Complaint Rating:

i received notification from my bank that a debit of £54.69+£1.25
was withdrawn from my account on 30/10/2009.
the name on my statement was accesscleans, i have never heard of this
company and certainly did not authorise this transaction as it has now put me in the red incurring more unwanted costs, please help.
