Regional Manager-CARLA DUTRO is a person with a track record of embezzelment with Bank of Hawaii, FRAUD in real estate transactions, identity theft, and forgery. What type of person would front to customers as if she is successful when she really has been using customers equity to make her money when she took advantage of their situations at the time of refinancing and purchasing. CARLA DUTRO would structure files with the help of WELTON KALANI and JACOB THORP who both knows how the finance side of approving loans work because of past AE experiences with Argent Mortgge to make money from customers equity. They would structure a file for a purchase, charge $30, 000 for rendering services (no services was rendered but to use a bogus account) when really all they did was provide a Auckland Account to supposedly send the money too, use a company that was never active or existence at a business address that was never signed on to lease, then turn around and split the money amongst the 3 of them to open up their so-called own company now called ACCEL MORTGAGE LLC. Stealing customers money from their equity is wrong and they should be penalized for it. If you call doing a favor for the customers so they are not homeless then what are you actually teaching your future role models and children. People like them should be behind bars for all the wrong that was done to innocent homeowners. Especially when CARLA DUTRO is capable of forging signatures to make a deal go through. We wish we did not have to go through this with her-she is evil and deserve to be punished. She has put our family through hell. She should rot in hell.
