that make? I should not have to have a receipt to disapprove a transaction that I never preformed...sounds fishy to me. Sounds like the company may take avantage of ATM users, and of course pull a scam the first 10 days. This occurred the 2nd day I had the card. I probably will end up reporting them to the BBB now that my case is closed and then call them back and fax them the report and close the card. I'm not paying them $120 a year to feel I'm going to be ripped off at the atm for another $40.

I just recieved one from out of no where, they unsolicited sent a card to me, I am not activating it and will be filing a police report! That is against the law! What would happenn if they sent one to a differnet adress?

I recieved my Achieve card in September 2010. Using the card is great for payroll deposit and credit or grocery store withdraws. But, who like to pat and ATM fee plus $2.00 per ATM withdraw which i just found out is there cost. I could see if they were reporting everything to the Credit Bureau but, they are not. What can be done about this. If i can not find a WAWA which is free ATM transactions. I have paid in excess of $5.95 depending on the ATM.

AchieveCard card sent to me

I recieved a dard in the mail today 1/4/2011. Idid not request this card and don't want it, the fees are crazy. When I tried online to stop this maiking I could not get them.

Haha are you serious?!?!? We can not help you... but we do have dedicated associates that carouse complaint boards to try to trick people into calling their number (to cancel a card they never requested mind you)... and when you do call this number, you are required to enter you FULL social security number (And I laughed hysterically on another thread that states that this is manadated... right... I work for a REAL BANK... and know for a fact that isnt true!) My
Facebook page is more sophisticated than your website... and considering just about everyone has those... it sure does say a lot. All I can say is you should be down right ashamed of yourselves for preying on hard working Americans that work legitate jobs (not scams for a living).

AchieveCard fruad

I was sent a prepaid debt card and the fees was taken off the card immediately. So whatever money you put on the card, will not save any money because they will take it off the card. Today, I call the company to complain that I have never use the card and I tried to make a purchase on Black Friday to save on a pair of shoes and the purchase was decline. I call and recieve my balance on the card, it was $5 on the card. I had loaded $131.00 on the card. There was alot of unauthorized charges on the card. I am gald that I didnt load the card with money again. They want me to call the business to dispute the charges and I didnt prevail. You LOSE with this card. I will never use this card.

This is a underhanded trick. Scam There is no Advantage to using this card. Any reason mediocure credit causes one to use a prepaid or secured card make darn sure it reports good payment history to all reporting agencies and then you within a year or two receive a real credit card based on your perfect payment history with some other card and Not Achieve. No where on there sight can you find THE ADVANTAGES FINANCIALLY TO BUILD GOOD CREDIT AND THAT IT WILL BE REPORTED TO THE CREDIT AGENCIES SO YOU CAN SEE IT FROM ACHIEVE ONLINE.

This Achieve sent us these cards in the mail unsolicited because when we apply for any other card online or through mail or phone one of those application card companies shares our IDENTITY WITH ACHIEVE AND FOR WHAT, ...A PAYBACK. MONEY AND BEST OF ALL A LIST OF OUR Vitals, name and and serial number.

Tear up this card when you get it but MAKE A COPY AND BEGIN TO COMPLAIN TO FAIR ACT AND LOCAL BBC AND AUTHORITIES AND KEEP BLOGGING ESPECIALLY FACEBOOK WHERE THEY ARE SCAMMING THE PUBLIC AND STEALING our IDENTITY THROUGH ANOTHER CARD COMPANY. DEALS DEALS DEALS$$$$$

Achievecard What? It is a prepaid debit card, it gives you the financial regulations. Can help control costs by yourself. From which I have been used very easily. If we want to we can buy a prepaid card called "MoneyPak" fill in the card using our easy purchase The Card Where? Very easy to buy online is sold at walmart, it is possible to all other divers. With the availability of the cards that we can make financial transactions easy and secure. Moreover, the points also. Accumulation can be taken to redeem the prize with Like someone used. Introduction to interfere with thanks.

AchieveCard stole money

Company Stole My Money Of $1373.65 And Have Had 17 Days To Return The Money Back To Payroll. They still have My Money.

Same thing going on with me right now my friend! They have my excess loan check from my school, and mysteriously blocked my account!
