I had filled out an application for a loan of $10,000.00 to be able to pay some bills off, well i got a call from the company and it was a lady who was telling me i had been approved for a $10,000.00 unsecured line of credit, but it had to be used online, i was flabergasted and said to her "Oh!, well i don't need a card to use on line, i am looking for cash that i can pay my bills with, so just cancel it and do not charge my bank, she said o.k. but the way she did it, it seemed as if she was losing commission or something and just did what ever she wanted to because your company took $124.90 plus said i would be charged a cancellation fee, which i do not want taken from my bank either because i was mislead about the credit, never once did it mention credit to be used on line only because i would have never filled out the application, how stupid would that be?

Thank You MotoPhil - ACHWEBSINGLE is the same amount of the payment I made on my Maurice's card that same day... SO HAPPY & relieved to have that mystery solved!

Before you embarrass yourself at your local bank it may prove beneficial to look into the mystery charge a little deaper. When I saw a strange looking $100.00 charge from 'ACH WEBSINGLE' on our bank account I though my kids or wife must have signed up for some 'FREE' online product that was now charging a fee. After doing a couple of web searches on that name, I thought it might be something my wife did and not the kids. Among those searches, I found MANY complaints similar to the ones listed on this site. So, I asked my wife to look into it with the bank - and get it retracted if possible. As she was thinking about it, while waiting for the bank to answer the phone, she realized that the even dollar amount seemed familiar. And, after looking into it, she realized that's how much she recently paid on her Victoria Secret's account. (You know- she has to put it on their charge account to get her special offers and 'freebies.')
So, maybe you shouldn't get your panties in a bunch before you look into the mystery charge further.
I own my own home-based business, and accept credit cards and paypal from customers all over the world. And from dealing with credit card processors, and parents of customers calling us to find out what a 'mystery charge' from us was, I've found that it would be difficult to ACCEPT and PROCESS a charge cards fraudulently for very long at all. We can have our entire merchant accoutn status pulled for one 'fraudulent' charge.
On the other hand, we have had people use fraudulent orders placed with us - which we processed. And then had to eat more than $1000 charges on more than one occasion because the credit card companies always side with their customer - even if they give specific authorization after confirming all information about the customer and purchase.

Listen carefully people. You are being duped and 'they', as in Automated Clearing House and your Bank, know that without a class action lawsuit they can rip people off so until someone does so, this will keep happening. How can you 'beat the system?'
Listen up.
Pay attention c ause I will show you how to stop these fees and take control of your bank account. Short of your filing a lawsuit, there isn't much you can do as of now. It is a pretty complex little scheme they are playing with YOUR money.

1. Go to your bank.(yeah, I know, it takes time to do this)
You need to go into your bank and speak to a manager, not a clerk. Insist that all ACH, or Automated clearing house transactions, be STOPPED immediately. You need to get rid of any 'linked' atm card your bank issued, as well. The Bank is NOT your friend.
This will stop the ACH transactions altogether. Now, your bank might fight you tooth and nail on this, but fret not, don't get excited, don't yell at the clerk or make a scene. Just be be firm. Tell them that if they do not work to stop these transactions, you will close your account. Believe me, someone will do something. They want your money in there because they lend your cash and use your deposits to borrow against from the Federal Reserve, at 10:1 ratios. For every dollar you deposit, they can borrow and lend 10 times that much from the FR without actually having the cash on hand. Believe me, they don't want to lose your 'numbers', so they will do what you ask, but be firm, talk to a manager, NOT a clerk.

2. Stop using your ATM debit card issued by your Bank. Yes, this causes inconvenience but you will have to change your habits to keep YOUR money.
HOW IS THIS HAPPENING ? WHY ARE ALL MY CHECKS BOUNCING? I know I had the money in the account when I made the transaction!
Don't blame yourself, it isn't you. It is the way the 'system works' today. They are stealing your money slowly, using automated programs to determine when your balance is low and furloughing clearance of your daily transactions at merchants..
Whenever you use that card at merchants, etc it is handled by this thieving entity, AUTOMATED CLEARING HOUSE, who will hold the payments to your account until it shows a low balance. The banks may or may not be involved in this scam, I don't know but they assume YOU are stupid and can do nothing about it. Prove them wrong. Stop using your linked ATM card with Visa or Mastercard log and simply get a prepaid Visa not associated with your checking account. Use cash and checks to live your daily life.
See, they use this trick - computer programs that monitor your account for a low balance. They hold the transaction until your account is low, sometimes a week after you make your purchase, then send the payment through and the bank clears it, then charges you a fee. The bank might take a cut, so does ACH. They make billions per year, doing this. This is rampant in the banking industry so that they can ensure a nice fee on top of the original merchants transaction. This of course, creates a 'domino effect' on your account, and a whole slough of checks bounce and sometimes you are out, say, 100 dollars per pay period in fees. The bank hopes you won't do anything about it, be embarrassed and not come in and say anything when they know the scam as well as anyone. Don't be embarrassed, throw their lies back in their faces. If you don't, this thieving cycle repeats ad nauseam, every pay period. How do they know what your account balance is? Well, they have access to your account, of course! You inadvertently granted them authority to debit your account when you signed on the pinpad at Target using your ATM visa or punched in your ATM number at the gas station. In this day of computers, their job is to make money on top of the fees they charged the merchants for use of their services and you, of course, are those 'added' profits they tap into. I know it sounds evil, but that is life in the computer age and look at corporate America today? Honest, right? WRONG. Burn in Hell, Bernie Madoff.
Good luck, honest people of the world.

I am a 20yr old single female trying to take care of my responsiblies but this is what happened...Three days ago I was applying for a loan so I could pay my rent! I did get a $200.00 loan and the same day (shown in my bank statment) $149.95 was taken out of my account for no reason from some company called ACH Wed-single USA Credit. I read everything I applyied for and and double checked myself but you can never trust anyone! Well unfortunately I learned the hard way. Now I am late on my rent for the first time ever. So lessoned learned I AM NEVER GETTING A CREDIT CARD!

On 05-25-08 they took 75.00 then 212.00 dollars in the same day. I did not authorize this company to take the money. If anyone has an answer I would appreciate an E-Mail at Rott07@gmail.com

The same thing just happened to me in couple of days, i did not authorize to come out in my bank and they charged me $149.99 this ridicolous, I called my bank to dispute all the money you took on my account , they will do all the necessary investigation to this matter, to credit the properly amount you have taken, i m already overdraft.on my account. Please do not get money if you are not giving any services from the client. I apply this kind of transactions by mistake, so please do the necessary arrangement, because i will report you on the proper authority. It hard to contact youre office, no telephone or whatsover.
